They are only open 2 hours a day and that is for pick up only. Prices are almost 4 times what McMaster-Carr charges and I can have my stuff from them next day. Returns seem to be impossible. I was willing to pay extra for the convenience of a place that had really good stock and I could go into. This new format that they are in has lost them any advantage that they had. I recently placed an order, waited a week for them to call me. Never got a call so I called today to be told that the order is wrong and they would need to reorder it. So I guess they want me to wait another week to hope it is correct? No thanks the stuff will be on site from McMaster tomorrow.

Went to match a screw needed for furniture store was open but was not allowed in store made to stand outside while they looked for item and when they found closest they had it wasn’t even close to what I needed instead of finding one a little longer which could have used washer to fit application needed, found smaller then needed and seemed less enthused about helping customers. Why they are open if no one is allowed.in store makes no f***ing sense
