Very helpful staff! I had initially gone to the apple store for iPhone assistance but the price was steep for a phone repair and potential replacement. after visiting the Verizon store i’ll never go back to apple for iPhone support. i was immediately assisted and the customer service rep was able to assist me in the process of going through an iPhone replacement through Ausurion, which was incredible service as i had called in for a replacement, give a link to complete a replacement form, then my brand new (refurbished ausurion iPhone) was sent to me in the mail THE NEXT DAY!! it was amazing and then you’re given 14 days to send back your old phone. thanks for the help and speedy assistance
Went looking to upgrade my Android phone today. I first went to Verizon store on Rt. 114 in Danvers after making an appointment. I asked the sales rep. for information on the upgrades. She showed my 6 phones, couldnt tell me thing about them. No spec sheets nearby. Nothing. She said, Thats the customers job. There are too many phones for me to know them. What a total waste of time. I left ready to cancel my account. Then remembered there was a Verizon store on Ry. 1 south next to Honeydew Donuts.I met Jarod, the sales rep. They took me immediately. He showed me the different plans, different features and specs of the phones. He even transferred my data right there! Very painless and very accommodating. I left very happy.Good job Jarod!
I was more than pleased with my experience at this Verizon store. The young man who waited on me was extremely knowledgeable about the various phones and also all the various service options available to me. I felt absolutely no pressure during my entire visit which lasted almost 2 hours. He explained things in detail and looked over my usage history in order to make suggestions regarding what service package would be best for me. He even came out to my car to set up Bluetooth for me. Fabulous experience.... I would highly recommend this store and particularly this young man named Peter..... he is a wonderful credit to Verizon!
My salesperson Shawn was exceptional. I walked in to the store 45 mins before closing and though it took an hour and a half to complete the new phone transaction he never lost patience or made me feel rushed. I believe his support staff needs to be a bit more accessable as he was the only one in the store, requiring multiple multiple questions to be answered via phone calls. As for Shawn, he provided the world class service that one would expect from the face see if Verizon. With experiencee Shawn has the potential for consistent 5 Star ratings.
Do not go to this store, this is a Verizon authorized retailer, it is not a Verizon cooperate store. This store imposes its own service fees on customers which are not authorized by Verizon. I activated 4 lines at this store and the sale agent had misled me. He charged $90 for 4 lines and he made me believe that the fees were activation fees from Verizon. I had to pay $90 to this store and $160 activation fees to Verizon. Verizon told me that I did not have to pay the $90 fee if I went to a Verizon cooperate store. They never answered my calls and messages that I left for them. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my $90 back from them. I am going to submit a case with BBB.
The worker didnt even know how to let me pay my bill. Had me in the store for half hour and still couldnt figure it out.
The easier phone process I’ve ever had. This place is clean and efficient.. and most of all extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. King went above and beyond to help me out and i will def be back there for all my phone needs!

I held off as long as I could to upgrade my phone, because really its almost worse than buying a car. So I broke down and decided, this is the day. I called the Verizon store on rt 1, and A very friendly voice answered the phone. Chris said he had the phone I wanted in stock, so after I spent 2 hours at home transferring my many, many..many pictures onto my memory card, I headed over there. Right away I felt at home with Chris, like Ive known him all my life! He was very helpful,very informative, and made the whole experience better than what I was expecting!I highly recommend his expertise, and will definitely go back there again! P.S. he told me that Jeff (another employee) is a nice guy too!

Jeff and David were awesome. They were professional and knowledgable. They were extremely patient while i went back and forth between options. They were also very helpful and dedicated to helping me resolve an issue i was having with transferring certain data between operating systems.
Dave was amazing,patient,thorough,and ever so professional. He explained everything and demonstrated how everything worked. I will definitely refer this store to my friends

Phillip was awesome! He saved my day..he some how transferred all of my info from my broken phone to my new one. I dropped my phone. There was a little dot of what looked ink. It spread all througout the screen. I couldnt see most of the buttons or use the phone. Idk how he pulled it off..but he did. He was really patient because i was really freaking out. He handled it..(me,lol) perfectly. I couldnt have been happier!!! I love my new phone. I go to that Verizon on rt 1s on purpose because i get great service there! Thank you Phillip!!😊
Met Heather at this store. She is terrific and knows what she is doing with phones and can explain things in a down to earth manner. Worth the trip.
I have had awful luck finding a screen protector for my galaxy s7. I walked in and asked and within 10 minutes they had the nano protector on my phone and ready to go. Great service and very knowledgeable.
