One of the workers there was super annoyed and doing the job half a$$£d. Then there was a super helpfull, I wished I would have asked his name, guy who put in the battery in my car. Super profesional, helpful, and courteous!

Never buying here again purchased wiper blades online for store pick up when i got there they told me they only had 1 and thats not the bad part they tried replacing them with cheap standard blades that actually cost less than the ones I purchased instead of giving me comparable blades the manager refused. He said they would only give me the cheaper ones instead i refused this and told them to cancel my order. Completely unprofessional made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t have the items they said online the had in stock when i purchased

Brought a part to the store and told the guy if they had it but the guy just moved his head saying no but that was it! .he didnt even ask me where was the part from or anything at all!. Saying what in the world did you do? I was really upset with this store. I went online and put the part and found it and guess what? I found it in the same store but different place. Went there and found the part and I could tell the big difference in service. This is so disappointing.

All the guys that work here dont know anything and are very disrespectful especially that young guy I forgot his name would never recommend this place, ill be shopping elsewhere

Worst customer service ever! we purchase wrong item and literally went back to the store with in 30 minutes. item was brand new and was not in the non-returnable item list. the manager did want to do the return. she said she was a manager but could not do this returns. i had to call corporate to just so they can get in contact with this store and then they did the return. they could have just returned it to begin with being that the item was brand new a literally just purchased minutes ago.

Same ole Advance Auto Parts, has what you need except enough staff for a Saturday morning in a busy neighborhood to process your purchase quickly. In this case, no cashier, one person researching parts for people and the other looking for parts. So yea.

They advertise being able to help with the check engine light went in asked if they could help me and they said they dont have a scanner and told me to check with auto zone. The employees literally sent me to a different company unbelievable but true.

I purchased a toolworks ratcheting screwdriver online for pickup sometime in February and it failed on me so I took it back to the store to get it exchanged for another.when I got back to the house it turned out that that one was defective out the box this was on Friday 3/1/19 so I took it back today on 3/6/2019 at 8 a.m. eastern time the cashier in charge SANDRA was very uncooperative about the situation I did explain to her this was my second return and that this one was defective out the box. Her response was there’s nothing she could do about since I already returned it once but the manager should be here at 11 a.m. if I wanna wait (keep in mind this is just after 8 in the morning) so it was obvious SANDRA was being a smart butt about the situation and did not want to do her job. This is when I asked her for her name when I noticed the customer service hotline printed on the sales receipt and I decided to call them from the store and have the problem resolved and have my money refunded back to my debit card. No thanks to SANDRA. I WOULD NOT URINATE ON SANDRA IF SHE WERE ON FIRE TO SAVE HER LIFE. SANDRA YOU ARE THE WORST! the whole process from start to finish to get my refund while talking to this waste of life SANDRA and customer service at the store over the phone was exactly 1 hour. Customer service had me on hold while they contacted SANDRA and put me on hold which was ok.the reason for the one star was not for the customer service hotline but more for SANDRA and her unprofessional behavior of the situation.I GAVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE IT’S THE ONLY WAY THE REVIEW WILL GO THRU OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THESE PEOPLE ZERO!

This place is HORRIBLE! If you like the long waits and to be disrespectfully attended by their customer service, this is the place. Several employees, but rather walk around and chill rather then get the job done. The information suggested is unreliable. The staff does not know what they are speaking about.

Bought a car battery a yr ago. Had a 5 yr warranty. The battery died. I had my original receipt. They would not refund my $ and they would not replace....

I was a regular customer of that store, but I no longer go because of the disagreement they put me through. I went to return a piece that I bought, how expensive it was, I had bought a piece previously and I have returned it according to the guarantee that it offers without problem, but nevertheless until one day the mechanic boy who works there tells me that I can not it return because I had installed the part😂. I told him what a ridiculous answer. I decide to go to advance auto part fair lawns and they changed the part without problem.

You need to be friendlier to the customer.

Order a piece online and when I go to pick it up I have the receipt and my identification, but the person who attends me is so arrogant that he asks for my credit card and I tell him that this order was paid via PayPal and the guy insisted, I had to cancel the order and order it in RT 46 where there are gringos and they only ask you for your name, I do not recommend this store or my worst enemy.
