Outstanding customer service, helped me choose the right color granite for my kitchen, chose it on a Saturday, the template was done on Monday and countertop installed on Friday, so easy! Very happy with how it looks! Highly recommend, great prices as well!

Asked for and reserved a quartz countertop, watched Ron put our name on it. Was not asked for a deposit when we picked it out. Was quoted 500$ installed.Went to confirm the order and schedule template and found it had been sold? No one seemed to remember anything about it. Went with a granite substitute, specifically requested the large white patch not be included at that time as the remnant was quite large and the darker tones were a better color match with tile floor.Piece delivered included that white patch?Expected countertops to be even overhangs beside washer dryer. Called Augustine right after installers left to ask him to correct the overhang and make them even. They left before I could check it out.Was counseled to add filler piece to cabinet.Summary of experience with this company;Over budget by 380.00, rude, indifferent.Will be replacing these pieces in near future when new kitchen is completed.Will not be with this company.
