Ive been come to the Patterson store for years. and in the beginning the service was awesome. Last was a joke and now the parts people just look at you and have no clue what there doing. you have to find your own part numbers and basically serve yourself now. dont waste your time going to Patterson. just go to the Manteca store since they seem to have it all and know there stuff.

Worst phone customer service I have ever experienced. Everytime I call them to either get information or to try to get technician to come out to the job site they always just ask for my number and insist that they will call back but they never do, they have done this to me 5 times in a row now. If you are looking for a reliable customer service look elsewhere these people will just waste your time.

Good staff they have what you need and if they dont they will get it for you promptly
