Please make sure to wash the meat before selling it. If you are going to open the doors at 9 am please stick to that time. A man was let in to shop at 8:55 am I had been waiting there and they told me no not till 9 hmmm ok we’ll close the door for all not just some customers.

The food was very good, we enjoyed the shish kebabs . The staff was also very friendly.

Owner has a lot of attitude. The person handling the fish was taking out garbage. I asked the person to change gloves before handling fish. He outright rejected my request. Spoke to the owner... owner said this is common practice. Touching garbage and fish with the same gloves is a good practice....I have purchased a lot from this place....I will never spend a dime on this place again....

The Arab guy in the meat shop with the bald head on top and grey hairs on side, is the rudest man there. Gets angry and starts being rude to you for no reason! Even woman and young girls! Terrible guy, should be fired. Avoid him!

I have only dealt with the Restaurant/Kitchen part of this market. This is our go to Take Out place. The Food has always been consistent and the portions are large. Just call ahead of time to get your food since they cook everything fresh and the seating space is sort of limited.

Excellent food... very poor service! My uncle in law came here often and we got to taste how delicious the whiting fish and shrimp were. The baked potatoes, chili and side were delicious as well. But the service was terrible. My uncle called hours ahead to pick up at 12:45pm and when we came at 12:44pm, they made him wait till 1:47pm. On top of that, they charged him for every little things: garlic paste, etc. Bottomline, we are definitely coming here again for the food but we will always be on guard for late/delay order.

Very rude owner he thinks he can do anything in his store, no sign for prices on most of the staff, food is bad and very poor services, the actual problem of this place is the owner he think he can violate any regulation or rules and no one will complaint. I think Paterson department of health should have a good eyes on these type of stores.

Worst place to eat. They overcharge you consistently, calling themselves Muslims. Shame on you guys. There is this Bengali/ egyption/Yemeni guy is the worst and no customer service. Haha. They burned the meat and gave you like this. They increase the prices like they are sitting in Manhattan. Charging people for sauce. Worst ever service. The prices they are charging to the client are super disgusting and at this price drinks and sauces should be included. They are just like Jews. Extremely rude people at the meat shop.I was looking for boneless rib eye steak.I stood by the counter and the guy just didn’t want to make eye contact with me.When he did, i asked if they had the steak, he couldn’t even muster energy to say no. He just nodded and left the counter as if I was soliciting for free meat.I wanted to make sure, I wasn’t imagining things, i called him over again and asked the same question, this time the words “no” came out of his mouth, still with an attitude. I went next door to Al Quds Market and got what I needed, they have excellent service.

I had to leave after spending 5 minutes in this store. The way they treat you is HORRIBLE. Extremely rude. I didn’t buy anything. And will never buy from here ever.

NEVER WILL I GO BACK TOO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! How do you open up a business but you don’t want to make mone? It seems like they have to hire new people. Every time I see fresh meat (Shawarma) in the morning I get it. I go there today 2-2-19 and at first people in the back are just talking to each other and sharing laughs, I wait 10 minutes until someone arrives. He then tells me I have to come back in 10 minutes because it’s not ready. (Regardless if it ready or not you’re suppose to satisfy every customer) I then go back in 10 minutes and another guy comes and tells me I have to come back in 15 minutes, so everyone is playing mind games. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE DON’T GO TO WORK!! I then tell the man “Another guy told me the samething” another guy arrives and tells me I have to come back at 11:30am which was 1 hour away. Moral of the story they’re a bunch of donkeys that doesn’t know to do their job and should rehire new staffs and definitely has to be retrained when it comes to customer service. I’m going to make sure that anyone I know doesn’t come here anymore with their lack of customer service, it’s pathetic. People like that are the reasons why a lot of places lose customer service because their lack of customer service.
