I bought a used iphone 11 in september 2021, the shop owner and the seller said the phone had a one month shop warranty, I had speech problems in the first week and sent the phone to the service and returned it two hours later, then when I went again a week later for other sound problems, nothing I could do He said no, he said the warranty is one week. did not refund or exchange. defective product seller. Do not buy phones from here.Do not buy products from here, your money will be wasted.

I perchance ear buds that broke the next day I was told that I would have to buy another pair they are the worst!!! Electronics store in the city they sell garbage!!!!!! Do not waste your money clearly I wasted my mine on JUNK! Never again so I through them where they should have been in the Trash

Wish negative stars were an option. WORST ELECTRONICAL STORE EVER! Purchased an iphone X from there, supposedly it was generally unlocked... came to find out it was never unblocked, its original carrier was AT&T, once I reached to AT&T to unlock the phone for me, i was told they werent going to due to the fact that it was FRAUDULENT ITEM. They clearly sell either fake, or stolen items, as new. Never going back again and anybody that I see about to enter this business I recommend them not to, I am trying to warn everyone, so they dont experience what I experienced. I made a police report, I was told by cops this place has a very bad reputation and plenty of complaints.

I bought a IPhone X from here and within 2 weeks it broke. I was on Customer service for an hour just for them to tell me that the phone I purchased was a fake phone. It was “brand new” and it had scratches on it. The battery life was horrible! If it was at 100% within 10 minutes it would die down to 60. Not recommended! If you want a genuine phone go to Best Buy or Verizon but not this place!
