Ultimately decided to purchase a different car elsewhere, but wanted to leave a review since I really appreciated how professional the folks at MAS were. They had a sense of humor, werent the slightest bit pushy, and were knowledgeable about the cars.

There arent enough words to describe the positive experience that Sam and Andy provided when we bought our car here. They are welcoming, light-hearted, and funny; patient and dont pressure you at all to make a purchase. Buying the car was easy and straight forward. After our mechanic gave it a detailed inspection, he was surprised at the excellent condition of the vehicle and that we were able to get it at such a great price at such low mileage. There was one issue with the wheel that we were concerned with and when we took it back to the dealer, Sam dropped what he was doing and addressed the issue with his own mechanic ON THE SPOT. We will absolutely, most certainly purchase our next car from Sam and Andy again!!!

And the most important is, this 2009 Acura RDX has the best condition in these cars which I have tried. So I decide to buy it in only 20 minutes. They will hide the problems in the car to sell it. You will get to know about the problems after a week. Vehicle won’t pass the inspection. Once you buy they doesn’t even respond to your problems. Was looking for a new 7 series bmw and saw one at Market Auto Sales. Called them up and spoke to Andy and he made it happen 1,2,3, no long drawn out process. I was in and out and very satisfied

Well to start with they told me that they rebuilt the turbo on my car when in actuality they replaced it with a used turbo then left the v band loose so I had to tighten it. The car I bought is notorious for timing belt failure. I asked the salesmen if the timing chain was replaced he said it was then low and behold in less than two thousand miles the timing chain failed resulting in a $3000 dollar repair. I would not recommend this dealership to amyone

I found Market auto sales through an auto sales app, looking for a first car for my son. I was worried about going to a small used car place instead of a big dealership but much to my surprise, I was handled like family! Do NOT judge this book by its cover.Market Auto may not be the prettiest (or roomiest) used car lot youve ever seen, but the honesty, service, and pricing is probably better than you would get at a lot of other dealers.I recently bought a used Lexus from Market Auto. It was a very good car buying experience. Andy was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car. More importantly, he was able to get me a very good finance rate. There was a small issue with the A/C that I noticed after taking delivery, but the Owner, Sam, got it fixed up for me immediately. I brought the car to a mechanic to have it checked out, and there were no issues at alI. I have had the car for over a month, have taken it to Canada and back, and everything runs fine. I would definitely recommend Market Auto to anyone looking for a higher end used car.

My family and I where searching for a bigger car. Went to a couple of dealerships and had no luck. Before giving up I use google and saw that Market Auto Sales had great reviews. As soon as we walked in I immediately saw what I wanted Mercedes Gl 350. Without thinking we asked Andy for information and was very informative. He knew what he had and what he was selling. Worked with us from beginning to end. He was great and im very great full for helping my family and I have a beautiful car. Highly recommend!

Would never even attempt to do business with this place again. After making an offer on a car, before the owner guy would even respond to my offer he walked away upset saying thank you. I had to get one of the workers to find out whats the problem. He didnt even have the decency to say hes not accepting the offer. I would have eventually paid the asking price for the vehicle but not after that unprofessional attitude.

I bought a CRV 2008 last December to Market auto sales and the car was almost brand new, on these days I have no problems with it. I really recommend here to buy your car.

Ive never been so happy with myself when I decided to buy my car from market auto. I brought be a 2008 bmw h when I say its clean, its cleannnnn. The owner sam is a sweat heart he treats his customers like his own family & the fiance guy Andy hes the best. You kno like when you go but a car from a dealer everythings all good when your they because they want that sale but with them its isnt like that. I consider them my family, I call them to see how their doing. I mean when I first got the car the check engine light was on the lower took it to get fixed it then again it came on, I mean he wasnt going to stop until everything was good. Sam love his cars & he know about his cars he also want his customers to be happy... Top notch customer service. One is typically wary of the Used Car Industry, but there is nothing but positive things to say about this unassuming little place in NJ. Andy went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I would be 100% comfortable with our purchase. Car was brought to Mercedes Benz for an inspection to uncover any hidden problems that might exist on the vehicle and the few issues that turned up were taken care of. The car was driven to my husbands workplace 1/2 hour away so that he could test drive it since he had no way of getting to their location in Patterson and on the day of purchase a car was sent to pick him up from his job since he commutes via mass transit. Additionally, every text, e-mail, phone call is returned promptly. Every question is answered, every request has been fulfilled without ever being made to feel like one is asking too much. No hidden fees, price was as listed and transaction and everything related was completely transparent, all receipts provided but above all, Andy is just a friendly and all around genuine and nice guy that seems to take a lot of pride in his cars. I went to this place because I was looking for a 2001 Toyota MR2, I saw the car on the internet and went there one day to see it.I got there, test drove the car, I liked it and when I was ready to make an offer for it he right up front told me: Theres no negotiation, I wish you had told me before that you were not going to buy it so I wouldnt have wasted my time..The car was advertised for $4950 but with taxes and all fees would come out to about $5700. I offered $5200 and the owner, Sam, replied the way I described above.After a week I came back and bought the car for $5350 cash. He told me that I had 30 days warranty on the Engine and Transmission. Next day I take the car to the Toyota dealer and it happens that I need a transmission...As I expected, he is not standing up for his word. He says that the transmission is good when the manufacturer is saying that the part needs replacement.This is exactly what happened to me...I would not recommend this used car dealer to anybody.If youre smart go somewhere else.P.S. When I was there buying my car, the employees had put regular gasoline on a Diesel Mercedes ML... that shows a little the kind of people that he has working for him.UPDATE 04/27/2016As I read the response from the used car dealer owner I am speechless of all the lies that he is stating.He did told me to come back but not to review my problem. He told me to take the car back and he would give me my money back minus $500.I did not accept his offered because to fix the transmission will cost me about $500 as I work in an Auto Body Shop.I have no interest in being here lying about my experience as I will not gain anything from this, I just want other people to be aware of what happened to me so they think twice before going to this used car dealer.When I was at this dealer I was not helped by anyone else other than the owner, no other employee assisted me.He was rude and unprofessional, as far as the employees putting gasoline in a diesel vehicle is the least of my concerns however it is true and I have a witness to confirm it, that same witness is a mechanic with a lot of experience that actually tired to help him by telling him what to do in order to fix the problem (flush all the gas lines).All I wanted was this gentleman to stand by his word and at least pay for the transmission repair cost, that will not happen but its ok, as they says, what goes around comes around and when you take advantage of somebody like this, GOD doesnt sleep.I wish this gentleman the best in his business.I will never go back to this place.Sincerely,Tiago Martins
