Today I bought two meatball Parmigiano heros and a chicken cutlet Parmigiano hero. OMG!!! These are the best heros I have ever had!! The meatballs are so tender they melt in your mouth! Even the bread is delicious! The chicken cutlets are moist and tender and just delicious! I have also bought fresh mozzarella several times and it is the best Ive ever had! These guys do everything right!

Maybe the best pork store, period. Everything always fresh, great mozzarella. Dont miss this one.

I ordered a bunch of hot trays for my son baptism and OMG we were more then pleased.The price was right and Im so picky with my eggplant it was one of the best Ive ever had.The meatballs were a hit.Friendly, clean and good food for the price you cant beat that

Everything here is top notch quality. Their homemade pasta & sausage, excellent! I always get the sausage and broccoli rabe hero with homemade mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil. This is what to ask for as a last meal if youre on death row. Excellent customer service.

Id like to go into detail about what is best but simply put, you cant go wrong with anything you purchase here, in my experience. The Ricotta is out of this world. Ravioli is the best Ive had. Lasagna is outstanding. Want an easy dinner solution? Look no further than their prepared dinners that are mouth watering good and simple to pop in the oven. How about some fresh pasta topped with their gourmet sauces. The gentlemen behind the counter are also respectful and eager to help out. Ive been going here for years and hope they will be around for many more!

Visited Delfiore For the first time this week. It’s the quintessential New York Italian meat store. Outstanding! The service, the meat, the raviolis, the salad, the olive oil, the cheese, and the cookies were all absolutely perfect!!

After moving to NC, anytime I travel back home..my first stop is here. Food is always great! I always makes sure to bring back some for the road! You cant go wrong here and staff is always so nice and helpful!

Authentic old world flavor reminds me of being back in the old neighborhoods i grew up in great food and very traditional.

Got there at opening time 9am sharp. Already a line out the door and up the block. . Ok, that’s understandable, ‘‘tis the season” after all. Waited in line an hour to get into the place only to find out they didn’t have any pork tenderloin...at The Pork Store. And no sign on the door to let anyone know. I mean, if you’re a pork store wouldn’t pork tenderloin be an essential enough item to have enough of an hour after you open the Sunday before Christmas? Or at least illustrate it to people so they don’t wait an hour only to be told “nope, next!” And the demeanor of the guy behind the counter was just that. Oh well, They won’t be getting any of my money in the future.

The Italian gods came to Patchogue many years ago, and they stayed. Thank goodness! Fiores offers traditional gourmet foods; fresh, frozen, imported, homemade, made-to-order, fresh baked semolina bread, beef, pork, sausages, mozzarella, risotto balls! hot or cold sandwiches and nice beverages, all served over the counter in a friendly, professional manner. Noone walks away unimpressed.

There is no better Italian butcher! In house made fresh mozzarella..everything Italian you could imagine and the best cuts of meat..ive been coming here for 15 years and never been disappointed..

A Patchogue staple! The best!

I walked in with a smile and a story about my wife buying me a smoker for my first Fathers Day. The young guy behind the display didnt even fake a smile but ok maybe hes not a talker. I proceed to ask him for beef brisket and this guy who works at a butcher shop gives me this look like hes frustrated and never heard of beef brisket before. After some choice words in Italian to his colleague that seemed smug an older gentleman im guessing the owner who was the picture of professionalism helped me while the young guy loomed just off to side looking annoyed and whispering to his colleague as I asked questions about brisket and tomahawk ribeye steaks. I purchased a ribeye for no other reason than as a thank you to the older gentlemans help. I did not feel welcome and will not return to this establishment.
