Very wonderful place, wonderful loving friendly employees. When my family lost everything in a house fire they stepped up and helped us out with new pillows and bedding and a few other items. Thank you 💙💙💙💙

Family Dollar has a little bit of everything, at prices that make it a great alternative to big box stores like Walmart. The stores I have been in are pretty full of product, but usually neatly arranged and kept clean. There seems to be slightly higher than normal turnover in their staff, but even if they arent the most knowledgeable people about what they sell they have always been helpful and courteous.

Stopped in passing through to get some windshield washer fluid.. they only had the expensive kind so I asked the guy at the register if they had any of the cheaper kind. He replied did you see any on the shelf ? I replied no. He said well there you have it.. and then went on saying what do you think we have it in a magical back room ? Everyone thinks theres a magical back room where we keep stuff instead of putting it on the shelf. I paid for the washer fluid and said thank you and he didnt say anything else.. I just dont understand why ?

I love Family dollar they always have the best stuff and sales for cleaning products and laundry supplies.

This store used to be a good place to shop, NOT now. Selection is ok, staff is not ok, 2 or more cashiers and they would rather talk then wait on the long line and not helpful at all.

Rudest customer service from the supervisor. I know I didn’t have enough money and asked him to remove two items. He irritably complained “ oh come on ! “ in front of a line of customers. I’ve never felt more embarrassed and like an inconvenience in my life.

I shop quite often at the store. All the employees are very nice except one. The man that works there is rude and unresponsive to questions. Sure dont know why he is working retail.

The young lady that was working tonight was just absolutely amazing the manager was very sweet and worked very well with me and the return that I was doing excellent customer service clean store organized and just downright amazing

It use to have friendly helpful staff. Sorry to see that has changed. Hope it returns someday.

I love shopping at family dollar in payette because there is alot of good stuffs with good price and also i loved the workers there especcially one of the cashier(Almida George) shes a really nice person she always helped me everytime i shop there.

Family Dollar employees arent wearing masks they judge and make fun of people that walk in with masks like the thick girl with red hair did to me and my kids as soon as we walked in the store

What happened to all workers that were there,I really enjoyed them.the guy at the cash register is loud and never acknowledges the customer properly, doesnt say thank you or have a nice day.I go because I like the prices.some of the workers dont know where things are or if they have them.please fix the problem .I know Im only one customer,but I will keep complaining

I go there at least once a week, if not more. I have never met more unprofressional, uncaring, customer service reps in my entire life. I work retail, I understand having a bad day completely. It is your JOB that you get PAID for, and theyre getting paid for having boxes EVERYWHERE, shoving past you without even saying excuse me like a decent human being, hardly acknowledges you when you walk in, just complete and utter disregard for anyone else besides themselves and their coworkers conversation, where theyre talking about highly inappropriate stuff (again, I get it, but good God, use your inside voice) while swearing (especially the manager), Im not a saint, and I use swear words, but I dont feel like taking my kids to the FAMILY dollar and hearing about your personal love life and the details that go into it.You can hardly have a conversation without feeling like youre speaking to a robot with generic responses. Ive literally walked up to the register to someone right next to it and them calling someone else up to help me, or never putting someone on the 2nd register to help the line of about 6-10 people that only one cashier is ringing up. There is only one women I like there and that has a good attitude, she has long dark hair and I cant for the life of me remember her name, but I give her props for handling everything that she does.I love the coupons, the app, the pricing on the majority of stuff but please either hire better employees or retrain them to have common decency for other people, and to actually offer their SERVICE to their CUSTOMERS.
