I can’t begin to describe how amazing Hector and Felix are at Airgas. From the first phone call they were so informative and helpful. When I went to the facility they were even more helpful and amazing in person. Every time I walk into the store I feel like family. So happy I found my go to helium suppliers :)

I use this store pretty much weekly from Spring to Fall .Its conveniently located for me, they always have everything I need in stock and I never have to wait which is awesome since I dont like waiting around much.The fact that both Felix and Hector are super nice Guys, who are very professional and knowledgeable is just an added bonus.I highly recommend the place.

Horrible customer service! I was looking to purchase bottles. I decided to try Airgas after checking out AGL. I called on a Friday and explained what I was looking for (to purchase bottles argon and such...) I drove to location I called (Paterson) and found the parking lot was filled. (Only 2 vehicles) but not parked properly. slid to the side to park somewhat. And the garage door opened. someone purchasing a few propane tanks and a handcart comes out. I was told I cant enter and it was locked and to wait until he was done with these customers. Then was rudely asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to purchase some tanks (argon and such) explained i had called friday before and asked about bottles and he said I could get a better deal on 80lb bottles rather than 60. A nasty reply of who is he ? I said whats with the attitude? Shook my head and I walked away. Then I Drove another 25 mins to Oakland and found a nice man who helped me kindly within 10 mins of my arrival. Step it up in Paterson! If you want business then at least treat people right!

Airgas in Paterson is a great store, the manager Felix is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They carry all my welding supplies that I need at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I own an auto repair shop nearby and ran out of acetylene in the middle of a job, since Covid I’m down three guys i am working alone so I had to close the shop in order to get acetylene ASAP After getting totally ripped off with a tank they sold me that was unusable to me and wouldn’t let me return it 25 mins after the purchase at AGL In Clifton I was ecstatic With the professionalism knowledge and friendly service I received from the two gentlemen at Airgas in PatersonAll done very quickly and efficiently so I can get back to my business these gentlemen are an asset to the company and I do recommend if you have any welding or gas needs Drive straight past AGL and come here
