I stopped by Mattress Firm Peabody early this morning to purchase an inexpensive mattress. I was greeted by two very professional sales associates who explained the range of mattresses carried in the store. Together, we quickly honed in on a Serta line which satisfied all my requirements for a guest room bed. I was very impressed with the professionalism and product knowledge displayed by both associates. I was in and out in 25 minutes with the bed being scheduled for delivery to my home in just two days! Plus, free delivery! I have only good things to say about my experience!

They made sure I experienced every type of mattress to give me what I need for comfort and support. They were curtis and not pushy. I definitely recommend them for your sleeping needs.

The guy that helped me, I think his name was Gregory, in Peabody, MA was super helpful and offered me a couple of other solutions because my first choice wasn’t available. Fantastic! We worked with Gregory at the Peabody, Andover St. Location. He listened to what we wanted to do in regards to our exchange. We showed him the new Mattress we wanted, and he made the whole exchange process, so easy to do. He set up a delivery date 2 days later. The delivery crew was excellent. They were very professional, wore mask and booties. They brought up the new Mattress, set it up, took the two separate originals, and were done in less than 20 mins.

Was easy to find the mattress and box spring that I was interested on the website, called store andy easily ordered my choice!

If I could give a zero star i would it took 3 months for us to recieve our bed. With SEVERAL move up dates and a damaged mattress that was left for us to sleep on for 4-5 days because our old one was already on the truck.to be hauled off. On the day of our swap the delivery company came and stated our DAMAGED mattress was not to be swapped because it wasnt in the notes!? CLEARLY had 2 big holes in it. With alot of arguing with the SUPER RUDE delivery manager and back and forth with the MF store they were FINALLY able to deliver our mattress. Yes, I love it but if I knew all the hassle Id run ito with this company I would have walked out the door..sorry, but I wont be coming back or referring you to anyone.

I bought a mattress from the Beverly location 7 weeks ago and had a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. But I LOVED the mattress. 7 weeks in and I’m having issues with the mattress already having an indent in the middle.I was told I had 120 days to exchange the mattress but I didn’t want to go back to the Beverly store and deal with the man I did last time.So I went to the Peabody location I was created by a friendly new person and explained the situation. He then brought me over to Michael who could better assist me. Michael was AWESOME! He made the process quick and painless and hooked me up in effort to change my customer experience and make up for all the inconveniences that happens the first time around.Thank you so much Michael! This time I am leaving a very happy customer and will definitely recommend you anyone asking.Go see Michael at sleepys in Peabody (he will be moving to Beverly soon, so don’t not shop at Beverly based on this review, just make sure you ask for Michael! :) )

Our new Beauty Rest mattress arrived Tuesday, and my husband and I thoroughly love our purchase. After searching and pricing mattresses recently, we shopped Mattress Firm Sunday. Michael Brown assisted us in finding the perfect fit for us, and he was patient as we pondered our options. He was helpful, kind and not pushy. We had a price from a competitor, and Michael beat their price. We are highly satisfied and will refer our friends and family to Mattress Firm.

I purchased close to $2.600 worth of Simmons BeautyRest Mattresses and Boxes from this store about 2 years ago. I have had to file 4 Warranty claims for all the products; their customer service online is ridiculous. They come to determinations without even speaking with the client. Its been 2 years of crazy back and forward between the managers in the store, myself and the online(800 unit). Their corporate is no help the client and only concentrate on sales. I will not recommend them at all! Buyers beware!!

Brian is the best. He made it easy to pick a bed and do all the paperwork etc. He made sure we had water and snacks for our daughter. She was never bored in the store. Balls to play with and a shark. Also, not salesy, but helpful. We did not take all the bells and whistles, and he did not try to push it on us either. He also hooked us up with nice discounts and special offers etc. Would highly recommend this company. I did look high and low for the best deal. It turns out it is a lot harder to pick the right bed. You cant just buy it on the internet. This is something you will be using every day for 15 years. Worth spending a bit more for the exact right bed for you.

I bought a king size bed and adjustable frame late one night last week. I already had my mind 95% made up by the time I went into the store. There was 30 mins left before close and Phil was very helpful and he showed me beds to try that were similar to the one I was looking to purchaseonline. He made it quick, easy, and I didnt feel pressure whatsoever. To top it off I got even better deals than if I just purchased it myself online. My bed will be delivered this Saturday (before black friday but with the black friday deals!!!). Unless I have any issues with delivery or liking the bed, this was a great, simple experience overall. Thank you Phil!Update: This was the last delivery of the day (Saturday), but it was worth the wait! The delivery set up wasn’t long at all, and they got rid of my old bed, so I didn’t have to worry about it myself! That in itself was a HUGE bonus. I love my new bed; I’ve only slept in it a few nights, but I already feel less stress on my back, and I wake up way more energized. I definitely spoiled myself with this purchase.

Went in on a whimp because I have been wanting to get a new mattress, and was greeted by a nice sales rep named Gregory. My sister and I looked around the store and finally settled on a bed that we both wanted to get. Well they were having a special with financing so we were both going to get a bed, after filling out the app and waiting while the finance site they use went down my sister had changed her mind and just I was going to get a bed. Well because we had to wait so long he wanted to give me a discount but had to ask the manager.. enter Brian. Brian was very funny and very accommodating not only did he give me the discount he also threw in 2 pairs of sheets and free delivery. We decided to exchange a mattress we purchased in early December 2018 and the process was easy. The store manager, Greg, was very helpful and spent considerable time trying to identify what mattress would best suit us. He offered very detailed knowledge of all the products available at Mattress Firm and from other retailers as we had shopped at several venues prior to making our purchase at MF. The process can be somewhat confusing because each retailer gives different names to like mattresses manufactured by the same company. You might recall a particular Beautyrest at Jordan’s Furniture, but they have a different name for that model than MF. Greg, was able to help us compare apples to apples. We picked a new mattress and it was delivered the next day. We are hopeful we made the right choice this time. My wife and I would strongly recommend consulting with Greg at the Peabody location.
