I love Green Harvest!!! Everyone Ive dealt with were always super helpful. The employees are always open to questions and willing to give advice. Theyve even helped me load my vehicle. So helpful, so patient and passionate about the business whether it’s your 1st grow or your 20th I’ve never felt out of place, as much as they want to help an have helped with all my questions an it’s never been to push me into spending more $ ! It’s always been sincere in fact they pushed me away from things that I didn’t really need an directed me in the right direction . The answers to my questions an the Knowledge was all free . I don’t even know them by name yet so I have no bias opinion one way or another the bottom line is the staff there are very friendly very sociable and understanding they are a one stop shop for all your everything you could possibly think of ordering online for your indoor or outdoor grows ! An the best part is the final cost ( $$ ), how about the fact that they had the same prices as Amazon for my more expensive items like the garilla grow tent an A/C infinity intakes an the other things like fox farm an fabric pots came way cheaper then another 10% off my first visit, an I got to have it right there an then witch lead to a 2-3 day head start 👍🏻 keep up the good work guys

Great experience. We are starting a hydroponic garden and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable! He answered questions we didnt even know we had. It was a refreshing change to have such great customer care. We have learned a lot in our one visit and will be back for all our hydroponic and soil gardening needs!

The gentleman at Green Harvest Hydroponics are very professional and well knowledgeable of Indoor Growing. They were tremendously helpful in putting together the perfect indoor grow package for my needs. As a Beginner, I felt assured that I was getting the set up I needed along with a handy tool kit of tips from the pros. Alex, was especially helpful the day of pick up, and even drew a diagram of my tent set up. I assembled my grow-op in 3 hours with no problems, everything is running smoothly from the Phantom Cmh 315w lighting to the carbon filter. My average temp is 76 degrees n my little babies are loving it! Thank you Green Harvest!

This sounds cliche but seriously this place deserves a firm 10 out of 5. I went in prepped for world war 3 and left feeling like I made besties with the enemy. Both Alex and Steve set me at ease with my struggles. And Steve actually gave me some life skills that Ill remember for a life time.Green harvest has the best advice and customer service that you can only get from a brick-and-mortar and the best part is theirprices that actually cheaper than Amazon.

First let me say that Anthony and Matt are AMAZING. I stopped by yesterday to set up a hydroponic system on a budget knowing very little about it and almost going in blind. Anthony and Matt took the time to show me exactly what I needed and consulted me about my grow room, space, lighting needs and everything I will need to set up my grow room. I was AMAZED AT THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE that these 2 fine gentleman have. I was treated with respect and dignity and I truly have never had better service. They never tried to upsell me on stuff I did not need, they sold me on EXACTLY what I needed. They truly care about the community and their customers. I will not go anyware else from now on. They are now my only supplier for all my growing and hydroponic needs. I now have the confidence and knowledge to grow quality plants. I recommend this place above all others that I have been too. Honestly, Ive been here twice looking for two different things and both times the proprietor has told me not to buy it and tried to upsell me some expensive garbage. I tried to pick his brain about hydroponics and he asked me why I even wanted to do hydro and tried to sell me super soil instead because its easier instead of answering my questions. I understand why Ive never seen another female customer.

Well let me just say Im an absolute jerk... Im the most difficult customer ever! I have a lot of questions and Im well read. And very demanding. That being said Alex the employee that helped me was extremely friendly,professional, passionate(about the topic I had questions about) knowledgeable about the products in the store and my project Im working on. He was genuinely interested in making sure I was educated and well prepared and even though I went in there with questions about a product that they dont sell hr took the info and is researching it himself as well. I have been loving this place since the opened. First the location is good. We used to play pool in the building its in. Second the prices are awesome. I used to get Ona gel on Amazon. His prices beat Amazon most of the time. Third amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and very polite and easy to talk to. This has become my favorite hydroponics store in MA.

The staff is always watching and asking questions. I think its because Im Hispanic/white mix. Case of the Hispanic panic. I got the vibes they thought I was stealing. Other than that the fat tall guy had bad information about the size of his fittings. Like he had no clue what inside(ID/OD) AND OUTSIDE diameter. Definitely not a 1000wer bright kind of lad.

Very helpful. I was excited to get BioBizz products. I spent $95 on four products and I left feeling great, supporting small business. HOWEVER, I went to open the BioBizz Root Juice bottle and it cracked and spilled everywhere. I collected as much I could in a bottle. I called the store and talked to someone and they “do not accept returns” of that nature. He couldn’t “see himself doing anything in this case”. It was $18.95, you would think I could return what I had with the cracked bottle, and get a new bottle. Would have had a life long customer. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because I can’t trust the store...I would hate to make a major purchase (I was in about a month) and not be able to return any of the materials if faulty. Not a good business practice, but I do wish you all luck.UPDATE: There was a miscommunication with an employee. They will in fact honor the return, I spoke with Steve who was kind enough to help me. I really appreciate him contacting me and resolving the problem. That’s customer service right there. You now have a life long customer.

The dudes are laid back and will walk you through any set up you have in mind. The only thing I might not buy there is lighting for a grow as they tend to mark it up a lot (banggood or Alibaba will save you a bunch). They have a great selection of soils and nutrient systems. They have pumps, containers, meters, training accessories, air stones, butane, lab grade Isopropanol, and a lot more cool stuff.

Recently I had a wonderful experience shopping at this establishment. I know absolutely nothing about thetopic and felt overwhelmed with the task of being a customer. I decided that indoor gardening would bethe perfect therapy for my boyfriend who is in recovery from a second brain injury.My search for his perfect Christmas gift started with online research. Next I called one similar store inBoston. They were going to put a ready made kit together in the price range I was looking for. Also, they did offer scheduled classes, though they came with a charge. I began driving there, but realized I was passing by Green Harvest Hydroponics. The first benefit is that this store is a quick drive from my home in Rowley.After explaining my mission to Alex, Joe, and Anthony, they felt that I would be better off with a small gift for him to open....an indoor seed starter, and then a gift certificate. They promised free training as well.And they threw in a small free bottle of fertilizer.The true test came when we cashed in the gift certificate and I brought Ronnie to the store.Alex has become our new best friend! He immediately wrote down steps and gave us the pros andcons of all of the available set ups. He was so patient with both of us no matter how many questions weshot at him. He even offered to come to our house to help us set up the equipment if necessary.Well, we needed home to visit, as the set up was too complicated for Ronnie alone. Alex is beyond helpful and definitely a pro in his field.I am so happy to have found this business. They excell in knowledge, superb customer service and honesty!As a business owner myself, those qualities are ones that I strive for but rarely find anymore.
