HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They stole my money by selling me a VapePen that wouldn’t turn on or charge. Came back to do an exchange.. Store owner did not help had NO solution. lost $25.

Saw some earbuds I wanted to give a shot, against my better doubt. Regardless, after only 5 seconds of listening to them, I realized they were literally (and I say this as a musician) the worst pair of earbuds I have ever had misfortune of listening to, never mind paying an extravagent price for, of $25. I would actually go as far as to say that this was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I returned to the store, to be basically verbally assaulted after politely requesting a refund. I had everything the way I had gotten it, and despite only one side of the headset playing, I was told that the clerk would call the police because I asked for more options. I told him to call the police. He retreated from that threat for obvious reasons. This is simply not how you do business in America, and I can guarantee that your business will suffer from running it this way. Not a smart move. Regardless, I intend to leave a review of this fashion every single day until the purchase is corrected.tldr; Terrible broken product sold to me for a ridiculously marked up price, and the worst customer service I have ever received. Go to A1 or Seven Eleven.
