I walked in looking to rent a truck and this young man who’s named started with a K was very respectful and helpful. He’s a good worker and I will definitely be coming back to this store again soon. This Uhaul is much better than the one on Market St!

Only one associate works here at any given time and the amount of time you have to wait to get your truck is insane. Also, most of the trucks have so much pre-existing damage, the online self-inspection doesnt even allow you to upload enough photos of the damage. Poorly run

There’s a young lady I don’t recall her last name I know her name is Maria. She’s very polite and help my husband out with a truck, she’s very flexible with both languages. She made me feel comfortable. I hope she keeps working there. Keep up the good work mama.

Iam using my husbands account but that’s besides the point I went in to this u-haul for a scheduled rental pick up and was greeted by the manager Sylvia. She was super friendly and super approachable. Maybe she’s good with people because moving sucks! She was supportive and picked up on my vibe she suggested I take something smaller and it was more than I needed. It was the perfect size and I wasn’t intimidated to drive it at all! She was really accommodating made my pick up seem effortless. Sylvia was extremely professional and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this place. It exceeded my expectations.

I recently rented a Van Cargo in this location- 426-440 Grand St. Paterson, NJ. 07505.This was on August 27th,2019.I returned the Van the same day and before the planned time.When I went back to the office where I was supposed to returned the Van I spoke with the receptionist explaining that there was an issue which was that when I was putting gas to the van, the gallons where not being counted since the meter was not working. I explained, that for the same reason I was returning the vehicle with more gas than what it was supposed to.The guy who was the receptionist, told me not to worry about it since I was going to get a reimbursement for the extra gas.Ive been checking my bank account in this days and I realized that I never got a reimbursement and I want to know why, since what was happening to the van was not my faulty.The amount of extra gas was approximately 12 gallons and I paid for each gallon $3.079 which comes to a total of $36.948. if it was only 1 or 2 extra gallons I would not say anything but it is 12 gallons we are talking about. And this was not a mistake, I was not going to put so much extra gas on the Van knowing that I was not going to get paid for it.Now I am even regreting that I rented the Van with them when there are many other renting companies.Even after I called customer service and explained to them what happened, they were incredulous of what I was saying.Really bad customer service.!!!!!Then even the manager of the place were I rented told me that they do not do reimbursements, that I had to make sure how the gas was before using the van.She said she was going to see what she could do about that. And that she was going to contact me later but two weeks have passed and I am still waiting to be contacted.Really bad service!

I was at treasure island storage but yeah uhaul is across the road if your moving go get you a truck
