Went in just for anti freeze and was my first time as just moved into Payette. The guy who waited on me was very helpful so I rated if very good! Would recommend it for anything else in auto needs!

Soooo much better now with new management! Youre actually treated like a person once again! Prices are always higher, and they close too soon...but nice having it local for emergencies

Like shopping on website with them. They are convenient for me locally. Usually have what I need or get it quickly. Only issue I ever had was I bought a hydraulic hose for backhoe. One end was not put on correctly. Soon after install the line came off and I lost a lot of fluid. I had to go to Ontario to get a new one made.

Nice small town atmosphere, helpful folks there too!

They had very little to offer for winter weather.

Seems they dont have much in the store and have to order everything. Ended up having to go to another store for what we needed. They used to be MUCH better. 20 years ago.

Im giving 5 stars to the clerk that is always there instead of the company. His name is Tristen. No one else is there, just him, 12 hours or more a day no less than 5 days a week. I know of management that has quit multiple times from this store. Now this guy is here by himself doing it all!! And this has been going on for WEEKS!!! He is very professional, nice and helpfull. I think it is sick that the management can not get help in this store. The owners need to step up and do something to help this employee instead of just not caring!!! I have seen a long line infront of him and he handled it as best that he could for not having any help. If I could give -5 stars to the company then I would, but this clerk deservers more.

Wanted a fathersday special from june, I went in the Payette store in early july & they had one brought over from Boise for me, they had sold out. Also got a great special price on a couple Dewalt tools, super nice & helpful people, I shop there every time I need something for one of my cars or truck.

Napa offers discounts such as military discounts they dont do price matching but the staff is very friendly and they usually get your parts very quickly and they also offer tools for rent course you get your money back when you bring the tool back
