These guys are willing to put in the work. When almost everyone else didnt want to take my yard equipment for maintenance due to the busy snowblower prep season, these guys came right out and took my equipment and tuned them up good. Ive been using them for two years now and theyve been friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed a part for my old Ariens Snow Blower. I called another repair shop in Peabody and was told that the part number I gave them was to old and no longer Valid. So I asked them nicely if they could somehow find the part for me if i gave them the machines model or serial number and I was told that they were just to busy and to look out my window at all the snow that just fell, I should have called them before it snowed!! Well I didnt need the part before it snowed, the blower broke during the storm! So I called Outdoor Power Equipment. The guy who answered the phone found that My part number was no longer valid as well. But he new what I was looking for and took the time to go out and search for the part! All the while I could hear the phone ringing off the hook and people in the background. He came back to the phone and had the part in stock. Since then i had them repair my snow blow blower and they picked it up fixed the problem and delivered it back to me, they did a great job. They got a customer for life and highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts and service.
