This is hands down the best ice cream in the area (I would know)Pro tips if it’s your first time:*You can get any ice cream flavor blended into a milk shake.*You can take a quart of any flavor home. Some are pre-packaged in the fridge (which is cheaper to buy) but if it’s not they’ll just prepare one for you which is nice and a little more budget friendly if you’re getting a lot.*You can also buy the cones and toppings to take home.

People who live in the area swear by this place and they should. Clean and well-lit and the ice cream is fabulous. Great variety of mix flavors, some of which are very creative without being foodie. Over-size portions for a very fair price. The staff seemed chaotic but they did get it all done correctly.

This place was so busy and seemed a but disorganized with their menu vs. what they really had. When it was your turn it was like you had to decide all over again, because their menu didnt accurately reflect what they had out. The Gelato was really, really good. The line was just absolutely insane and honestly wasnt really worth the wait.

We came here a few months ago. The staff is immature and unprofessional. The banana pudding ice cream was very artificial tasting and too sweet, I didn’t finish it. The kids enjoyed their ice cream. I would go again but will try other flavors.

Very delicious ice cream but theyre a little too expensive imo. But I definitely recommend folks going here. Youll enjoy theyre variety of flavors. And I love the whole new remodeled look.

I was there last night 8/14/21 had the worst customer service by one of the employees she was rude and very unprofessional, she ask us to leaves the place because she wasnt going to help us. I assume she was tired it was almost time to close, she had the worst attitude. never going back, I dont know her name she was blonde she looked like she was the manager, I hope they do better training with their employees.

I have been coming to this place when it was just a little hut with a big parking lot. It was jammed pack with customers back then, and now even more so (but still observing Covid-19 regulations). If you love frozen treats, I highly recommend this place all year around. With so many flavors to choose from, you will never get tired. The ice creams are so flavorful and you cant even go wrong with the soft serve; it doesnt taste like high fructose corn syrup. Go on and treat yourself.

Line aside this place has really good ice cream, ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes as well as Italian ice... the Pina colada Italian ice was out right delicious

The young man that served us grabbed our ice cream cone with his bare hand and did not use gloves at all. That is very unsanitary! I intended on eating my waffle cone but I could not do so because the young man touched my entire cone with his bare hand instead of using gloves or a napkin.

For the ice cream its a 5/5 but the lines and pricing its 4/5 lol coz the lines are so longgg and they couldve been a little generous on the pricing but then again, Im cheap lol

The best ice cream you’ll ever have! The flavors are very rich and creamy aka addictive. My favorite combo is the butter peacan and chocolate fudge crunch on a waffle cone. The lines are long on weekends and in spring/summer, but they go quick. Too bad they only have one location.

One of my favorite ice cream shops growing up. It used to be a lot smaller until everyone found out its amazing and so they had to build a bigger place. Ice cream is still top notch.

I thought the gelato was gross, honestly. Tasted poorly to me. Really over crowded place and signs on ice cream and gelato were mostly wrong. Staff is immature.

I’ve never had an issue here. I love this place and I’ve been coming here for years but this time I had a very bad experience. I don’t know who manages of all of the teenagers who work here. It seems as though nobody is present watching what they do but there was no reason why I came in while the store was empty and nobody wanted to take my order. I waited about 15 minutes while everyone in this establishment was staring at me then looking away as though no one wanted to do their job. Then a women and a group of children came in after me and they took her order first. I hope this does not happen again in the future.

This place is delicious and their portions are generous. I got their pistachio and hazelnut and the straticella in waffle cones. The only down side is the service is always a bit slow. They only have 1 person working all the time. Other than that, I definitely recommend u try if youre in the area.

Im a regular customer. Very disappointed today with the service, poor hygiene.Person serving picking nose in front of customers, did not changed gloves after handling money. Proceeded to scoop ice cream with the same gloves, and touched the inside of the cups.I suggest having cashiers to handle the money and everyone else is prohibited from touching the registers or handling money.

I appreciate the fact that when a mistake was pointed out they immediately resolved the situation. I purchased a quart of ice cream and although it was lightly packed they immediately recognized the problem and tried to remedy the situation. They offered to provide me with another quart for FREE but that was not the intention I had in mind nor is that necessary. They already acknowledged the situation and I hope for the right amount the next time! either way they are great and highly recommend!

Will go again - Gelotti has amazing homemade ice cream, Italian ice, and gelato. I visited them many times by now and, as always, they are amazing. I go here time and time and again for my sweet cravings. Usually, I always get the ice cream and Italian ice. My go to ice cream is cherry vanilla, while my go to Italian ice is green apple and pina colada. Depending on the flavor, their Italian ice has the actual fruit inside. Like any other ice cream, if youre ordering a flavor that is heavy, it will be sweet given the quality ingredients they use here.They have a quart size option for ~$8 and that is usually what I get. During their busy time, the line is very long but moves rather quickly as they have multiple workers serving their customers. the long line is not a bad thing as it represents how good Gelotti is.There are no seats inside but there are some spots outside that you can either stand or sit to enjoy your dessert. Although there are ample parking spots, during their busy times, it is quite filled. However, if you are patient, a spot opens up.

Good ice cream but not very good service. I was ordering and she had a lot of attitude as i ask for two flavors and ahe said she didnt have time to find that one.

I was there about a week ago and I ordered a large cup of ice cream and it was actually a large cup I went there today and ordered a large cup again and it looked like a small cup and the girl said that they changed the size of a large to a smaller cup and changed me the same price as a cup from last week I’m very disappointed in them they should be ashamed of themselves for ripping customers off like that they just lost a good customer

Love this place and go there maybe more than I should. Their products are great and customer service is exceptional, those kids work very hard and fast. Now, I have one concern... people visiting the establishment are not keeping safe distance from one another. And that is a big concern right now giving COVID-19 spread. Please make sure customers keep social distance and if you put out a sign that says only 2 people per family, make it happen. Otherwise there are a bunch of people next to each other and social distance is almost impossible to be kept when you go to order your ice cream. Wish everyone out there could understand but it seems people forget too quickly and don’t realize that we are still in a pandemic. This is the reason for 2 stars, otherwise it will always be a 5

Yes. Best gelato selection. Stop and get it at every opportunity. Winter, spring summer and fall. Stop by the Great Paterson Water Falls that is only a few blocks away and enjoy the view. 2nd largest waterfalls net to Niagara east of the Mississippi. There are many museums nearby also.

Love this spot. Anything here is good. The kids each had small cups of ice cream, but I had to go in and get the banana split. I think it may have been the best banana split Ive had from an ice cream shop. I mean the hot fudge is actual fudge and not chocolate syrup and the toppings were pretty fresh and not stale tasting like you get from bigger chains. All in all great experience.
