I’ve brought my car to Jonas twice now and have received amazing service both times. The first time, Jonas replaced the entire AC system in a single day for $300 less than two other garages that quoted me. Today I brought my car in and Jonas replaced the alternator within a few hours for a very reasonable price. For expert, fast service for a very reasonable price, Jonas is the guy!

Not only did they get me in same day but my car was done by noon the next day. I got back to AZ safe and my car is running better than ever. Thank goodness for Jonas. We were visiting Peabody to celebrate our six year anniversary and our cars radiator blew! Being stranded two hours from home, we went to the first place google suggested. Thankfully it suggested Tremont Auto Service Repair.Despite, the job being a bit of a large one (and just dropped on his lap), Jonas took it on. He spent all day working on our car and took the time to test drive it before handing it back to us. He was very professional and even stayed after closing hours to help us. I’m furious, the manager Jonas didn’t know any anatomy of a vehicle. he didn’t know what i meant by steering wheel or steering fluid. He constantly mock me saying that they don’t exist. & tried charging me 100$ for asking him if he fixed steering fluid. then threatened my girl friend saying he could show her a good time after all this. he took my girlfriend & my money

Was going to have these guys put in shocks and control arms for me. I called them back after dropping my vehicle off and they said they no longer would work on it because I couldn’t make up my mind, absolutely ridiculous, go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.

I’ve come here quite a few times to get my oil changed and I must say, compared to other places, this is my favorite. I love how I can get my oil changed and tires rotated for a great price.Additionally at my last visit, my display settings had an issue. Jonas spent the whole day working on it free of charge. His dedication suggests he has a high quality of work and takes care of his customers. I had to leave my car there and needed to walk home in the rain and Jonas gave me an umbrella to stay dry. He truly wants his customers to be happy and will make sure your vehicle is good to go!Definitely will be back!

Very unprofessional & very disrespectful! DO NOT RECOMMEND.When i was here last week just to have a man check why my car wouldnt start. He tried charging me 50$ for cleaning something with a dirty rag and something I could buy at walmart for 10$ . Also did not put my air flow tub back together. (Dont know much about cars.) My car still didnt start. Then told me to go inside and leave him alone. That he doesnf need me out there asking questions. I said absolutely not ! Im not leaving my car alone with you I dont know you ! He also kept looking me up and down making me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful ! I will never go there ever again !
