I called this company and Chris answered the phone. I asked if they repair springs on garage doors to which he replied yes and he went straight into prices, which is fine. He tells me that it will be anywhere from $250-$450. I asked to make sure that this is the price to change just 1 spring and he said yes. I said, ok I’ll think about it, to which he replied “yeah just do it yourself, it’ll be free” and hung up the phone. As a business owner, you should be used to rejection by now and handle it in a profesional manner. While it took a week or two longer than expected and came with wrong glass inserts, he really took the initiative to correct the issue in no time and really pulled together such a superb install. Johnny is an exceptional craftsman when it comes to installing a garage door. He is quality conscientious, always measuring to be accurate and was able to answer all my wife questions concerning how the door was built to even include an explanation of why the angles on the door hinges are different in order the compensate for the different pressures as the door is raised. More than he needed to know but was very impressed with his knowledge. He was fast but always paying attention to detail. He is a talented worker and good communicator.

Pretty cool guys. Called in for my elderly mom and asked for service. They came in fast just so my mom could leave for he doctors appointment. They did the service in no time and called me before they did anything since they wanted to make sure Im OK that my elderly mom pay the amount required.
