Integrity, Honor, and Trustworthiness are beliefs I take very personally. In this case a person (or dealership) who honors their commitments and keeps their promises. That is what Mike and Kobee did and why I dont give this review lightly. In this supply chain issue riddled sellers market they could have pushed their position. Instead, not only did they honor our agreement but even made it better. That is the true sign of professionalism in a customer service business that often forgets basic human values. They have earned my business and Loyalty and I am glad to use word of mouth to spread their accolades. At least give them a shot for yourself and see. There is a reason they won best in 21.

From the 1st time I had brought my car here (2017) and received such amazing service, I have never went anywhere else. Staff is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They inform you step by step and keep you in the loop of whats going on. You walk in as a customer and leave like youre part of a family! The service department and techs really do an amazing job. My last review of this place was 1 star, but fair is fair and they have redeemed themselves 😆We went to pick up my car from service which went well (besides the almost $300 for a battery) 🙄On our way out we decided to take a peek and see what was on the lot. Kimberly greeted us in the lot and was very friendly and helped us look at a few vehicles that caught our attention. She worked with us on trading in, not one but 2, used vehicles to get me in the vehicle I wanted. It took forever (as always when buying a car) but the service was great. We also dealt with Michael, whom I believe is the sales manager, also very friendly (to us, he and the other guys werent very nice to Kim). This will be the 2nd vehicle weve purchased from them and all in all a great experience. We would buy from them again for sure.

I bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler back in February, before the chip and car shortage. Got a call from them the next day to bring it back for a recall for a software update. They didn’t know how long the update would take so they put me in a Wrangler loaner until the update for the recall was completed.Little did we know the software update had not been released yet by the manufacturer and it would be 4 months before it would finally be released.Juan, the Sales Manager, kept in touch every week for the 4 months even though there were no updates to share.He even updated me that there were no updates on his days off and while he was on vacation.Although there were no updates, the fact that he kept in touch and kept me informed weekly gave me great peace of mind that me and my Jeep were not forgotten.As soon as the software was finally released he made sure to get my vehicle back to me that very same day.The recall was beyond their control, but Juan went out of his way to communicate with me and give me peace of mind every week for 4 months.I communicated with him more than any other person in my life during this time LOL.The customer service I received was more than exceptional.Thank you Juan!

I was browsing inventory online and I see they have a few of the car Im interested in so I give them my number. They call me and told me theres a shortage, but at least they can give me an appraisal on my trade in and possibly order a new one.The sales manager I made the appointment with is nowhere to be seen, then they try to get me to special order for 20% over MSRP along with additional dealer markup. I tell them exactly what Im willing to spend and they say they cant help me.Didnt even appraise my trade in...Waste of time. Will not be going back.The only redeeming piece of the experience was that one of the sales reps was pretty chill and we had a good talk.

Went to the dealer as a business owner wanting to get a vehicle. The sales person Brian transferred me to another sales person. And was told the vehicle was over $8000.00 more then the total price. Due to mainland pricing. Dont waste your time with this dealership. The sales person also stated that another $1000.00 would be added today due to the manufacturer email said so. This dealer needs to reevaluate their pricing. Or get new employees. As a business owner myself here in hawaii. There is no need to visit this site. What a waste of time which I can never get back.

We went into Cutter Dodge Pearl City to see if our 2011 Jeep Liberty could be fixed (transmission issues). We were first greeted by Dre who is a lot technician. Dre was courteous and helpful answering questions we had about our vehicle and kept us updated with the progress. While we were there we decided to see what was available on the lot incase we decided to purchase a newer vehicle. We met Winston who was great! I always believed that salesmen (and car dealers in specific) were complete and total SHARKS just looking for their next commission. Winston was patient, understanding and tried his hardest to work within our budget to find a car for us. After literal HOURS of back and forth we finally found a car for us. Scheduling an appointment is worthless. Car sat for 3 days with zero service done. Ending up picking up my car and taking it to another shop.

Subpar service is an understatement. I spent a week discussing the exact truck I wanted with a local online sales representative who instructed me to come in for a test drive. Unfortunately, I visited the dealership on a Friday which so happened to be a day I got off from work, one would expect better treatment... to find nothing close to the specifics previously discussed and I even had lower model pushed on me. I worked with an executive sales rep and financial manager to special order/build the truck I wanted. After 2 hours of patiently waiting at the dealership and providing all required information I left with the understanding I would be contacted with final build specifics and price. What did I receive? Nothing. Nothing that evening. Nothing that weekend. No response to an email sent. No return call referencing a voicemail left by my wife yesterday (Monday) and nothing today! Never have I experienced such blatant disregard at a dealership. I will GLADLY take my time, family and money elsewhere. I will also share my experience amongst the military community that I proudly serve. Lastly, I want to sincerely Thank You, Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pearl City for indirectly sending me on my way to a more professional/experienced sales team and dealership.

I give this dealership zero stars because of lying, manipulation and unprofessionalism that we encountered. On March 14th 2020 my husband I went into Cutter to “look” at Jeep’s. We test drove one and only one vehicle (our first mistake) we then went inside and sat in the salesmen’s office. While discussing our options we decided after seeing the original price of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler it wasn’t for us they then lowered the price to 25k and we were ready to make a deal. After signing all the papers with the car salesman we were escorted to the finance office. Where we were so excited to be getting my dream vehicle for such a great deal that we signed all the papers with out reviewing the documents thoroughly. (Our second mistake) We were just ready to get out of the dealership and drive home in our new Jeep. First thing that took place is as soon as we drove off the lot is... the Jeep broke down. We immediately called cutter and asked if we could bring the car back because it had broke down not even 24 hrs of having it and they said no you already signed the papers. that was the first lie of many lies that Cutter told us. The second incident was they didn’t send us home with temporary registration. We lived all the way on the other side of the island and had to drive all the way back just to pick it up. And still they gave us the wrong paperwork. The third innocent was when we received our first bill from our car loan and the statement said $40k at the top, my husband and I nearly died reading that number. There was no way that a 2015 Jeep Wrangler was worth 40k plus we never agreed that number. So when we saw our first statement we were shocked but because we had already had problem after problem with Cutter we didn’t want to contact them so we just started paying off the 40 k loan. Once covid hit the loan company we were we paying the Jeep through offered us 3 deferments (our third mistake) because now we are trying to sell the Jeep and we are currently in negative equity because of the derferred payments. Here recently we had to go into cutter to do some much needed cancellations while there instead of doing the cancellations like ask, they tried selling us another Jeep. This Jeep didn’t even have electric windows, they were trying to get us to trade in our current one for a junky one. Then they put us in a Jeep renegade that broke down on us while test driving it twice. That is now two separate vehicles that have broke down on us from cutter auto. Goes to show that they don’t even care what state their vehicles are in before they are test drove or even sold. It’s sad because my husband is a active duty military soldier and they have caused us so much unnecessary drama, stress and debt it is unreal. I am writing this review is hopes that the right person sees it and can help us moviing forward. What Cutter did to us is not right at the slightest and I believe that we deserve some type of compensation for our losses. Justice needs to be served for the way we were treated.

4/25/21 walked in to the dealership and asked for the price of a vehicle come to find out this dealership likes to make false advertisements by putting the price of a truck at $83,190 which is fair for a new ram TRX. Moments later my sales associate comes back out stating the financial manager wants $149,999. I will never do business with this company even if they sold the last of any vehicle.

Love this place of service! Got me a 2020 Gladiator about a month ago. My salesperson was RaeRae She is really sweet. It was an in and out deal, go and check her out for your next vehicle.

For my complimentary oil change got to make appointment so I have to take it to Ala Moana. I spent 3-1/2 hours it is ridiculous. They dont tell you why is taking long until you asked, poor service. I do not recommend an oil change at that location or Pearl City

Brenda in the service department did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. At no point did I feel like she was trying to up-sell me on any unnecessary services. She went out of her way to make sure I received the best rates on specific promotions based on the service I was seeking.

I am so very disappointed. Been getting the run around ever since I bought my brand new truck. I really feel like as soon as the deal was done they don’t want anything to do with me. I will never buy a car from them ever again. I have so many family members and friends who bought cars from Buddy Whom I never worked with. I have been working with Kim Bledsoe who is still giving me the run around. There was some dents and scratches on my new truck that they said they would take care of but haven’t. I have had my truck for over 3 months now and still haven’t fixed the problem. I even had an appt and took off from work and got turn away for some kind of mix up. It’s been another 2 weeks of waiting around. Just unbelievable the kind V of service I get. Imagine if I need an oil change. Terrible service

This place us a joke they take advantage of military service members by over charging. They sold us a car as a higher trim level then it actually was and thank God the service guys and gals were honest and let us know what was really going on. Needless to say after 3 months and a lawyer they took their car back and paid off our loan. Its a shame that instead of taking care of military they try to find ways to take advantage of them.

Today my son purchased his first vehicle and the whole team was amazing! No sales pressure, just good ole outstanding customer service. Absolute joke! Stay far away from their service department! Took over a month to order the parts for a recall, then took weeks to get an appointment, drop off my Jeep in the morning and get told it will be done by the end of the day. Dont hear a word all day. Try calling for 3 hours straight and no one answers the phone. Drive all the way down here just to be lied to and they are still working on it car hasnt moved all day. Now it wont be done for atleast another day. Absolute joke!

It started off so well and quickly fell apart. The highlight of the visit was the sales rep Noel. He knows how to talk and listen to potential buyers. If he was with any other company I would make sure I purchased from him. I only wanted quotes on cars and Noel understood that and was trying to work with me. When he went to get the quote the manager, the manager forced another sales rep to talk to me because I didn’t test drive a car. After telling the second sales rep I was only interested in numbers and I am not an impulse buyer he went and got one of the managers. The manager came in and asked if I wanted to test drive a car also. At this point I realized everyone but Noel had the old school car salesman approach and was only trying to strong arm people into buying cars. After telling the manager I only wanted a quote he insisted on hard checking my credit which I politely decline. At this point I was done with this place but I waited until someone showed me numbers. I knew I would not purchase anything it was out of spite at this point. Upon walking out I saw Noel and thanked him for the assistance, this is when another manager came up to talk with me. At this point I just walked to my truck and left. I will never recommend cutter anything to anyone for any reason.

Had my Jeep Renegade taken here to get a cooling fan replacement for a recall. They completed the work very rapidly and had my jeep back in 2 days. Whenever there was an issue, they replied rapidly and were very informative on updates and so on of the progress of my vehicle. I will definitely be back!

I arrived at the service center in the morning and was immediately directed where to pull in and was checked in right away and that an associate would be getting everything set soon. Sure enough, not a minute or two had passed when another associate walked up and got everything squared away to be taken care of (I had a recalled part needing to be replaced on my Durango). She made sure all my information was correct and that I had a way to get home to wait for the repair to be done (it was something that would take awhile to fix), and made sure she had the right number to call when it was done. Then I was notified by phone call as soon as it was done and told I could pick it up anytime that worked for me and what time they would close for the day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was directed to the cashier who made quick work of getting me checked out, receipt in hand, etc. Then I went out to wait for my vehicle (they were to pull it around for me), and not but a few minutes after that I was driving off the lot. All in all, it was the most efficient, pleasant experience Ive had at any Dodge service center! Extra side note as it relates to Covid-19: This all took place yesterday while much of the state is still under shelter-at-home orders and masks are to be worn at businesses. The staff was wearing masks and they had proper markings on the floor inside the cashier/service desk area to maintain social distancing. Plus, everyone was incredible friendly!

Over the period of 16 years I have purchased four new Jeeps from this dealership primarily due to its exceptional Service Department. I have owned cars for over 40 years I have found few service departments equal to quality customer service regularly demonstrated as this one.

I originally went there to get a front plate bracket for my wifes Jeep and our interaction with Jack kept us there looking around. He was the perfect fit for us and patient throughout what ended up being the whole 8 hour process. We traded in my truck and I got a deal of a lifetime for a 2018 Wrangler that perfectly fit my wants and needs. Id purchase another vehicle there many times over if I could.

Samaria Jones was very helpful and made our new purchase a breeze. From the test drive to financing the staff was very accommodating and professional. Everyone patiently answered any and all questions or concerns. We took one star for the waiting area cleanliness, it was adequate but needs a touch-up. Overall I highly recommend them.

I was not pressured in purchasing my new vehicle, The service department has been great with services and repairs, there was no wait when I contacted them for a repair. And they fixed my vehicle. Drive Sure service has improved greatly, I was in and out in no time on my recent scheduled service. Yesterday The Driver side suspension on my jeep liberty snapped and i was informed that it needs to be rebuilt new parts everything. Absolutely terrible service. Took my vehicle in for 1st service, oil and filters only. Took them 2 1/2 hours. Only after I complained did they tell me it’s been ready for 30min. They forgot to call me and just left me in the waiting area. When I went to the cashier I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to return from her break. Once she returned, she did not have the paperwork so it took another 10 minutes to go find it somewhere else, probably the smoking area as she reaked with nicotine when she finally returned. Finally when I got the vehicle the oil change notice on the computer had not been reset,. There I sat again for 30 minutes for a mechanic to come reset it. Total of 4 hours for this fiasco. When I got home the oil reset button came back on again. I will NEVER go back to this dealer as there level of incompetence is off the charts. I will drive to the“Winward” side Jeep dealer for them to finish the job. Good riddens Cutter Jeep!

Just like all stereotypical dealerships they love to take advantage of the young and clueless. I went in to buy my very first car, I wasnt picky at all. I just wanted four doors and great gas mileage. The salesperson who helped me was Eva. She seemed really friendly and showed me a red Hyundai Accent and some kind of blue Nissan (thinking back now, apparently those were the only two cars on the entire lot that had what I was looking for. Should have sent up red flags right away.) I ended up choosing the Hyundai. While she was getting paperwork ready I KBB the price on a 2013 Hyundai Accent, it came up to around 15000. Which is exactly what they wanted to sell it to me, no complaints there, I thought it seemed fair. After all the paperwork is signed and finances do their job I go home. A few days later I find out that a million (exaggerated) different warranties were added onto my car which upped the price to over 20 grand! Warranties that were never mentioned to me nor had I asked for. Theyre sneaky and shady! Find yourself a better dealership, I suggest Cutter Ford over in Ward or even the Cutter Ford right down the street from Dodge, much much better experiences there.

The service was great and the car we bought is nice but Im giving it 2 stars because since we bought the car we have had problems with a roach infestation. We keep the car clean and we dont even eat in the car and since the first day we had it there are roaches crawling all over the inside of the car they crawl from the inside of the vents and out of the cracks and holes
