I went in to ask a few questions since I didnt really know what I was looking for. The employees were so incredibly friendly, and it was an altogether great place to visit. Everything was clean and the employees obviously know a lot about their products!

Randy and Ken were extremely helpful and professional. The store was clean and had a great selection of quality products. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for equipment.

They will not support anything over 10 years old (they bank on you upgrading instead of repair) Mechanically the elliptical works its the electronics that are fading LED etc. For an out of the box solution creative actual repair guys who want to repair not sell equipment go to Treadmill repair guys they can upgrade the standard LED screens to keep your purchase going more than 10 years. If you want a piece of equipment you expect to get rid of in less than 10 years then gym source is your place. Also look into places that will recycle the equipment for you while upgrading to a new model, this service not even contemplated at gym source. Environmentally ignorant of the amount of material in this type of equipment.

I have bought a True treadmill, a True recumbent bike, and recently a True elliptical from Gym Source. The equipment has lasted several years with no problems. I never have needed to make any service calls.Gym Source has a great choice of equipment with a wide range of models to fit your budget and/or needs.The sales people have always been pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the equipment.Ken out of the Peabody store was the last sales person I worked with regarding purchasing an elliptical. He presented all of the options and outlined the different features in a professional manner. He did not attempt to push me towards high end equipment that cost more. Ken listened carefully and answered all my questions without hesitation.5 Stars for Gym Source.

Ken went above and beyond in assisting me in this transaction. He helped to make sure everything went smooth even after the sale but more importantly he treated me as a customer, not a $ sign. In my opinion if your looking for home gym equipment the only person to deal with is Ken -5 stars ⭐️.

Ken in the Danvers MA store was great. Low key, informative, courteous and helpful. He reached out a couple of times to make sure everything went well. He was just as helpful after the sale was completed as he was when I was deciding whether to buy.

The overall experience with Gym Source and in particular Caolan Donahue, was excellent from the moment I walked in to the final purchase and thereafter, ensuring we were happy with delivery and set-up. Do not hesitate to purchase their products - they only choose the best!

Purchased gym flooring to be delivered and installed for new workout room. Received confirmation from Gym Source that these rubber mats were definitely going to be installed. The crew just dropped the flooring off after complaining how heavy everything was and said they dont install it. Gym Source says they will be back again on Monday to install... Very frustrating......

Randy seemed to have all the time in the world to answer my many questions. The treadmill he helped me choose is high quality and just right for my needs.
