Thank you Jamil for such excellent customer service. When I first picked out my shades I had an enjoyable experience from when I entered the store until I left. Jamil gave me support while giving me time to make my choice at my own speed. Later I had to have some shades repaired and Blinds to Go came through with their lifetime warranty and the repairs took only a couple days. They are working great again.
I needed blinds to cover my large kitchen window. I worked with Lisa to make a selection and I made the purchase. The technician who came to my home to measure was on time and very pleasant. It took a month for the order to be filled but I was kept informed of progress. The blinds are now installed and other than the wait, I am very happy with the blinds and the customer service.

The consultant who came to our house was friendly and knowledgeable and I was feeling good about the order but then the day of installation came and its been downhill from there. Just to schedule the installation I was on hold for 45 minutes and when someone finally got to me the woman was very rude. On the day we discovered that the 2 colors were wrong in that they were switched and assigned to the wrong rooms. Plus a motor wasnt working and we had to wait another week to schedule the installer to come back with a working one. That day, we found that 2 more of the blinds were not made correctly and had to be sent back. Fast forward to the second install and the next motor also was not working. Why wouldnt that be tested prior to our appointment? Now we still have weeks to wait before we can remake and install the broken ones. And we have yet to receive a check in call or an apology for this awful service. The prices were decent but Id look elsewhere if youre looking for blinds. Order number 988876

Received a request to rate my install of my blinds. My blinds installation was cancelled approximately 4 hours prior to the install. So the company must have no communication with the installer??? The installer said he tried to reach me and my “phone was busy”. He then emailed me stating he had to cancel and could schedule me a week later. I told him I never had a call from him. He replied that he was given the wrong number. We removed all our blinds the night before the install including a large bathroom window in the front of our home. We moved furniture as well. I cancelled patients once a time frame had been given by the installer so I would be present for the install. So I lost several hours of work. One would think that a company as large as Blinds to go would have a back up for installations. I appreciate the installer had a personal issue but he didn’t say that up front. That would have been helpful. My issue is with the company not being able to send out another installer to do the job. I have guests coming for the weekend and I have no blinds on huge sliders and large windows.

Products are fine. Customer service - terrible. The first time we went to showroom, after discussing our needs, the sales person left us feeling like we had very few options, none of which were ideal...so we left wanting to think about it more.When we returned a few weeks later and discussed what we were looking for with a different sales person, he was great and showed us SO many more options! He also offered us samples to take home and ordered ones they did not have in stock so that we could more easily make our decision. Very different from the first experience.We placed our order on March 1 and were told it’d take 4-6 weeks. When it didn’t arrive after 8 weeks, I called and was told it was on back order. Mind you I had to call them to learn this. When we passed the next quoted time frame, I was told I could pick up part of my order and that they’d call when the rest arrived. After another month I called and used the automated system which stated that my order was not ready. After 4 months., the automated status message was the same so I requested to speak to someone who told me my blinds had been in for several weeks! When I went to pick them up, I told the manger about my experience (including inaccurate call system updates) and suggested they call the customer when a product order changes or arrives. (Having no privacy in the front windows of my new home at an intersection, for 4 months, was never my plan). The manager simply stated that it was not their policy to makes calls, rather they email when an order arrives.. However, I did not receive an email regarding my order (aside from the payment confirmations) yet I receive their promo emails all the time - I even showed her this. She did not apologize at all, was cold & rude, insisting they practice their polices period. I regret giving them the business of 9 custom blinds.
Lisa was very helpful picking out my curtains and Sal did another great job installing. Blinds To Go is great to deal with and guarantee their products. Will not go any where else!

My mother purchased vertical blinds and a shade to cover two windows (order number: 754073) on April 17, 2021. The store representative estimated it would take only a few weeks to arrive and be installed. It took far longer (closer to 6 weeks) and when the installer came this week, she was told the wrong hardware was shipped with the order and it would be an additional 2-3 weeks. Considering the premium cost for custom blinds, I expected far better service.
We’re happy having our broken blind replaced and Eric was terrific. The only down side was that we had to pay $65 twice, once for him to take it down and then put it back up.
If you had asked for my rating 6 months ago, it would have been 5 stars, no questions asked. My experience has gone downhill considerably since then. The salesman, Jamil was awesome. The blinds arrived a month ahead of schedule and I was thrilled.I got motorized shades and the wand on one of them was installed in a funny way so you have to jiggle the connection point sometimes in order to get it to work. Its clear just by looking at the shade that it needs to be repositioned. The installer even commented on it when he was putting them in. After several phone calls to the store and an unanswered email, I was finally able to get someone to come out and of course, the blinds were working fine so he said there is nothing he can do. I continued to have the same problem so the original installer (who is awesome by the way) came to take a look and witnessed then issue himself so he took the blind to have it repaired.He came back a week later, put the blind back up and the problem was STILL THERE. It has now been a week and a half and I havent heard from them. I dont know whats going on. I tried calling the store twice in the past 2 days and I have to leave a message and never get a call back. Im so frustrated. I cant believe that what started out as such a great experience has turned into such a production. They havent apologized for the lack of customer service after I mentioned how hard it was to get a response from anyone or for the fact that its going on 3 weeks that I havent had the blind. Im just really annoyed with this company and would not use them again. My order number is 001592. I left a message yesterday and have not received a response.
This was a tough one. 5 stars for customer service but 3 stars for efficiency and production. We ordered blinds on January 30 and was told it would be ready by beginning of March. This was ok for us because we were moving in the end of February and could live without blinds for two weeks. Flash forward to April and still no blinds. We are finally getting them installed today in Mid April but this was after begging the installer to fit us into his schedule because we’ve been waiting so long. It came down to a delay in production and a backed up install schedule. If I’d known it would take this long I would’ve gone to Lowe’s where a friend got blinds and they were installed within two weeks. However, management was great and gave us a discount for the delay. Apologetic and understanding. If it’s out of their control, instead of just saying that, they put action to their words and showed they cared about how frustrating this was for us. So I would use Blinds to Go but be weary for how long it might take!
Although the sales agent helping me and my wife and we received our new blinds quickly I was very disappointed that they would not or could not just replace the broken slats on the blinds we brought in! Very disappointed we had too purchase brand new instead of getting the other ones fixed especially since we bought 17 total blinds from you when we first purchased our home.

Excellent service.Will weigh in on the product after it’s been in my home for awhile: I need time to gauge it’s durability and function but, at first glance, it’s beautiful. I’m a little concerned that the only way the shutter slats can be operated is by reaching in and tugging on the slat itself. Also surprised that there is not an easy way to actually pull the shutter open (no knob and no pull area under the bottom of the shutter) which may weaken the whole shutter itself over time. I’ll let the store know if that happens but it definitely appears to be sturdy and, again, it’s beautiful.Highly recommend this business, especially the Danvers, MA site.

The only reason I did not give a perfect score was because it took a long time to receive the blinds. The sales staff were great and not responsible for that delay, but Covid delays, although common, always seem longer than I expect.
Had my installation the other day, had a few problems with my veritcal blinds (ripped) and a couple minor things with the other blinds but I called and they are addressing the issues, I hope. I’ll let you know !! Sending someone on May 10th. I’m hoping they keep their promises! I’m very hopeful because both the installer and the person I spoke with at the store were awesome! I’m going 3and when they come back and fix the problems. I’ll go 5!!

We purchased some blinds last fall. They come with a lifetime warranty and so when a cord broke we brought it back. It was fixed very promptly and at no charge.

For the amount of money that I spent over $5000 I was shocked that the installer did not take the empty boxes. That is aweful. Take the empty boxes and installation supplies with you.

Buyer Beware. Then do not deserve any stars. Horrible customer service. Measured my blinds put the wrong size in twice. Waited almost 2 and half month. It never came in and waited 3 more weeks. Installed one improperly. Today one set of blinds came in and the cant install till December 7th. Please buy your blinds elsewhere.

We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our door blind. The draw string had broken and was replaced free of charge.We love these blinds for 3 years now. They have very good thermal stability in warm and cold weather. They also are excellent in providing darkness.

The blinds are very nice. My complaint was that they wanted payment in full immediately before placing the order and made sure to contact me to get it. However when I received the text that the blinds were ready for installation, it took me many, many telephone calls before someone actually contacted me for the installation.

Bought my blinds 17 years ago. One of the brackets just broke. Despaired when I went online and only saw a new-style bracket.
