I visited this establishment today to play the lottery and upload money on my pre pay card. After I played the lottery and checked my numbers, I noticed some numbers were not played with the fireball, needless to say the young rep went back and forth with me stating I didnt inform him to play the fireball, even though I play the fireball with all my numbers. Once this transaction was completed I informed the young rep I would like to upload money on my card, he stated I had to wait until he finished serving the other people behind me. There were five people behind me but I was in the store prior to all of them. Why should I have to wait when I was in the store first. The young rep was very rude and unprofessional!!!!!
