Great customer service, very helpful staff doing Curbside pickup & also in store shopping. Great selections & prices on all the items I needed from starting my couple seedlings to now having to winterize what became a garden of over 26 plants, of 6 different species.🤦‍♀️🤣🤣 luckily they were very informative in explaining my options & I never felt pressured & felt like they really helped me learn some very important things to help me improve on my garden for next year. & I cant help it, even being a woman Im like a kid in a candy store in Home Depot, my mind is blown on some of the things they have & it always makes me want to be MeShell the builder for the day lol

These guys rock!! I dont think I have ever been disappointed at this store. I love the fact that I can go in, tell someone what I need accomplished--without even knowing what parts/or names of parts, and walk out with exactly what I need to get the job done. I always know theyll help me figure it out!!!

I love home depot. They probably get half my pay check every time I get paid. Lol!For the most part the employees are always helpful and courteous.I love that I can bring my little dogs with me an they usually get lots of attention and even treats sometimes.Prices have gone up and up in recent years but are still usually less than other similar stores and I always find everything I need there.

Bad day for employees I guess. Garden cashier was very nice, but others….. rude. I was sorry to see this as I work in retail myself.

All in all good place to find watchamacallits. Only complaint is two few advisers. However when you finally get one they do everthing possible to hell you.

Don who recently broke his his hip and using a cane to walk provided superior customer service in helping me locate a grill that was on display!!!He was just recently hired and even though he they are short staffed he was a breath of fresh air of a store I have shopped at for the past 8 yrs

Employees simply dont care, with customer service being a thing of the past... with the exception of Sherri. Sherri truly has a professional demeanor, customer service skills and was very helpful when I almost gave up.

The store has plenty of goods for sure, but after I patiently waited in line to ask for assistance (since everyone on the sales floor disappeared?), the associate IMMEDIATELY assumed I was a flatlander and treated me very rudely. I get it, we get busy and sometimes overwhelmed up here with out of towners, but seriously?

We went down to the local Home Depot to look for a birthday present for our son. He wanted a 16 gauge Finish Nailer that can be used with an air compressor. Home Depot always has a big selection of tools so we had to bring our son along to pick one out. He chose a nice one made by DeWalt that had a pretty good price. We also grabbed a box of 4000 finish nails made by Grip Rite just in case he wants to make us some really nice bookcases, some end tables, etc. Wouldnt want him to run out of nails. Now we just need the wood. Back to Home Depot.

Dear Payson and outside residents, this HomeDepot due to one individuals mostly by acts of kindness and caring for people in general. This one individual Im speaking about is a man named Kenny. He works in the wood department. If he is not a Manager, the company could learn a thing or two from this ONE man. Never have I ever been to a place for a first time build and got the acts of kindness and caring that this one man has for his job and others. All I will say. Kenny, keep doing what your doing and dont change for anyone.

Good service good prices

In this store works a Manager with glasses light brown hair. She is as rude as it comes. She thinks because she is a Manager she can treat 76 year old men like dirt. Im schocked, they have people like this working for them. She is just plain out rude to customers. Wow that is all I can say. The bad thing is, she gets away with it. And since she is a manager, the reg. Employees will back her up, because they are scared of whats going to happen, if there dont. Will never set foot in this place again. The only thing I regret, I have spent thousands of dollars in there. But this ends here. Rather go to Lowes in the valley.

Rented a great wood splitter and I was able to get most of the wood split. Very efficient.

The Home Depot here in Payson Az is like a Big Family and Friends hang out spot because it is Air Conditioned and everyone pretty much KNOWS EVERYONE here and the Employees that are your friends are always the professional informative and knowledgeable about wherr every item in the store is located. I enjoy shopping there because of the respect they show to every person as well as your Dog. My Dog is known by everyone and HE LOVES EVERYONE

We found what we wanted to buy easily, went to an open check out line and found the cashier facing the computer sound asleep! Poor guy, exhausted. We went to a different aisle and waited our turn for one other to check out. No problem, hope he gets dome rest!!

Good prices, much better service.

The store was well stocked and it was clean I tried to buy a lock set and couldn’t find anybody anywhere to find out if they could re-kit. Finally went over to the Millworks desk and the employee there didn’t wanna be bothered. I couldn’t even ask one simple question.

The Home Depot crew helped me a lot they help me move all of my lumber and they did it for me I appreciate it thank you very much Mike Z

I went in on Thursday looking to purchase a brand new refrigerator. After waiting for help for approximately 5 minutes, no one came. I asked the customer service desk and they called someone over. The person who came informed me they didnt have anyone working the appliance department and that I should try again tomorrow. Since I live 30 miles outside of town I decided to call the following day. After being place on hold 3 times for a total of 25 minutes, I was i formed that there[wasnt] any one who could help [me] today. They took my name and number and said someone would call me Saturday. Saturday came and past. I called again Monday and was placed on hold for another 25 minutes. I then called Lowes who arranged for the same product and delivery for the same price, out of Mesa!

Nice store. Staff are usually great, but some seem to prefer talking with their coworkers over helping customers. Just had two of them see me waiting to ask a question, but continued their conversation about the ball game and made me wait. Finally had to interrupt them, as they clearly ignored me.

As long as you know what you want and where it is they have it.

If Karlos helps you, youre going to have a good visit!Unfortunately, not all the employees are so helpful and motivated. Stock on hand is sometimes an issue, and the store is undermanned. I normally shop at Lowes (in the valley) and they seem to be somewhat better, but in Payson this Home Depot is what you got... and this store has improved a bit, and are almost on par with Lowes now. I dont always hate my visit here these days.

The most dysfunctional home depot I have ever been the service was horrible waited one hour for someone to bring shower and shower pan down after he brought down he was the manager he just left there for me to take it to the cashier it was horrible horrible horrible. One clerk scans it she says there out of stock the other one comes in scans says they have had in stock nobody knows what they have......

Placed order for curbside delivery. After texting as instructed per sign, no one showed. Asked employee about the curbside delivery, said they dont have it and instructed me to go inside to service desk to pick up my order.

Payson AZ very slow even tho there were a lot of cars. Soooo slow employees were helping each other and walking past customers not saying hello, good morning good afternoon and most of all may I help you. The only help you get is if you walk up to one of them, or customer service. One lady helped me find the barn door bracket/hardware. One guy in customer service helped till he passed me off to Pro customer service giving a completely wrong explanation of what I was looking for. Asked one man how to move stairs to get 2 x4 s easier. He had walked by my husband I at least 4 times never speaking. He helped get the boards down, must of been a hurry to get on about his business he was practically throwing them.

Was very friendly, April the cashier was very knowledgeable and respectful. Very impressed

Its always a pleasure visiting this Home Depot when I need home items. I have a second home in Kohls Ranch and this Home Depot is only 20 easy minutes away. Employees always go out of their way to say hello, or goodbye and always willing to help. A far cry from the Home depots in Phoenix where I live during the week.

Very homely experience. I came here to purchase a chainsaw blade and some ratchet straps and everybody here was warm and welcoming. One thing I notice is all the associates had a smile on their face and it seemed like a good atmosphere. I love doing these review is because you get a different experience every time.
