Biggest mistake coming into this place. They sell cheap fake products. I bought a PS4 controller when I got home it was off brand buttons didn’t work. Went back the next day they exchanged it because they wouldn’t give me my money back. exchanged controller was the same thing. I work next door to these rats I’ve been telling people not to come here ever since. Can’t trust these electronic stores in Paterson.

Hackers, be aware! My parents went there to buy a phone card for an iphone that I gave them. One of the salesman setup there iCloud account and put the stores phone number as authentication!!??My mom could not remember her iCloud password and when I tried to retrieve it I was not able to because the stores number was the authentication number!? When I called the store to question why they would put there number they said so if they had a problem they would be able to help them. I said then why not at least put the customers phone number as well and he had no answers. So then I told them that I needed the verification code apple called them with and they refused to give it to me and said I had to come into the store to get it fixed and hung up on me. The fact that they put their phone number for verification on my moms phone raises a lot of questions and it is illegal for them to have access to such personal and sensitive information. Please be careful with them.

Bought a couple of things and each items he charged the same price... Some I felt he over charged some I felt were decent and wen I went on google to lookup the items he got me good at least 70$ extra...so just make shore u check other prices before u buy other then that I always go there for jewelry and electronics

Not all salesmen are knowledgeable of their product and will make a profit regardless of the customers needs. A salesman charged one price while the other tried to increase twice its value. Be careful, since some are not well informed of their product you could get stuck with a store credit. Good luck. Only reason I provide 2 stars is for the younger salesman which provided good customer service.

They charge you 2x more than the original price. If you go to to other stores around there you may find items for the same price or even less.I would recommend you to do your research before buying something .

Haha a joke tried to get me to pay 180$ for a phone I would only pay 40$ at Walmart and then tried to tell me even if I bought it from there Id still have to go to them to change SIM cards ..lies try again total rip off Walmart you get the same phone and minutes for a month for only 74$ not even close to the 180$ they want for just the same phone..liars and a rip off
