Dan helped us select the proper door for our needs. He came to the house and measured the door himself to be sure the proper door would be made to fit. The installers came and were able to complete a tough replacement like the pros they are in just a few hours. This is the kind of service you will NOT get from home improvement stores. The installers were so thorough and professional. Im really happy and will recommend them every chance I get.

Just had our front and storm door replaced and it looks great, dealing with Taylor Door was a pleasure, Dan was great, no high pressure sales, just choose what you want. The quality of the door is great, better then the big box stores, we could never find what we wanted. The two installers were were fantastic, right on time, friendly, and very fussy with the installation to be sure it was correct. It was not just a simple replacement, some modifications had to be made to the door sill to make it fit and they did a super job. we highly recommend Taylor Door.The quality of the door and the workmanship are top notch. One more thing, they did a great job cleaning up the worksite both when working and when finished.

Dealing direct with manufactures like this small company definitely helps streamline the process. There are no middle men as with the big box stores to deal with. Our rep Dan was great and communication was up front from start to finish. Theyre installers did a wonderful job and were professional and clean. Our job was even completed much earlier than quoted. Glad we trusted our home to these guys.

They made the shopping process very simple and easy. Stopped by the showroom to pick what we wanted. An employee came out to measure our front entryway. Installation was quick and easy. Took about 3 hours for a front door only no side lights or screen door. We called after because the lock wasn’t closing easily (the weather changes expands and contracts wood) and they came immediately and made an adjustment and it’s perfect now. Tax in Passaic county is only 3.5% so that’s a plus.

Taylor Door was outstanding all the way around. Their showroom is conveniently located right off Rt 80. It’s a very nice facility with a lot of display models to look at. The customer service was outstanding as well. Jim was our sales associate and he helped us to choose the perfect front door with two side lights. Taylor Door builds the doors to your liking and paints them as well. This was great for us because we wanted a specific set up with different paint on the inside versus outside. Their price beat every other company we checked, including big box stores. The turn around time was very quick and the install went flawlessly. I actually found this place place based on online reviews. I wanted to upgrade my front door, and wasnt overly excited by anything I saw at Home Depot. Well, thank goodness I found Taylor Door. My new front door is quite literally a work of art, and adds immeasurably to the appearance of my house. Installation was great, and just overall very happy. After going to several door places, I cannot be happy enough that we stumbled upon Taylor doors. We realized why they have so many amazing reviews. Besides for the Beautiful, clean showroom, Jimmy was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. He advised and informed us very well. We ordered our front door and called the next day to order our second door for the back. Delivery was prompt and communication was great. I made a mistake with the measurements of the back door AFTER it was delivered, and Jimmy went ahead, prepared the correct door within the hour and delivered it again without any additional charge.I dont write many reviews, but with such an exceptional experience I couldnt withhold.Thank you Jimmy!

This review of Taylor Door is long overdue. We purchased and installed our custom door from Taylor Door in August 16 and we couldnt be happier. I must say our pleasant experience with Taylor Door began well before the installation. The staff at Taylor Door visited our home, consulted with my wife and I on our options, and truly treated the project as if were their own home. My wife and I changed our mind about the color of the door two days before installation (due to our own indecisiveness) and Taylor Door accommodated us without issue. On the day of installation, the staff was on-time, courteous, respectful, and professional. I cant say enough about how happy I am with Taylor Doors service and our new front door. Amazing experience! Really easy to work with. We had no idea which door to get for back patio but the guys at Taylor door took the time to go over everything and answer all our questions about solid doors, metal doors etc... We ended up with a custom fiberglass doorway and are very happy.

Taylor Door was amazing and Dan was super patient and helpful. I unknowingly ordered my front doors about a year before I needed them and they happily held it until about a month ago when I was ready for them. Dan kept in contact with me throughout the year and never made me feel as though I had to rush my project along to get the door out of there. There was a small issue with the lock on the doors (nothing to do with Taylor Door) and Dan was over immediately to correct the problem. I definitely recommend using Taylor Door!

Again - the negative review from Gail Rovere is a fraud. Jim seems like a very nice guy and accommodating.
