We have been ordering regularly from Christianbook for about 18 years.Gifts, Bibles, Bible Study Guides, Bible Study Kits, Jewelry, Books that we like to give away - Bare Bones Bible, Oswald Chambers - My Utmost for His Highest...We have never had even the slightest issue. All items ordered have always been present and accounted for. We have never had any shipping problems. Timing has always been right.We have had many Bibles imprinted with names and titles and every one was properly rendered.All depictions and descriptions of goods whether on the website or in the printed catalogs have been accurate to what arrived and was put to use in advancing Gods purposes.We have seen a lot of situations where someone was going through real challenges and we found helpful supplies in CB offerings and placed orders and received the items well packed and intact, to hand them over to bless in important timings.One more valuable point: giving Christmas gifts can be made into a true devotional act of love by simply starting early and coordinating the spirit we are observing. Christianbook helps with this by maintaining the right spirit in the way they handle selection and do business. They also have some smart sales through the year and you can keep an eye out by getting on their email list. I ordered a book and it was on backorder. The expected date came and went without any update from the company. When it did ship, it was sent via FedEx Smartpost. It went to Northborough MA where it has been sitting for 5 days. There is no updated tracking information and I am frustrated. At least, give me current info. I live 1.5 miles from this company and I wish they could have put it in the mail, or have pick up at the company. After this experience, I wont be ordering from Christianbook again.

Over 20 years of ordering from them. top excellence ! packages always arrive and if any problems just call into them. they are polite and quick to offer help.Very impressed and glad to stay a long time customer.

Got to the first address for my delivery and it was cramped. Went in to check-in and they said i had to go to another address about 5 minutes from there. They had to move three big trucks and a box truck in order for me to get out but the receiver came out and arranged all that for me! The receiver then said to wait for him and he would bring his car around and I could follow him to the other warehouse. He guided me there and I got backed in right away. Plenty of room for backing. Was unloaded in less then 30 min.Staff there was friendly, respectful, and very helpful. Would be ok to go there again.Kinda funny as I get the Blue Letter daily scripture and that day it was Palms and said “I will guide thee with thyne eyes” or something to that effect. Yet that is exactly what happened as to how I easily got to the right warehouse! Not all that religious but something to think about.!

Not a store to buy books. Website is misleading. They give the impression that its a store to buy books; its not. They need to specify that its only online purchases.

I love ordering from them - they have a great selection and oftentimes their books are cheaper than other big online retailers, especially the slightly imperfect items which are awesome for those on a budget. Ive only had minor issues with an order a couple times and when I did their customer service was helpful in fixing it.

Do not work here!!! Low pay and working is overwhelming.

Christian Book is my go to source for any Christian material. I would say more often than not (especially with their regular promotions and sales) they are cheaper than others. I also love their slightly imperfect section where you can get really good bargains for books that have slight imperfections. Great selection of books, music, decorations etc.

Easy access. Especially to pick up books

I showed up on time. They gave me a door and started unloading my trailer immediately. Whats not to like?

Expect too much from employees. But they take care of you. Great place to work for 1st and 2nd shift. But not 3rd.

Pick up your order from the warehouse. No store but you can order online and pick up the next day. Only works for those in the local area

Not always cheaper then amazon bit they have a better selection for some things. They also allow us to pick up books at the site instead of shipping it which is nice.
