From the moment I called after my accident they went above and beyond. They stayed late for me to drop of my car and walked me through and put in my insurance claim for me. They kept me up to date on the progress and made sure that my car was 100% ready to go before I got it. When it came time to pick my car up I was running late, they stayed late that way I wouldnt have to wait another day for my car. When I got it it looked amazing and was remarkably clean, better then it has ever been. I would recommend to anyone and will be back if I ever need anything for my car again!

Really good experience with these guys, way better than the minimum viable I expect from collision repair being controlled by the other guys insurance. Had a few friendly, helpful interactions with their team and Liz is especially awesome (thank you!). The actual work is professional and correct, they wrangled the adjuster and rental agent, and delivered my car squeaky clean at the end of it. Ill use them again, next time some dude drives his car into mine, which is likely in Peabody.

Following a bad accident, I had my 2009 Toyota Matrox towed here for damage assessment. Folks in the office were super friendly and helpful, assisted me with navigating the insurance claims process, and getting hooked up with a rental car while the damage was being assessed. They were proactive on communication, and kept me more up-to-date on my claim process than the insurance company did. While I didnt get a chance to have my car worked on here (car was totaled), I would 100% reccomend Peabody Collision simply for the A+ customer service. Not to mention, the shop was VERY clean.

Just got my car back yesterday and came back to what looks like a brand new car. New car smell, the work that was done was amazing. So happy the way it looks inside and out. My first car was in a bad accident and they repaired the whole front end. You wouldn’t even have known the car was in an accident. My second car’s front bumper started peeling. Fast, friendly, and did a great job. What else do you need? Would definitely bring my car back (although hopefully won’t need to)! I brought my car in to get looked at because the shield under the front fell off after a run in with a grocery store parking spot bumper. I brought it in on Wednesday morning to get looked at and they ordered the parts that day, had them in the next morning, and my car was all set by Thursday afternoon!
