Small store. Girl was very rude and condescending. I was just looking for disposable salt nic vapes and was told that they dont have them any more and they never will because thats all anyone will want. Thats what the cashier told me. Makes no sense to me. If it was my business, I would be focused on making money selling what people want. But whatever. Canyon vapors is 1000 times better.

Best place in payette to come get your vape not only do they give the best customer service they always have a warm welcome and help me pick what I like and explain stuff so I get the best vaping experience legit don’t waste your time on other places hit up Emily or Chris!!!

Ive been smoking for 25 years and I just have to say that not only has vaping saved my life. But this is also the best store I have ever been to. By far the best. Its clean, the workers know what theyre doing, and they always have the best juices 5/5 recommend!!!

This is our go to store whenever we are in Payette. They have some of the best juices in the continental untied states. When we visit its usually 3 bottles of juice and 3 packs of coils. I think we know everyone in the store. They are located next to the company my husband drives for and it a short walk over there. Everyone in there is really helpful & friendly. Ive been to the competition and there customer service & friendliest pales in comparison to the service you get at Vape.

In an experience that recently happened today, I saw a great interaction between the manager and a customer, the manager had witnessed him get money from someone in the back. Customer refused to show his ID till he purchased his products and the manager had said that she was not able to sell to him until she had seen his ID. He was very rude and insisted that he was 18, she had told him she wasnt able to be sure about that until she saw his ID. He then pulled his wallet out and then said he needed to grab his ID. He left, then switched cars and came back trying to get the things he needed, she still insisted thats needed to see his ID. He then said that she had terrible customer service and it was a terrible business. As he was leaving he had flipped off the manager and the whole store. She handled it very professionally and remained calm and collected. Definitely would recommend this store as the manager is very professional and very smart when it comes to things like this

Only 1 star because most of the staff is friendly and helpfulOther than that, my wife and I havent been able to get our juice in MONTHS. We blow thru at least 8 bottles a month, and its usually never in stock, and if it is, its only 1 bottle and them no more for months on end. We end up having to fo into CaldwellShes talked to the manager, and told her we buy 8 a month and we will continue to do so, but she always has an excuse as to why it isnt in, yet other stores always have it?Its annoying and frustrating

Sometimes going into the store the employees are super cool, really talkative, nice, informativeand its a comfortable environment. Other times it is extremely uncomfortable. people hanging out in there who stare at you when you walk in, no music or comfortable atmosphere. Impersonal, rude employees whos friends just hang out make it difficult to spend money at this store.

Extremely disappointed about the staffs ability to be respectful.....will not be returning!

Edit: if I could give no stars, I would.Every time we go in, our juice is never in stock. We havent been able to get juice in over 2 months from this location. Its either, it went OOD so had to send back, its on order or she ordered it yet it didnt come in the shipment. We get 4 bottles a week... even if another customer is buying it, up your damn orderORIGINAL: Im giving 2 starts.The employees are very nice. BUT we have gone in 10 times... and out if the 10 times, they have gotten our order wrong 8 times. We didnt notice toll we got him 30 min round trip away. We live in Weiser. We always get 2 boxes of juice. The front box is always correct but the back box is not.... this is very frustrating f9r us. Its not the end of the world but I also shouldnt have to check EVERY TIME I GO THERE

They lied to me i bought two bottles of vape oil said if I didnt open the bottle of vape oil that was a 6 I could change it for a 3 if the 6 gave me discomfort in my throat so I tried to and they told me no when I went back and tried even tho it wasnt opened

This place was awful I will never go back. I bout a starter kit that came to 115 and change to get it home and have ONE OF THE 2 coils be defective so I go back thinking it will be replaced since not even 10 mins ago I purchased this with a 6 month warrenty....NOPE WRONG I was told by 3 managers I am responsible to buy a new one and or they will put my spare on that was apart of my kit. WAIT WHAT if you buy something and it brakes they exchange it not make you eat ur money and buy a new one after paying 115 and change. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO HAVE THEM TEST EVERYTHING OR YOU WILL BUY BROKEN STUFF AND NOT BEABLE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR WHAT YOU PAID TO USE. I ASKED FOR OWNER CONTACT INFO AND WAS TOLD THEY DONT KNOW THAT INFORMATION.PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATASFSCTION. bought at 230 today and still have a broken crapy working vapor that I paid 115 and change for. They wont refund and dont have another exact one of what I purchased today. Think twice be for you spend money here
