My boyfriend purchased a door for us from here. Staff was friendly and helpful and we received the door quickly.

So far I couldn’t be more disappointed. My delivery date has been pushed back twice. When I finally get through all I get is an “I’m sorry and we will tell the production manage to get it on the truck as soon as possible” I was originally promised a delivery between November 21-November 28, it then was pushed from November 28 -Dec 6 as of today November 27 it has not been shipped and my project will now be delayed another week. While the people on Thee Phone are cordial they refuse to give you an honest date as to when your purchase will be delivered. If your on a schedule I would be weary about ordering from here
