I recently purchased my first BMW X1. I live in Maine and traveled down to Peabody to check this vehicle out. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan. Super friendly and down to earth. Easy to communicate with as well. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my question. I felt very comfortable working with Ryan as there was no pressure for a sale. He provided thorough information and respected when I needed time to process and review. This was absolutely the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! Wendi in the finance department was excellent and very efficient as well. I also worked with Will, as he drove my X1 to Maine and helped with the registration process/paperwork and went through the all the features that my new car offered. He spent time explaining how the iDrive works and got my phone (contacts & music) connected. I felt like I was set up for success! Ryan followed up the day of the delivery to make sure everything was going well and answered all of my questions. Earlier today I had questions that Ryan was able to answer so easily and efficiently! Just made my third purchase from BMW of Peabody in the last 10 years, and could not be happier with the experience, primarily due to the service and support which Ryan provided. I was not looking to trade in my X5 since I have really enjoyed the SUV and have had no troubles with over 100K miles on the vehicle, but as I was surfing the BMW Peabody website, a 750i caught my attention. Within a matter of days, Ryan had me hooked, and I drove away with my new purchase incredibly satisfied. Of all the sales persons Ive interacted with, Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy, and made my purchase so easy. Jalen was also very informative and patient as he walked me through the new vehicle controls and options to make sure I understood all options and how to use them.

Recently traded in my 2016 750i xdrive for a 2018 540i xdrive. I walked into the dealership only looking for a quote and not really hopeful that a deal could be made in my favor. I havent been to this location in a couple years and the recent renovations have made a huge difference. The arrival process is well-orchestrated and informative. The new waiting area is comfortable and large, with a hostess offering a selection of snacks and soft drinks--and a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The car was ready on time and as promised. TV and internet offered great pastimes while waiting.

I pre-ordered my BMW M2 from this dealership years ago which was a 6 month wait.Salesperson I was originally dealing with was no longer working there and I had not been notified until the day of the delivery. (I had been tracking the delivery on my own). In the 6 months wait I had not been contacted once.I had requested a couple of days before delivery that they made sure that all the plastic stay on the car so that I can reduce the amount of scratches before I had it wrapped in protective coating. The dealership lied, all of the plastic covering was removed.Gash was spotted on driver side rail which they repaired (not replaced), but I found a small ding on the front right fender which they kept saying they couldnt see it.Car had 21 miles on the odometer which is suppose to be brand new car fresh off the boat.Just a myriad of of poor customer service. Avoid this dealership if you love your car.Edit: It has been one month and the dealership has not reached out to me nor do I want them to. Yet another example of how this dealership functions.

Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday for a warranty issue in a new 840i which I clearly described on the phone (sunroof rattle). Drove in 30 minutes and was turned away because we dont take in such repairs on a Saturday, only routine oil changes. Was told that SA will call to sort this out. Still waiting. Ill look elsewhere for service.

Despite my 8:00am appointment, my car was never even looked at that day, nor did I receive a phone call telling me they would not get to it. I repeatedly tried calling the Service Manager, who did not return my calls until late afternoon, at that time promising me the car would be looked at first thing the next morning. Several more phone calls the following day, and the car was finally serviced mid-day.Stay away from the Andover St service location….I’ve had much better service at the Centennial Drive location and now will only go there.

Bought out a 2021 loaner in emergency - very awesome sales and accounts experience! However, the car spa they use is not good at all. After going back twice, Car still has coffee stains on the cup holder section in back and looks dirty inside - glue left behind where loaner stickers were. New car should smell and feel new- even if it was used as loaner for a bit.

The dealership didn’t have any loaner vehicles and I would have had to wait a month to get a loaner.I picked the car up without a car wash because that would have take another 30 minutes. By far the best, fastest, and easiest car purchase I have ever made!!! Nick Khouri was my salesperson who took care of me and was awesome! There was no judgement (as I have experienced at other dealerships), I was greeted right away and was test driving the car I wanted within minutes. Once I decided to buy the car, the rest of the process was just as smooth and easy! I was in and out with a purchase and trade-in in under 3 hours. Well, it took until day 3 for them just to look at servicing my vehicle. So, not happy with my service experience. And I had to chase them for answers on whats the status. Lots of voice mail, few live voices.Strong recommendation: DO NOT leave your vehicle without getting a loaner, even for the most minor issues. The loaner is your collateral. I made the mistake of taking a lift to work from one of their staff thinking I could get a ride back that day and collect my car. Instead, I had to have to have them deliver a loaner car to me on the 2nd day near closing time. I got my car back on day 3. And it was only a software update!!Hard to believe, I know, and certainly not what you expect from a premium brand like BMW.

My car was in for over a week and a half for a $14.00 part which was back ordered- I understand. The repairs cost me 440.00 with labor. Left the dealership and the malfunction light that I brought in turned back on once I got on the highway. I’m very disappointed. Greg is always helpful!!

Just recently purchased an X5 M50i because my 6 year old 50i was tired. I live in New Hampshire and was unable to locate the car I wanted. I chose the car online and gave them a call. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Craig Patel absolutely knocked it out of the park. He easily answered all of my questions, guided me through the out of state purchase process, delivered the care to Henniker New Hampshire, transferred the plates, and then spent over an hour going through everything I needed to know. Greg was super easy to work with. It was also great to be able to drop off my car without warning - once I saw the light go on and fluid dripping from my car. Greg came out and verified it needed immediate attention and took it in right away. They also inspected the car and found I needed new shocks (no shocker here, as it has been a bumpy ride). The fixes were turned around efficiently and my car drives like new again. Love having the loaner option too. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I was not happy at all with my Service Advisor /David Adamsom. I dropped off my vehicle for service on Friday morning for my scheduled appt and never heard back from him until he texted me at 4:30 to say my vehicle wasn’t looked at and if I could bring it back in on Monday. I responded back to him asking for someone to please call me and did not receive a phone call back. I called back on Saturday morning and left a message again and received no phone call back which meant that my car sat at BMW/Peabody for the entire weekend. Monday morning still no phone call and I had to call him again to check on my car and then again at the end of the day to check on it. The communication was very poor…Very disappointing!!

JD initially set up my appointment with Jeff our sales associate. JD was informative and professional and found him to be a straightforward to the point individual. Never once wasting my time. Jeff was among the best I have ever dealt with at any dealership in my life. Jeff kept me informed and exceeded my expectations every step in the entire process. Every time I drop my car off for an oil change it turns into a whole day affair. Clearly they are not very good at organizing their schedule. Not sure why I rushed to drop my car off at 7:30 am if they touch it until 5 pm. When I dropped my car off my husband waited because the salesman said it should only be 2 hours. After the 2 hours my husband went back to see the status and they havent even touched it. Why would they have him wait 2 hours to just waste his time?!?! Now just called back for a SECOND time today and the car still hasnt been touched. A complete waste of time and horrible costumer service.

This was the worst service experience I have ever had at BMW of Peabody. I have bought several cars at this dealership and due to the POOR service, I will strongly consider going elsewhere for my next vehicle. My service person, Matt, blatantly lied about what he told me about 2 issues with my car. He would not admit to the Service Manager or Sales Manager to the EXACT words he stated to me about these issues. He changed what he said to these people to cover himself. This type of behavior is what gives people in the car business a bad name. It is actually VERY sad, as I have ALWAYS felt VERY POSITIVE about this dealership for years, up to this point.

I am swinging with this guys back and forward. There are good days and there are not good days. No consistency in service. Craig and Greg are good but when they are not there I have a feeling they are not able to just take over the customer. So they need to bring consistency in their service. Also latest issue I had on my brand new X5 is that water was leaking from roof, and I did not hear any “sorry this happened to you” but just “ok we will look into it and fix it”. I mean com on its 70k USD car I expect a bit more then “we will fix it”. Again, I am missing on consistency.

The sales process was painless and not overly time consuming, same with financing.I want to particularly call out Ryan Delaney, sales. Pleasant and professional, he did an exceptional job, exceeding my expectations. Detailed and thorough, he had answers to questions that I hadn’t even voiced yet. Buying a Certified Pre Owned SUV has truly been a process.. BMW of Peabody and specifically Moe ( my sales representative) made the process much easier. I had specific needs and wants and wanted to make sure I was making the best choice. He was very patient and showed me lots of options. The service department correctly diagnosed my cars problems. When scheduling the repairs which would take a full day to complete, the dealership did not have a loaner car available for over two weeks. So, I took my business to a different place and this dealer missed out on $3K!

The issue I was concerned about was the fact I lived in Maryland however this place has been so welcoming and helpful that they have been working non-stop to work with Maryland BMW reps to get me the car I want.
