I wanted to try on a dress but the staff was awfully rude and said i couldn’t try it on because i was “unsure” and she wouldn’t show me any dresses.

It’s great and has cheap prices but the material for the suits are ok. The accessories for dresses are amazing. And if you go to the back you will find kid’s apparel. Like dresses and suits. The suits reach up to size 14. Highly recommend. And great for fancy apparel.

I will never return, and I won’t recommend it anywhere else. the staff gave me attitude because I told them that the dress they gave me looked nothing like what I ordered & I ordered 3 dresses they said they were here they weren’t they pulled 3 random ones and expected me to take them when they didn’t fit. Awful experience

I dreaded shopping for a gown to wear for my sons wedding day because I am not a pettite woman. Lucky for me, I found One Touch Bridal shop. From the minute I walked I didnt feel rushed into making a decision. I found the perfect gown at a great price. I highly recommend One Touch Bridal. The range in sizes is fantastic and the women that work there are great. Word of advice. If you are serious about trying on dresses or gowns dont forget to wear your spanx.

This place says they will do one thing and when the dress comes they say we cannot do it and itll be extra. Stay away from this dress place. I was so upset to find out how bad of a service they provide over spending 300 bucks on a dress and not getting what I paid for. Never going back here.

One touch I found the perfect prom dress

Picked up 2 pants and a belt. I came home and realized the belt is missing. I came back to the store and told the lady at the register and she said it’s not true. On the receipt it showed a different price (more than the price listed for the belt). She said it was an accessory, not a belt and that it was her brother at the register at the time of the purchase which was a lie. She wouldn’t do anything about it and I said I am never coming back to the store. She responded “That’s OK”. So unprofessional. There is a camera right above the register. She should have said “My apologies, I cannot do anything today. I will review the video (time of purchase was on the receipt) and reach out to you. May I have your contact info?” So unprofessional. Will not come back to the store. I would not give the store one star but there was not an option for 0 stars. If you go to this store make sure you check your bag to make sure everything is in there.
