I placed an order for balloons here about a week before I needed them for an event. I had already paid for them the day I ordered them. However, when I came the next week to pick them up they said they had no orders under my name. I had left my receipt at home so I had to argue with the woman for proof of my order and was literally screamed at who I’m assuming is the manager. After a family member had brought me my receipt to show the cashier they said that they had no knowledge of my order in the system. After waiting almost an hour for my balloons to be blown up I was ultimately late to the event I was attending this balloons to be for. This was a very bad experience. A bunch of kids work here with no knowledge of what they are doing.

I usually can find everything I need for any event from engagement party to halloween to sweet sixteen party.

The whole staff here is great and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

They used to have a HUGE Card selection.Now very small card selection and cards are NO LONGER 50% Off price on back of card like they used to be.Very Expensive.some of us cant afford to spend $6.99 on A cars.ALSO, They dont carry ANY christening or baptism cards.Very Limited selection.

Sabrina was very informative and helpful. She took the time to walk me through a whole balloon situation and was very accommodating. She was speedy and on point.

My visit was brief but productive. My boyfriend was able to find a costume for his soon in less than 5 minutes. The sales associate was welcoming and helpful. The store was organized and had various sanitizing stations- not only for your hands but also for any items you nay purchase. I recommend this location.

Everything was well stocked. The store clerk even opened up the store 5 minutes early as I waited outside. You will definitely find Everything you need here for an event.

Organized & clean. Store had a variety of holiday paper goods. Cashier very friendly. No hand sanitizer/ wipes for customer use if needed, containers visible but empty, registers not wiped down between customers.

Its a store. Staff is courteous. Curbside pickup has not once made it outside to my vehicle, have had to go in each time, wait online then get the order and carry out myself so dont waste your time waiting in the designated spaces if you plan to use that feature. Other than that, all is as expected.

They had some cute stuff, but everything was overpriced. The whole vibe of the store was off. Between moms in the aisles threatening to beat their kids if they touch one more thing and the emotionless employees, I swear one literally looked like she wanted to die. Kinda bought down my experience. Plus I left 2 hours ago and 2 balloons are already deflating, thats gonna look so great at my party. Would definitely try a better store next time. Hell shoprite probably would have been better, at least they are happy to be alive. They did have cute balloons thou, even thou they were also out of a few....

I bought stuff for New Years Eve. The prices were good and they had plenty of decorations, hats, noisemakers, balloons

This place is really only good if you want a big selections of balloons. Most of the time they do not have in stock what is showing online so I still end up ordering my party goods on Ebay or Amazon. I purchase the same brand and item online sometimes for half the price of what Party City is charging.

Largest Party City I have ever been in. Largest selection of Party goods anywhere. Dont bother with any place else.

Party city was great I found everything I needed in under 20min the prices are amazing I bout 20 for only 42.00 dollars the only thing is the people are really mean they didn’t even bother to ask how everything was Of this is your first time going to party city your in for a treat but only if you know where everything is otherwise you might need help.

It pains me to give a negative review. Usually I find at least one positive thing, but sadly the whole experience was displeasing. Two days before my party, I went to Party City in Patchogue, NY to inquire about buying balloons and having them inflated. I was told that you buy the balloons and can have them inflated. OK. So the day of my party, I run there to pick up balloons, and at the counter Im told that they dont inflate the balloons. Why? Because theres a worldwide helium shortage. Yes, but they were inflating balloons for another customer. The manager said it was because the customer had put in an advance order, and their supply of helium is limited. Had they told me that two days ago, I would have put in my order. Nowhere on their website or store windows were there any notices to inform customers of this. So they suggested I buy a helium tank at $39.99. After I bought the tank, they told me I have to bring it home and inflate the balloons myself, and they refused to fill my balloons with the tank I just purchased. Oh, and by the way... if you are looking to buy a Halloween costume, there is very little inventory in the store this year. The salesperson told me its because everyone is buying online nowadays. I recommend you go somewhere else to buy your costumes or balloons and save yourself the aggravation.

Closed early! I had one item I needed to get so I ran up there real quick bc it said it closed at 9pm. I got there at 8:45 and doors were locked. If given the chance, I couldve been out of there before 9pm easily!! Now I need to make a separate trip...or get it through Amazon, probably will do that!Ordered my items on Amazon. Order placed before 9pm and 2 day delivery. These brick and mortar places need to reasonably accommodate their customers...it is too easy and convenient to go to Amazon.

This party city has TONS of party supplies. And TONS of themes. However, good luck finding a sales person on the floor to help you. If thrown 3 parties, have done my shopping here, and all the times Ive visited Ive had to walk around in circles alone until I finally find what Im looking for. They definitely need to put staff out on the floor.

WORSE SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I came here with my family to purchase birthday balloons. We were assisted by a young gentleman whom was very passive to us (we are browned skinned) and seemed as if he didnt want to bother with us. Another young gentleman seemed to have had an attitude with us because the other gentleman was frustrated. We purchased almost $50 worth of balloons and the kid seemed annoyed that he had to blow them all up. We also asked if the weights came with the balloons and the kid said no, you need about one or two my father said we would like two but the kid had just handed us the balloons. My father said we need weights. The kid replied okay then choose your color. Upon choosing colors the kid threw the weights in the bag and threw them on the counter. We asked if someone could assist us on putting the balloons on the weights. The young kid said we dont do that and helped another customer. We were very annoyed. My mother had asked for management and one young gentleman just pointed at the General Manager and said hes busy. Another manager walked past us and my mother said hello are you the manager? This man replied well... yeah... Im ONE of them with an attitude. My mother explained that she needed assistance and he replied well... youre waiting for the general manager, no one specified that you were waiting for me my mother, frustrated at that point said whatever, well wait for the general manager then. The general manager came over and said that they refuse to help with balloons because they get tangled in the car. With the kind of company that blows up balloons, assisting with tying them on to the weights. The customer service was one of the WORSE Ive seen. With the new renovation it seems as though this staff can not keep up with being busy. I own my own business, so customer service is everything to me. To see such a franchise as Party City slack on customer service and common sense is beyond me. Its sad. The district manager of this store should definitely take action on how this staff should behave when it comes to being busy. I will NEVER come back to this store because of the way my family and I were treated. There are other businesses I can spend my hard earned money with and get treated so much better than I was today!

Great place to get all your parties needs. However they need more improvements in customer service. They always have 1 register open and theres always a big line, air is never on and store is a mess.

This is by far one of the largest Party City stores in the area. You can get almost anything. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This is the only Party City I frequent.

My wife was on her way to a childs party and was asked last-minute to pick up a few balloons. She did a search and was happy to find out this store was somewhat along her route. She gets there and was told we have no helium. A store based largely on supplying party accessories cannot manage to maintain an inventory of helium? Great management. Let me guess....in this age of cost-cutting, minimum staffing and the refusal to keep inventory on shelves, some fool decided not to pay a hundred bucks to have a backup tank of helium. Or, it can simply be the typical LI twenty-something barely mediocre employees running the show. And of course, they werent apologetic - they just said it matter-of-factly, without a care in the world and not realizing how odd it was. Its one of their main product lines! They should be embarrassed - its like McDonalds running out of fries. So lets review the basic failure of Business 101....They save maybe a hundred dollars by not having the foresight to always be prepared with a backup tank (or to call their supplier when the tank dropped below half). The result? 1. A retail-based store not shinning or coming-through at the last minute for a customer. 2. Having someone show up to a party and informing people that Party City - a PARTY STORE couldnt provide a few balloons. 3. Not being able to fulfill a $50 high profit margin order, and 4. Having hundreds or more people read a review like this. Now Party City management.....see what an easily avoidable mistake cost you? (Much more than $50)

Huge expansion. They have so much space and nothing to put in it. Not much variety of anything. I went to buy candles..they had only had 7 or less choices of candles! How is that in that huge store? I went to find cake decorations..just as bad..all I could find is writing gels..again no variety.

They promoted my CHILD twice, covered for them 98% of the time because we live 2min away. Went to work feeling unbelievably sick with 104 fever & wasnt allowed to leave. Ended up spending 5days in the hospital to only come back to be humiliated & suspended. DO NOT allow your child work in this establishment. Very poorly managed & NO ONE STANDS UP FOR YOU BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO CALL FOR COVERAGE OR ACCUSE YOU OF WRONG DOING & HOLD YOU AGAINST YOUR WILL. THESE ARE KIDS WHO CLEARLY DONT NO THEY HAVE RIGHTS & ARE BEING MADE TO SIGN LEGAL DOCUMENTS AGAINST THERE BETTER JUDGEMENTS & WITHOUT ANY LEGAL REPRESENTATION !

Affordable, but you get what you pay for. The in-store selection is VERY limited. And the organization is not that great. There are not many other choices however for local party supply stores. If you have the time available I would suggest ordering online.

Deplorable!!! I am in a business where I need to frequent a party store quite often. Each and every time I go to this store I experience some level of unprofessionalism. Either there is no one but the cashier, or when I do ask for help and wait 10 minutes until someone arrives, they wind up not knowing or sending you down some wrong isle. The staff is inexperienced in basic customer service. Is it no surprise considering all management I have encountered acts as if they have no education or skills in client services as well. I had a ton of balloons with hi float deflate for a photoshoot within a couple hours. When I returned to the store the manager would not offer new ones. Another time I went to fill 4 balloons and was told their is no air and that they barely have enough to fill their order for the day. I explained I have a shoot in 1 hour to please help me out as I am a frequent customer. I was told no and an employee and a manger even laughed about it as I left. Awful experience time and again with this location and company I now will not return. For a while I was going far out of my way to not go to this store. I have realized now the company in general does not deserve the business.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I come here every year to get my kids Halloween costumes and must say i will never return to this location again. Most of workers were extremely rude and didnt want to do their jobs at all. Had to ask for a manager to get anything. Manager was very nice and helpful but employees were horrible. There was nobody in the store when I walked in but there was like 15-20 employees just standing around doing nothing. We had to ask 4 different people before somebody decided they were going to help us. Never ever returning to this location again. Absolutely horrible!!!!

Pretty decent selection of masks an stuff for Halloween but alot of them are so big you move your head in them and the mask stays in the same spot and you cant see anything.

Clean & neat with a lot of inventory, but, emplyees were not friendly or helpful at all!!! It was 11am, and it was quiet... I spend A LOT less in tbe dollar store and everyone is very nice and helpful there!

I was looking for some accessories for a 1920s themed event.One of young men there sent me to an area for accessories and then went to the backroom to see if he could find something to help me.I found just what I needed in the aisle and thanked him when he came out with more.

They didnt have large containers of large gumballs. Everything else you can think of but no large gumballs.
