Home Depot is my one-stop-shop for stuff for cleaning and yard. Well, many other things.Bought a few stuff here. Staff friendly and helpful. They have military discount. They also have curbside pickup. I noticed they removed the bell (ring for good customer service) at the exit since COVID happened.It is always busy when I go here, but check-out usually is fast.

The staff is friendly and helpful. If they dont feel knowledgeable to answer your questions or what product you need, they dont hesitate to find someone who can. The staffer who helped us was Cisco and he was exceptional. Everyone who helped from associates to cashiers were great.

Outstanding! Customer service is outstanding. Department associates are often available to ask questions and they are very helpful. Staff at the checkout are very efficient and helpful. The store is well organized and clean. Love their price matching policy especially since I live so close to the Pearl City store. Returns are easy and you dont need a receipt. If they cant match it your method of payment, then youll get a GC. Fine with me as I shop often at Home Depot. Home Depot maintains good stock and its rare that they are out of something that I need. Ive been surprised too at the selection of products. Something that Im a bit hesitant to mention, but I will. They also have at least 2 clearance shelves. I have found phenomenal deals checking these out. Parking is good too. I like that the lanes arent so narrow that you have to wiggle past another car at times and the stalls are a good width. Home Depot-outstanding is the word to describe this store.

Came here to pick up fans for the house because our AC went out. Found exactly what we needed and all the employees are so helpful and nice! Our go to Home Depot, highly recommend!

Normally I dont write bad reviews. Im a pretty positive person and like to see the good in every situation.I went to the flooring department today to price out some vinyl flooring which will cost me a couple thousand. The lady in that section was working at her computer and barely looked up to help me. She seemed irritated that I bothered her. I get better customer service at Old Navy, where my purchase could be less than $10.Since Im being held hostage to go back to home depot for my flooring, Im quite annoyed.

The was a employee, I believe his name was James. He was amazing! Knowledgeable in all aspects of the store. When we walked across to another section in the store. No one was quite able to help let alone answer out questions. So we excused ourselves and went to find James. Yes...we did. He was gracious and followed us to continue his excellent service! Thank you James( wish I new his last name) tall older haole guy.

Great Place to Work if you currently go to School at Leeward. They have both Day & Night Shifts, particularly Overnight Fright Associates. Usually starting from 9pm to 6am Tuesdays to Saturday.

Bought a mailbox. Good price. Good choices. Better than Walmart. Lots of Halloween decorations. Self check out has cashiers at them which is helpful. Dont see much disenfecting going on tho....

Super friendly staff and very clean store. An employee named Rudy went above and beyond to not only help us but also ensure another person who was waiting for help also received assistance. We needed a sink faucet and he helped us fully understand the product and how to install it. He made us feel comfortable and confident and he was incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. I alway like going to the home depot cause if I have questions about any improvements around the house or supplies then home depot is the place to go... but lately I notice that the staffs are not friendly as before and also not very knowledgeable in the area where they are working... just other day when I was there I ask this lady and she just said no I dont have such a thing and that was it...no oh you can check this area or let me see if it in the inventory... because I eventually end up finding it... so its too bad that home depot dont screen their employees before hiring and dont teach them the skills like they use to do it...

So impressed with worker named Joy who works in the customer service dept. at Home Depot, Pearl City store on Oahu. When I returned my toilet due to a defect, she was so friendly and accommodating and even went outside store to get me another push cart so I could pick up another toilet.

The employee working in the appliance section was not friendly & seemed annoyed. When I asked him how long it would take to get a range delivered, he told me 10 wks. Then, when I asked if I should order online, he responded with Then youll probably never get your order. Uhmm, okay. Didnt help that after I spoke with the employee & was standing there, another customer said that he was waiting to get his refund for an item he ordered over 10 weeks ago and was delivered but was the wrong item. He told the employee I dont know how you can you get it wrong when I ordered it from this store in person. That customer kindly told me to try another home improvement store. A positive was that the garden section had a huge assortment of plants & I bought some cilantro & a little bay leaf tree. The employee in that section was really nice when she answered my questions. She also helped & walked around with another couple who was looking for a specific type of pepper.

Jimmy Smiles at store #1702 was friendly and welcoming when he assisted us our last two visits. He helped us find everything we needed made different suggestions and explained different ways of doing things. Great customer service.

Went to purchase new cutting wheels for my dremel. Associate was very helpful and found what I needed in the bins up top. Also received my 10% military discount. Great store.

This home depot is awesome. I usually dont shop at home depot in Denver because of the lack of customer service and knowledgeable staff. It was very refreshing to go-to one that works the way its supposed to. Must be the Aloha and pride of doing a great job. I went multiple times over my two week vacation and was let down once, but a customer stepped in and recommended the correct part. Thank You.

I hope one day I will be able to pick up a, fixer upper, home so that I can go to the Home Depot to pick up all the materials I would need to use, to refurbished this home, and build it back up into almost new condition. Been looking for 6 ft tall covered roof black iron dog kennel for my daughters dog. Finally found one at the iwilei location. Secured it online effortlessly.. picked up the next day.. easy peasy..didnt stand in any lines.. went to the hale and we had it up in no time.. after such a beautiful experience the dang dog didnt want to depart from his old house..🤣

My favorite store that carries most of the things I need for my home and business. Quality low priced items that beats their competitors prices. You must visit them on the day of the holiday and the day after the holiday to get the special buys. Items that come out seasonal and also their clearance items that sometimes are not advertised. When there is a sale they bring in a lot so more than likely you are going to get what you want. If they do run out it is more than likely the swap meet people bought most of it to re-sell at the swap meet. You can check the website to make sure they have want you want. Visit them and check out their quality and innovative tools.

Home depot is always the best solution for any home renovation or repair. But there many other private and smaller companies that specializes in a particular type of product and only that specific product so the general knowledge of cabinet s if that be specific product of distribution would have more insight information and product ratings rather than relying solely upon what items are selling out of popularity.quality and direction is key ingredients when remodeling and correct recommendations well make the d.i.y project more efficient and less expensive

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR FLOORING!Wish I could rate them lower. The customer service experience is extremely lacking. I started the process of purchasing flooring with them on 17 March. After a week I ended up reaching out to the corporate customer service office because this home depot does not answer their phones nor do their departments extensions. After speaking with someone from their corporate office I finally got a measurement scheduled. Fast forward to a week later, have not received my quote. I called to further find out my item I had ordered 3 weeks ago is now out of stock and no longer distributing .I asked for other options and again a lack of follow up. If I am a customer willing to spend over $15k I I think my business needs attention. Guess Ill be going to Lowes or a more reputable flooring store.Also shout out to Ro in the flooring department for failing to follow up.

Pearl City Home Depot was very busy. The precautions in place are effective when followed. The staff make sure everyone is following protocols. The store was well stocked and normally when we go to Home Depot the staff are too busy to stop and ask if you need help. We were ask twice during our short time there. A big Mahalo to the staff for making us feel welcome.

Truly disappointed. I grew up around the home depot and love going there with my dad, so my expectations were fairly high. During this pandemic the employees had no basic knowledge of tools, on top of that people failed to abide my basic rule set my the Mayor of maintaining social distancing. No one was there to help monitor to remind people or anything of the sort. What upset me most was the fact the employees and their inability to understand basic knowledge of the department they were assigned to.

Good representation of a home depot

Went in to buy Makita chainsaw and it didnt come with a battery, the employee had to take it to a register and i had to get a battery for it in the tool section as it didnt come with 1. Took a while to get a battery, employee had an addittude didnt seem happy to be at work. She brought the battery i wanted to a register because I was not allowed to bring it up. Now i have 2 items, battery is at the self check out the other item no one knows what register the employee brought it to...cashier called garden section for a while and no one came and who ever called her didnt know where it was! There should be 1 designated register for employees to take items to that customers are not allowed to take themselves. That was ridiculous and unorganized.

I get absolutely no help on the phone cause it keeps ringing and no help on their website. No one helps on the chat. What kind of customer service is there when theres no help?

Shelf availability is getting better. Lots of black Friday deals all over the store. Its like a treasure hunt!

I went ahead and gave them five stars, I guess I cant blame them for being out of so much stuff because of covid.
