Good news: They came out and replaced the springs on my garage door and did a great job. However, they wildly charged an enormous amount - $450 for a pair of springs and cables, plus $150 for 45 minutes of labor. Over $600 for a relatively straightforward repair. They did a good job but I would look for someone who does not overcharge so egregiously.

As you know here in Mass. we have either snow or strong heat!!well i am very busy person i have properties all over town and i do not mind to pay for service, when i can get what i need and want.most local garage door service places around here were really trying to ripped me off!i guess they figure is a girl UGH!for each remote control including programing i was being told it would be $125.00 to $150.00 per. now the money is not the issue but when i need to pay that much plus wait to get my remotes in 1 wk. ???thats not gonna work for my tenants to wait specially in the heat they want to go in their garage and park their car and get in their home..well I called Garage Door Repair Peabody. and they quoted me $75.00per remote inc. programing and the best part was they came same day and it took they a few hrs. if that to get it all done! and the also made it easy for me to pay over the phone. explain it all and i was very happy with service!Garage Door Repair Peabody is now my Garage Door Repair Guys!

My sister in law needed me to refer a good garage company so i called the city in here area, we knew she was trying to get a new door and we owed her a wedding gift so the young lady on the phone was kind enough to help us out took our card info and when the technician showed up and told her that her new door will be paid for she called us hysterical it was funny. i really appreciate this company for one delivering an excellent service and two helping us surprise her SO good! the door is great we say them a few days later and they are very nice!

Fast honest service the owner asked for a review and i said i happily will, fixed my door in order 2 hours, amazing workers.

After my spring breaking out of nowhere i couldnt even lift the door to get my car out. I called my local garage company and they couldnt have any one out for another 3 days, even though they are a few cities down garage door repair came the same day and i had my car out of the garage by the end of the day!
