I had the best experience at The Blushing Bride! Vicki is a wonderful, small business owner! She is very friendly, outgoing and attentive to what you are looking for in a dress. Mostly all bridal stores are by appointment only these days and are booked out several weeks to a month. I called to see if an appointment was necessary since it was not specified on the website. She was extremely accommodating and asked when I was looking to come in. I mentioned that I came down to Peabody to help my Mom with some things. She said come on over. I had pictures of three dresses from the website that I really liked. She informed me that she was not carrying that line anymore due to difficulty getting the product. But, she assured me that she had others in the same style that I was looking for, just by another designer. I found the most beautiful wedding gown and it was exactly the style I was looking and hoping to get! Vicki and her seamstress Linda are so thoughtful and kind. Vicki showed me @ 5 - 6 different gowns for me to try on and she was so patient. She has a vast inventory of many different gown styles and designers. She gave me all the time I needed. It came down to two dresses and I tried them both on a 2nd time and then I knew, which one was the perfect one! I also showed her pictures of a headpiece I was looking at online. She brought me several others and I found one that was exquisite. I loved it even more than the one I was going to order online! Thank you again Vicki for making an unexpected day into a fantastic one! It was totally stress free and enjoyable! You will definitely not be disappointed going to the Blushing Bride, where you will experience one-on-one, uninterrupted service catering to you! :)

Vicki and Linda were so attentive to my needs and offered a variety of dresses for me to try on. Vicki was very accommodating to my schedule and appointment scheduling. I felt like a princess getting ready for the ball. At the outset my intent was strictly to go and look at dresses and I ended up saying yes to the dress! Had the most amazing experience with my wedding gown shopping here. Vicki is a female small business owner which is very important to me when deciding where to shop for my wedding gown. Always support local!I could talk about how awesome Vicki is as a person for paragraphs but for the sake of this review I want to talk about her professional demeanor. Never did I feel rushed as I was searching for a gown I could call the one. I had no idea what kind of dress I was looking for and she took my feedback and patiently took me through gown after gown until I found “the one”. Not only did she do this for me but also took the time to go through this process for everyone in my wedding party purchasing gowns. She was not satisfied until you found a dress you loved and not just the most expensive thing which I would see in more commercial settings. She was respectful of my budget and gave the rest of my party 15% off their gowns which I thought was really nice.The dressing rooms were clean and I felt comfortable getting ready with their aid. They were so body positive and encouraged everyone to be very comfortable in what they were wearing. Her innate ability to find exactly what I was looking for with just a vague idea of what I wanted is a testament to her experience and knowledge in her field.The reviews that I am seeing that she is pushy or anything like that are unfounded by my experience and the only thing I would say is if you cannot speak up and say you don’t like something in the moment, don’t blame the dress shop for your lack of confidence. Overall I will recommend this shop to all of my family and friends who are getting married in the future!

Vicky and Linda at Blushing Bride are amazing! Vicky found the perfect wedding dress for me and arranged to have it delivered as a rush. Linda did an awesome job fitting it and getting it ready a full week in advance. They only had about 7 weeks total to get the dress and alter it! They also cut down another dress for me, into a beautiful skirt. The alteration work was exceptional. Should I ever need a special occasion dress, I will head there first!

Her selection of gowns is amazing and I was able to pick between 3 different gowns! Being a bit heavy, its not always easy to find beauty and choices in clothing. Not only did I find my dress, her prices are amazing! If you need a dress for an important event, I cannot sing enough praise for Blushing Bride! I bought my wedding dress today at the blushing bride! Vikki was amazing she was so nice and helpful! I told her the dress I was interested in and that was the one I bought! She also helped me try on some veils and she even gave me a teacher discount. I don’t know any other bridal shops in the area that offer teacher discounts on bridal dresses. Excellence. Knowledgeable, experienced and super helpful, clearly these women know their stuff and have been doing this for a long time. They have an eye for elegance and a critical understanding of body shapes and appropriate alterations for comfort and fit. They are helpful with budgeting, Their dresses aren’t cheap nor are they cheaply made. The prices are competitive and the quality speaks for itself .you will not overpay here. There also offer a variety of accessories and again, their ability to offer up looks and to adjust is phenomenal . It’s one stop shopping -if your on a mission bring your shoes ( shoes determine alterations yet you may need a separate appointment ) . Poor reviews hardly reflect the quality of and success of their dresses and seem more to do with their style of helping . If you ask a 5 star chef to make you a grilled cheese be ready … they aren’t going to use wonder bread. It’s a business, they know what they are offering here and Imo their opinion is quite valuable but you don’t have to ask for it either.Do not pass this place up on your search. I am so grateful that I had this opportunity to feel like an actual bride to be, its a wonderful experience.

Honestly I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Within a month of being engaged without having a wedding date yet, my mom and I went into Blushing Bride just to peak. Little did I know Id be trying on dresses and finding the one. It was fate. The one dress I had dreamed of was there. With only my mom there as I unexpectedly found my dress, I was nervous my mother in law would be upset she was not there to celebrate the moment. Vicki suggested coming back a few weeks later with my mother in law and we staged finding the dress all over again. We also found my veil and headpiece that day. That alone meant so much. Linda did my alternations and made my dress even more of a dream now that it my own. I wish I could wear that dress everyday. I felt like the city cinderella I wanted to be for my wedding day in my perfect dream dress. I couldnt have asked for a better bridal team! Thank you!

I had a wonderful dress shopping experience with Vicki. She took what I had in mind and knew exactly what would work. I ended up picking the first dress she pulled for me. I would have not picked it myself and Im so glad I gave it a try. Im so excited to wear it for my big day!

Really pushy sales woman and very rude customer service, very dismissive of your concerns. Alterations lady was very pushy and does not listen, very defensive and argumentative. She changed my whole strap without asking me first and then when I said that I didn’t like it and wanted a different strap (like the one she showed me at the previous fitting) she told me if I wanted to I could take it elsewhere. She also changed my bustle to something completely different than what we had discussed at the fitting, again without asking and said sorry that’s just the way it has to be. Very condescending and rude. Do not recommend at all.

I reached out to Vicki through email during the pandemic inquiring about getting a dress for my son’s wedding in July. She continually kept in contact with me until we were able to schedule an appointment. The choice of dresses were amazing ! I purchased my wedding dress from the Blushing Bride in Peabody, MA today. Vicki was my consultant and she was so nice, helpful, and helped me choose the perfect dress! In fact, I came in to look at a completely different dress but the one ended up being a dress Vicki picked out for me to try! I couldnt be happier with the dress she helped me find! I was so excited when I found out that they have a substantial collection of Maggie Sottiero dresses. I was able to find two separate dresses for 2 ceremonies both of which I fell in love with. My bridesmaid found a dress here as well. The service from both Vicky and the seamstress have been extremely knowledgeable, attentive and just overall amazing! I had a truly amazing experience at Blushing Bride. Due to covid, I made an appointment with Vicki to try on dresses for my upcoming wedding. We had decided to have our wedding just shy of a month after getting engaged, so I knew time was a huge factor. Vicki not only was extremely helpful in the process of selecting a dress based on my style, but she made every possible effort to make the experience memorable. This is a beautiful, clean location with options for every bride. Vicki had me work with Linda, who helped have my alterations completed in less than a week! I have to say, there is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without their help! I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but I felt compelled to not only compliment Vicki but to let future brides know--Blushing Bride should be their first choice to find a gorgeous dress!

Please brides to be do not shop here if you want your dress shopping to be a good experience. Purchased a FLOOR MODEL DRESS because they said it fit although I wanted to order a size down because I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery. So those that know the process know how much weight you can loose and quick. They told me that the size I tried on is fine and they can alter and didn’t recommend a smaller size even though that’s what I wanted. Fast forward. My departure date for my wedding was July 7th so that’s when the dress was supposed to be picked up. I called them a few days before and asking about refund policy and if they can give me some time beige I can pick it up. Literally they next day there was a box outside my house with a wrinkled wedding dress that costs a good amount of money. Obviously anyone would be upset. It’s clearly damaged. I called they said they can “steam” and weren’t even apologetic. Today I called asking if I can drop it off and pick it up tomorrow because I had a tight schedule and it was there fault that I had to even go through this. Long story short Vicky hung up on me plenty of times and refused to be of any help. I could keep telling you why not to shop here but I think you get the point. Save your money for a better bridal shop. Trust me you’ll save yourself a lot of stress.

After hearing the experience my friend had at Blushing Bride, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone in search of finding the dress of the dreams, the dress that will mark a day of happiness not a day of stress. A bride’s gown is not only important in how others see her on her special day, it is also how the bride sees herself transform into something extraordinary, the next exciting chapter in her life. It’s supposed be an experience in which she will never forget, her demands should be met especially due to the fact she is paying for it and not asking for charity. Unfortunately, she hasn’t had a pleasant experience and she is still trying to resolve this issue in a polite manner.As for Blushing Bride, the professional and right thing to do is to ensure your client is happy and satisfied with a product they paid for, not making what is supposed to be one of the happiest days of their lives into one of the gloomiest.

Had the best shopping experience I could have ever asked for when buying my wedding dress. Now were going back for MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids dresses! The women there clearly love what they do, and it shows. They know theyre designers and styles so well, which was really great when some of us were not too sure what we wanted or what would be the best style on us. They were also so sweet and helpful when answering all of our questions and addressing all our concerns,, they definitely made us feel comfortable with ourselves and our dresses. Just had a lovely experience with my sister (who is the Bride) at Blushing Bride. Vicki was super sweet and very accommodating! She even called my sister a little bit before her appointment to let us know that she had santized the whole place for us and was ready for our arrival! The staff was awesome here! I found my bridesmaid dress here, and walked out wirh it the same day. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because their prices were significantly higher than the other stores we went to looking at dresses! But the owner was great and worked with me, bringing down the price of the dress I bought by over $50.00.The owner and the other staff working the day we went made the experience really fun! I contacted Vicki at Blushing Bride to ask her about mother of bride pantsuits. I had to get something fairly quick because my daughter changed her wedding plans. Vicki fit me in the very next day. Do NOT shop here for your bridal dress. They will turn your excitement for your wedding into misery and stress. A friend of mine bought a dress from them and she notified them that she was losing weight and that it might need to be smaller, ahead of time, and instead of calling her to ask about alterations, they sent her the dress IN A BOX CRUMPLED like it was ordered off of Amazon and now her wedding is postponed and they wont allow her to return the dress. I would assume that theyd be a bit sympathetic with everything going on in the world currently, but instead theyre choosing to be ignorant. ALSO, when someone is telling you how to pronounce their name, correct yourself instead of ignoring them, because that is a HUGE sign of ignorance.

Alexander helped me pick out the perfect dress for my perfect day. He gave me plenty of options all in different styles and was very honest with his opinion. Which I truly appreciate. I felt like an absolute queen when I was there and the way he handle me with my bridezilla attitude was amazing. If I ever renew my vows I will definitely go back again. I said YES to the dress! I found my dress at Blushing Bride after visiting several other bridal stores. My mom and I were the only ones in the store and Vicki was very attentive and took the time to pull a bunch of dresses for me. Blushing Bride carries Maggie Sorretto and Rebecca Ingram. There dresses are very reasonably price. I found a beautiful dress for under $1,500. I felt really comfortable in the store. There was a large dressing rooms and mirrors with chairs for guests to sit. They also had a large selection of bridesmaids dresses.

My third time at Blushing Bride for MOB dress for last of three daughters wedding. Each dress I’ve purchased was perfect. My dress arrived at shop. In to try on again and it’s more beautiful than I remember. Sizing perfect! Little hem and it will be done!While the dresses are of course beautiful I have to say the best part was the staff! So kind, mindful of budget and so helpful finding the perfect dress. The same for my daughter and her wedding party. Vicki’s suggestions helped us pick elegant bridal and wedding party gowns. Bridesmaids amazed how little alterations their dresses need.I highly recommend Blushing Bride! Best shop around!

This establishment ignored the wishes of a paying customer, my friend, and delivered the dress in such impractical matter (crumpled up in a box!) that dress arrived folded in five. wrinkled and messed up. mind you this dress has important beading and details and should never be folded or delivered that way ever they ruined her big day and when She spoke to them about it She was met with silence if you care about your wedding day don’t get your dress from here

Myself and my mother shopped here DURING COVID and were 100% satisfied! As a bride, myself, I have had to plan TWO completely different weddings because of the global pandemic and lost all my deposits from my first wedding (as again it is a global pandemic). Everyone is shifting their plans so to bash a business because of a brides lack of empathy truly saddens me. I wouldn’t listen to any of the poor reviews because if I did, we wouldn’t have had the amazing experience with Vicki finding my mothers dress for my replanned wedding. 5 stars!

Poor customer service and LACK OF basic empathy during a pandemic. My friend was due to get married this summer, but sadly, we have been hit with a global pandemic. From the start the service rendered was poor as her requests were not heard nor tended to. She tried on a floor model, which at the time was a little too big for her, she advised the rep that she knew she would have a significant weight loss by the time her wedding came around. They insisted on her purchasing this model to avoid having to order a new one. My friend again, asked for a smaller size and they again – insisted that this would be find and that “it would fit her.” My friend was transparent and advised then of her travel plans, as her wedding was set to be overseas. She was set to leave July 7th.Fast forward to two weeks ago – my friend reached out to them to explain the situation due to the pandemic, and their response was “No refund available as the dress was already ‘ordered’—” which was a lie, because they insisted on a floor model.To make matters worse, and to essentially, free themselves of any further responsibility they immediately shipped the dress in a BOX. The dress arrived CRUMPLED up with not any kind of GARMENT PROTECTION – but FILLER PAPER, it was WRINKLED and, quite frankly – tainted. This is supposed to be a special moment for a bride, this is the dress that I my friend was set to wear for the most beautiful day of her life, or so she thought. The Blushing Bride staff was dismissive from the time a smaller size was requested and to seal the deal, they have lacked any kind of empathy or customer service not offering their consumers a reasonable or fair resolution.They have denied my friend a refund or store credit, for a crumpled-up dress that is all too big for her. We are proceeding with submitting a BBB report as well as a Consumer Complaint with the Attorney Generals Consumer Advocacy and Response Divisionof the Commonwealth.Blushing Bride staff should be ASHAMED of themselves.

Vicki even helped me with pictures and face time to my future daughter( in law ) who lives in NC with my son. I was not expecting to leave with a dress today but the choices were amazing. I found my dress and Vicki ordered it. I can’t wait for it to come in. Vicki was spot on with helping me and the style I wanted. She said try this dress I think you will love it and she was right. I felt amazing in it and knew it was the dress.Thank You!Donna

Terrible customer service. Just awful. Over the phone and in person. Rather than trying to find a compromise, this Bridal Boutique totally shuts a paying customer down. We are living through unusual circumstances. A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. As such, supporting small businesses is important. But that small business needs to in turn support the customer. My friend called extremely upset that the Blushing Bride is refusing to work with her to find a compromise to her needs. Her wedding was postponed, as it is taking place overseas and Americans are blocked from many countries at the moment. Furthermore, this bride is going through a weight loss journey—the bridal shop was notified of this BEFORE she purchased the garment and were taking steps to ensure it would fit. The Bride has the gastric sleeve procedure done and asked to purchase a dress in a smaller size. The bridal shop INSISTED that she buy the sample dress and that they could alter it down. They badgered her into buying a sample. She relented having faith that they would take care of her—and, quite frankly, because she was bullied and intimidated. However, because of the wedding has been postponed for so long, the dress will be utterly useless. It would require so much alterations that the integrity of the dress would be ruined. Blushing Bride refused to work with the bride to find a solution. Instead, they insisted she had already paid for it and then sent it to her in a too small UPS box. The dress is creased and ruined.Their solution to their poor handling of the situation? They offered to steam the crinkled mess. No conciliatory measures for an understandably upset bride. Instead, they shift 100% of the blame from themselves and their own handling of the situation.Total scam artists and RUDE as hell. I witnessed one of the exchanges that took place with the bride, else I might not have believed how disgustingly rude they were being to her. Truly awful. No remorse. Only deflections. Despicable. Vicki is the WORST dress shop owner and should find another line of work. A prison guard role would fit her disposition.I will be reporting this shop to the BBB.

I came to Blushing Bride for the first time with little experience shopping for a bridesmaid dress and Vicki and her team made sure I was able to find what worked best for me. I would say they went above and beyond what they had to do to make me happy. Also, the store is very clean and they have a huge selection of beautiful dresses. I definitely recommend this business!

From beginning to end I can’t thank the ladies of Blushing Bride enough. I began looking for my dress online and fell in love with a dress through the Rebecca Ingram line. As I began to reach out to various bridal shops who carry the line, Vicki from the Blushing Bride quickly responded. Because the dress is from Ingram’s fall 2020 line, no one seemed to have the dress in store. Vicki continued to provide me with updates weekly as she searched for a loaner dress. Within a couple of months she was able to have a loaner shipped to the Blushing Bride in accordance with my availability to make an appointment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions it was simply my mother and I who went to the appointment. We were provided with a warm welcome by Vicki and Kathy who were extremely personable. I tried on the dress and knew I had found THE one. Vicki and Kathy were gracious enough to pull additional dresses for me to try just to make sure the initial dress was in fact the one.We discussed policy protocols due to the current pandemic, all of which is very reasonable. I had read previous reviews that are posted here however, felt the narrative I was reading was largely one sided. After having my own experience I couldn’t disagree more with what I’ve read. I encourage you all to give the ladies of the Blushing Bride a call, don’t be scared of someone else’s influenced opinion.Truly, a smooth hassle free process from start to finish. I still can’t believe I found my dress within moments, it was destiny! Thank you Vicki and Kathy!

Being a mother of two sons, I went with my daughter-in-law to be to Blushing Bride. As she was trying on dresses we realized that there was no wow moment. Vicki brought over a dress unlike the others. She said try this one on. This was the wow dress. Vicki could tell what would look good and what would make the bride feel her most beautiful on the happiest day of her life. Thank you.

Blushing Bride has been nothing short of disappointing through the Coronavirus. My friend purchased a dress from the floor for her wedding happening this month (which was canceled due to COVID-19), when she tried to get a refund for the dress they refused and because the dress was “ordered” - when in fact it was a dress that was on the floor already. They then shipped the dress in A BOX just to make the return IMPOSSIBLE. My friend tried to get a copy of this supposed contract where “all sales are final” but the sales rep refused!! They hung up the phone on her multiple times. They have no sense of good customer service or what having empathy entails. This is a BRIDE who has had to CANCEL her wedding because of a PANDEMIC!! Something completely OUT OF HER CONTROL. If that so called contract exists then I’m sure something like a PANDEMIC would be an exception!! They don’t have the decency to talk to my friend and reason with her or compromise! Please don’t buy your wedding dress here!! Save yourself the stressss!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Love the atmosphere here, my friends who have been in search for the perfect wedding gown have received excellent customer service from Linda, and Vicki the owner. They helped meet their budget and just so patient. I recommend them to all who are need of their dream dress!

I visited Blushing Bride for my daughters wedding gown and bridesmaids gowns. It was such a pleasant experience. The staff is so accommodating and catered to our every wish. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability of the gowns and especially the alterations. It was, by far, the best experience we had with any bridal salon. I highly recommend Blushing Bride.

Wonderful experience and boutique!Came in looking for bridal gown ideas without an appointment and the consultants were very accommodating. I was given my consultants full attention as I tried on more than probably 8 dresses!! I stayed under my budget and the ladies even helped me pick a veil. Quick and easy process after they helped me wind down my favorites. I received a lot of information about my gown arrival, changes and alterations!I cant wait to start the process of looking for mother(s) and bridesmaids gowns.Ill definitely be back! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was the single worst experience shopping I’ve ever had. I am the baby of my family, so being the last to get married has been very sentemental for my family. Going here first was our biggest mistake in the wedding planning process so far. It started when we were grabbing dresses to try on and the lady was insisting on me being “more open minded” about the style I wanted. She showed me a dress and I said I did not like the v neck and she put it inside my sister’s dressing room when I wasn’t looking for her to try on. Then when she found out I didn’t have my gown yet, she told me it was a “mistake” having not picked mine first and that I should try on gowns while I am there. I would like to add I had told her three times on the phone I WOULD NOT be trying non dresses without my mother and mother-in-law present. She asked me 4 times after that to try them on. She also asked me my budget for my bridesmaids dresses and I said around 200 at the most and she said, “well all these are more than that” .... which I should mention they were VERY overpriced!!!!When my sister’s arrived is when it only got worse. She barked at my sister for not putting the dress on the hanger and leaving it on the floor to try on another dress. She said “You need to pick that up off the floor. We don’t put dresses on the floor here, we hang them up!” Meanwhile, both of them were walking around clearly talking about ya and could’ve just picked them up instead of both chiming in to scold her.My sister mentioned that she would be ordering her dress later because of personal reasons and they told her “good luck with that, you won’t have the dress in time for the wedding.”When I mentioned I was just there to get an idea of what’s out there and that I wasn’t buying a dress that day because I wanted my mom to see them before picking, the woman said in a nasty voice, “you’re going to let your mom pick the dresses?” That was the final straw for me. When we had decided on a dress we liked the woman took them away and my sister asked what size the one she tried on was because it fit her perfectly and the woman wouldn’t tell her! She said “we will measure you when you pick the dress” basically saying unless you’re buying it here, I’m not telling you what size you are!This moment was supposed to special for me and they absolutely ruined it. If you want this to be a nice experience for you, this is NOT the place for you!

They just ruined the mother of the bride dress of a good friend of mine this week right before the wedding. They refuse to acknowledge the presence of stains (which they caused), refund her money, or fix the situation. Customers beware!**I will edit this review if they make the situation right.**They didnt make it right, However, my ex wife did turn out to be crazy so changing rating to 5 because she made me write the review

The ladies at Blushing Bride were so friendly and helpful! I went in there looking for a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in 8 weeks. I called ahead to see if they could help and by the time I arrived, they had pulled a bunch of options from the racks that fit what I had said I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and had us taken care of in under an hour. I couldnt believe I found such an amazing dress from off the sample rack. I would absolutely recommend this shop!

When I walked into blushing bride I was very depressed because I had just come back from David’s bridal. I had the worst experience at David’s and wasn’t in the mood to try on anything. Thanks to my friends who took me and insisted I keep looking for a dress. When I got to blushing bride I didn’t have an appointment but was treated the best they did not stop until I found the best dress that I could find and I felt like a princess the way I should’ve been treated at David’s bridal. Thanks for the lovely work ladies you guys rock and thank you for making my day so special

Poor customer service and lack of basic empathy during a pandemic. My friend was due to get married this summer, but sadly, we have been hit with a global pandemic. From the start the service rendered was poor as her requests were not heard nor tended to. She tried on a floor model, which at the time was a little too big for her, she advised the rep that she knew she would have a significant weightloss by the time her wedding came around. They insisted on her purchasing this model to avoid having to order a new one. My friend again, asked for a smaller size and they again - insisted that this would be fine and that it would fit her. My friend was transparent and advised them of her travel plans, as her wedding was set to be overseas. She was set to leave July 7th.Fast forward June of this year, she attempted to reach out via FB and they never replied, then two weeks ago, my friend reached out to them to explain the situation due to the pandemic, and their response was No refund is available as the dress was already ordered-- which is a lie, because they insisted on a floor model.To make matters worse, and to essentially, free themselves of any further responsibility they immediately shipped the dress in a BOX. The dress arrived CRUMPLED up with not any kind of GARMENT PROTECTION - but FILLER PAPER, it was WRINKLED and, quite frankly - tainted. This is supposed to be a special moment for a bride, this is the dress that my friend was set to wear for the most beautiful day of her life, or so she thought. The Blushing Bride staff was dismissive from the time a smaller size was requested and to seal the deal, they have lacked any kind of empathy or customer service not offering their consumers a reasonable or fair resolution.They have denied my friend a refund or store credit, for a crumpled-up dress that is all too big for her. We are proceeding with submitting a BBB report as well as a Consumer Complaint with the Attorney Generals Consumer Advocacy and Response Divisionof the Commonwealth.Blushing Bride staff should be ASHAMED of themselves.

Blushing Bride was amazing! Originally I had a list to a bunch of places that I wanted to visit and this store was the second store that I decided to visit. As soon as I walked in, Liz was there to greet me. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and she also gave me her full attention. Liz is so patient, kind, and has an awesome personality! After trying on about 9 dresses the first time, Liz gave me a chance to look for more dresses after. When I looked for the second time, I tried on 3 more dresses and the one that I said yes to was a dress that Liz pointed out to me. Vicki, who is the owner, also helped me pick out a gorgeous veil once I found out that the veil that I originally wanted was discontinued. Anyone who is looking for a great experience and service, I defiantly recommend Blushing Bride. Thank you so much Liz and Vicki!

I had a bridal emergency, desperately seeking material for creating a sash for a bride across the country in Phoenix. I had 3 staff people working on the options, what would work best, etc. and they GAVE me some material to take home to use. I was not only impressed with their generosity, but that they took the time and made such an incredible effort to help me. There was nothing in it for them - just seasoned professionals doing what they do best. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if that is what they did for me, imagine what they can do for you as a bride or someone seeking a special occasion dress!

I purchased my dress from Vicky at blushing bridal. The experience purchasing a wedding dress is so stressful and they made the process so stressfree and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived they catered to me. I told the owner that I was hesitant about going there to shop for the dress because of some of the reviews. I couldn’t have had a better experience and find it so hard to believe that anyone else did. Thank you again

This was my second time trying on wedding dresses. I had a pleasant experience at the first place, but this place not so much. The woman who I believe was the owner was very pushy, and the other woman helping me get into the dresses wasn’t very nice or welcoming at all. She seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there at all. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I am a naturally introverted person so already this whole experience is nerve wracking for me and they made me feel just so uncomfortable. I think both consultants might reconsider their line of work, because with customer service like that, the wedding industry is definitely not a fit.

My 9 bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Blushing Bride and each of them had terrible experiences. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Multiple alterations were done incorrectly, and the store was very reluctant to acknowledge or fix any mistakes. A $200 dress and $120 alteration should be perfect, but they were not. All of my bridesmaids felt unwelcome each time they went in, and they were always rushed out. If they felt as though the dress was too long or too big, they were forced to believe otherwise. Two of my bridesmaids left with dresses that did not even fit them! The seamstresses here do not know how to properly take in a dress. Blushing bride has the worst customer service I have experienced throughout my entire wedding planning. Thankfully, I did not buy my dress or have alterations done here. Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away. There is enough stress involved with wedding planning, no need to add anymore by going to this horrible bridal shop.

People working are just looking for a sale and dont really care what you are looking for. The lady kept telling us the style we wanted was getting discontinued to try and make us order that day. Would not go back, especially since you can find better quality dresses for less money at other places.

Go during the week and you will get their full attention. Had a later appointment and called to make it earlier..no problem. Had a budget and stayed under it. Meredith was extremely helpful, honest and always making suggestions on modifying a dress to make it complimentary to me.

I went in at 7:30 on a Thursday night, no appointment and asked if it were ok to look at the bridesmaids dresses. The owner was more than happy to let me do this. I found a dress that I loved, my SIL was able to try it on even though we were pushing close to closing time. I would recommend Blushing Bride to anyone, the process was so easy there.

Once this bridal shop takes your money, they are downright rude, indifferent to your concerns, and even insulting. We had a terrible experience here. At my daughters second fitting, she started crying because the alterations had not been done to her specifications. The staff mocked her and dismissed her concerns. We had to insist on corrections. At her final fitting, when we entered the store one employee loudly stated I hope youre in a better mood today. She was told to stop nitpicking and that wedding dresses are not supposed to be comfortable. We heard several staff negatively discussing my daughter in another room. When I had reached my limit with their rudeness and abrasive talk, I said You are supposed to be supportive. And a staff replied We have been nothing but supportive, a bold faced lie. Alterations were ridiculously high. I have never experienced such a collection of terrible service and off putting, rude and dismissive staff. I beg you. Do not go to this shop for your wedding dress. You will regret it.

I had a great experience, I showed up half an hour early to appointment and they took me and my bridal party in. The young lady who helped had great experience and even pinned my dresses to fit since they were all a bit big on me. I had a budget and I stayed within my budget. They had a wide selection of dresses to pick from.

My daughter is getting married this May. We used Blushing Bride for My dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses and the brides dress as well. As a person that hates shopping - the staffs hand holding was greatly appreciated.

They did a perfectly fine job - no idea why folks are one starring the place. Are they looking to sell product - heck yesn- but what company isn’t?

Some of the rudest people Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left they were pushy, rude and indignant. If they feel like they wont make money with you they treat you like garbage. I ended up buying a dress 2X the amount of the one from here just because I refused to deal with them again. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect do not go here!!!

Terrible place! They were rude and pushy and the owner is a downright jerk. Once they get your money they couldnt care less if your happy. They altered my mother of the bride dress crooked and it was dragging on the ground in the front and tripping me and other places it was 2 inches off the ground...it went up and down all the way around. The owner looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with it and said I would have to pay another $200 to redo the hem. This was an awful experience and with so many other nice places to go I would recommend you do yourself a favor and just drive right by this one. They also have a very small selection so you wont be missing much. I wish I could give no stars!
