Find what I need most of the time. Register lines are always long and 1 cashier but today there were 3 registers going each with about 4 to 5 people on each line. So that was a bonus.

Pretty disheveled and floors were dirty. This is one of the rachet one guys. .

This location is junky! So many things out of stock. Carts of unopened merchandise in the isles. One cashier. Drug addicts walking around the store asking for money. I very seldom shop at this location bc of all of the above. I only go to this location as a last minute resort.

Very dirty, the store needs to be cleaned every night before store opnens in the morning it is not only contagious deseases that kills but unhealthy environment does I was disgusted to see our favorite dollar store so dirty this morning I became concerned so i called the management to give an attention to clean the store for our own health sake. The manager a very nice guy 👦 humbled, he listened to me attentive ly my complain and said we will take care of this situation and thanked me. A dollar shopper. I love ❤ Dollar Store thanks to you all.

It needs to be stock with mo items but its a nice store and the workers are friendly.

I’m here at 5:36pm and the store is closed, I see that staff in the store walking around but they won’t let customers in. Very poor service, at least out up a sign.

Dollar Tree is located on West Broadway in Downtown Paterson I’ve gone to several Dollar Trees in the area and this one is by far the worst the staff are rude the selection is good that’s the only good thing the store is so dirty there are flies around but the worst thing is one of the workers was stocking the shelves and he was not wearing a mask and walking around all those people and all the other employees had masks but they were not covering there face or nose and I opens the cooler door and the employee that was not wearing a mask asked me why I opened the door with my shirt and we got into a argument and it finished of by telling him to wear a mask I did not get the worker name but it was a light skinned guy with curly hair

The price is certainly right. The shelves are adequately stocked, and the staff is not withstanding the manager is always polite and helpful.

Wonderful shopping experience. At the end of my trip some guy had helped me load my basket in my car being that u cant take the carts outside. The cashier lady was friendly and also child friendly. Good cheap place to shop. Only real complaint is I bought 2 boxes of light bulbs and they were all broken.

This store is the worst Dollar Store its filthy,, the floor is extremely dirty, the freezer has mold and is never clean, the manager James Johnston is the Worst Manager ever he is rude, arrogant, disrespectful,This person is not suited to be in any capacity to be a manager of anything he needs people skills first. I saw a mouse and I am going to call the health department! I only ran in there in the first place because it was an emergency the place is just another undercover dump. Dont be fooled by how pretty it looks at first the whole place needs to be shut down.

This is one of the worst dollar tree I ever been... one registered was open when it had a long line pass 3 isles. Another cashier was on the register but not open to public because she was ringing out her coworker. Then the third cashier announced she was going to open on register 3 but never did cause she was too busy talking on the phone and counting her register so slow since she couldnt multitask properly. This place needs a better manager or supervisor that is on top of their employees and give good customer service. Never coming back here and I will make sure to past it on to friends and relatives of the bad customer service.

Dollar Tree is great.Unlike other dollar stores, everything at Dollar Tree is really one dollar so you dont have to worry when you get to the register.This store has an incredible amount of items,including food,ice cream etc,its like a terrific bargain supermarket.Staff is always friendly and helpful.i go here first as many items are similar to the supermarket but at a fraction of the price,only then do I go to other stores to to get any item that wasnt available at Dollar Tree.i highly recommend this business.

Dont know whats going on with this dollar tree its bad, I dont recommend anybody to shop here. This store is so disgustingly dirty, it smells, stuff all over the floor. The floors are black it looks like theyve never mopped. Theres nothing on shelves all are empty, while theres boxes for restocking all on floor. Youll need a shower after going in here.

Mamager james and teo co workers argued with me and my bisband and kicked us put the store with my sick daughter and special needs daughter who had to use restroom. Used rasist commemt on our spanish. And called us names in front of my children. Manager went face to face with my husband all because my daughter asked to use restroom she was holding vomit in her mouth. I will be taking this abouve amd beyond . Two co workers and store manager kicked us put store and refused to let 2 children one who is special needs use restroom. We had a cart with gatorade and snacks we were buy but restroom was needed first. And why are you using fpul language in front of my children when ypur a manager amd should treat us with respect. In front of kids who needed to use restroom. Cashier called us theive. And when i asked for names. I get kicked out the store with my kids? Hawthorne store is way better. How can ypu allow these 3 people to work for your store? Name calling and face to face with a father who just wants his daughter tp use restroom. We were customers

The place smells bad, very dirty, the manager seems not to care if the store looks like a dump! The store is very unorganized, boxes are everywhere, they need more people in there! They need to have the store nice and neat! As for the staff theyre friendly, I just feel bad for them due to the condition of the store.

Went to the store @ 9 pm and they were closed but the time on line 10 pm. Manager came out finally and said they close @ 10 pm and then he said ooops 9 pm. When we and I said we because it was a few people out there asked for the Corporate # he gave some bogus #.

Thats the worst dollar tree I have ever been to in my life, the manager is clueless on managing the store, the cashier are extremely rude most likely just there cause welfare must have told them if they find a job thier welfare benefits will stop, coperate need to put in a new management and hire better cashier, the store is filthy at the highest .
