I just want to say Thank You for the amazing assortment that was picked up and sent to my friends house due to a death in her family. I ordered the bagels through Cavier and called the store just to make sure they would see the order in the morning. The bagels were a huge hit and they asked me where I bought them! I dont live in the area so I took a chance and it worked out fantastically!

Started off great, went 4 times a week, but something happened. They started hiring HS kids that just dont care. My well done potato cakes are mushy and cold stuffed into Tupperware, bagels sometimes have enough cream cheese to cover my fingernail and there too busy talking to actually help customers on the phone or in person. HS gossip is important I guess. Not my first time with the food being underdone either, its been the last 5 times. Im now just done. Beautiful building, needs to be restaffed before I go back.

One of my favorite bagel shops, love the tie-dyed colored ones. Love the salads, Chicken salad is So good. Great Cream cheese flavors. Big Black & White cookies always fresh. Friendly staff.

I called in my order of 3 egg sandwiches and the guy on the phone told me a 40 min wait. Okay no problem. I get there at 45 min after my phone call and ask for my order and it still hasn’t been worked on. I ask again at one hour after ordering and STILL it hasn’t been worked on. Finally someone picked up my order ticket and started working on it. After one hour and 20 minutes finally my order is ready. Great. I pay and get to the car to find my order is WRONG. are you kidding me?! Mind you, people came in while I was waiting, ordered egg sandwiches and their order was ready before mine was. This is now the second time that this has happened to me. The store is filled with a bunch a teenagers that are literally sitting around instead of working. Where’s the manager? I definitely do not recommend unless you want a wrong order, cold egg sandwich 1 hour and 20 minutes later.

It is very difficult to find a place that has gluten free options. Let alone a bread or bagel! This place has a great gluten free bagel! it is delicious ! I am very impressed and will definitely be returning, this is my new favorite place!

Ive been going here for years and have had a great experience every time! The bagels are fresh every day and super soft, they always have a buy 1 dozen get 1 dozen free! Additionally, they offer discounts for teachers! Always busy, but they always are quick with the service!

The bagels were great... but the person who filled the order shorted me 6 bagels. I was too far away to go back.

What a joke. Ordered (through DoorDash) at 9:13 in the morning with an estimated ready time of 10:15. Fine I can wait understanding it is Sunday morning. At 10:53 I call to inquire where my order is and why it shows that the deliverer is still waiting for it. The girl who answered was pleasant enough but was told someone else took it and they would have to make it again. Received it finally at 11:14. Could have gone to a restaurant eaten and returned home in that time. Will never get breakfast from here again.

I use them for my church events. Bagels are always fresh and taste great. Staff is friendly. I love their buy a dozen get a dozen deal on bagels. Bagel everything twist are a must.

I would give zero Stars if I could I stood there for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting to place my order and theyre going to help two customers that came in after me very clearly since Ive been standing there for a minute, it doesnt matter if theres kids working the counter or not if theyre working the counter you should teach them how to do a job correctly and respectfully, my first time going to this place didnt even get to place my order once I told her that I was trying to be skipped she was trying to ignore me like she didnt hear me, again teach these kids their job properly.

I wish zero stars was an option… the first time I ordered an egg sandwich and I was extremely disappointed. The eggs are so rubbery it is actually hard to eat the sandwich. They have messed up orders on multiple occasions.If you want a bagel be prepared. They are never consistent. You either get a bagel with a fine layer of cream cheese or a pound of cream cheese and the sandwich is inedible unless you want to take a bath.I am all for supporting small businesses, but a small business that does not treat their customers with respect and cannot complete an order correctly or edible is unacceptable. I will be taking my business somewhere else.I hope they get some new employees who value customer service or Christ at least address the customer in a line when it’s busy.I came here because they are a local bagel shop that has the vegan cream cheese, but I have gotten sick after having their cream cheese- I mean allergies aren’t a thing right…After reading other reviews others are starting to have the same problem. Hope they change something.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Called order in and was told it would be a half hour. 45 minutes later, I have watched multiple people come in, order sandwiches like I did and receive them before me. I asked multiple times about my order and was told they were working on it. I received my order almost an hour after it was called in. And, the order was wrong. Place is awful. This isnt the first time this has happened to us but it will be the last. They used to be good but no longer. For their sake, I hope they get better because the word is getting out.

The food is great, bagels always fresh and tasty. The problem I have is with the order system. I dont know why they dont ask for your name. When your order is ready they are awkwardly trying to get your attention, and when its busy its problematic. Just take down a name or give me an order number.

Always looks mobbed but is usually worth the wait. Ive never waited longer than 10 minutes for a multi sandwich order in the height of a breakfast rush on the weekends. Consistent quality, always fresh, tons of menu options, generally friendly staff. Always a place to sit seeing as how they have damn near 2 dozen tables. Typically quiet even when jamming.

Raw undercooked bagels I bought 24 today . And they always hire 15 yr olds thats the entire staff.

When I ordered on doordash, the hash brown came cold and mushy, the home fries were not tasty, they were also cold and grayish looking. Also, they screwed me out of 4 ounces of orange juice. I ordered two 6 ounce orange juice containers, but they gave me 4 ounce containers instead.

Excellent chicken salad! We came here around 1:00. Most bagel places that close around 2pm dont have many options left at this time, however, Bagel Lovers had every type of bagel available. Its always busy no matter what time you go, but the staff is very efficient and you never really wait long.

Service is terrible food is ok would rather drive somewhere else I live 5 min walking distance. by the time I am seen and get my food i can go somewhere else and be home and be done eating.

Love this place, only down fall is they need to adjust their door dash menu, they separated there breakfast and lunch menus so you can’t order drinks with your breakfast, or order a lunch and a breakfast sandwich.

Placed a simple order of two bagels with vegan cream cheese. Bit into the bagel and knew right away that it was not vegan, it was sour which the tofu cream cheese is not. My fiancé had already taken a few bites by the time I noticed. He went back inside and asked the kid behind the counter if he used vegan cream cheese like we asked for, to which the kid replied “no, sorry.” The kid did not offer to remake them or anything, so my fiancé spoke to another person behind the counter who told the kid to remake them. The kid then proceeded to try and charge him for the new bagels. When he got back to the car we opened the bag to find that he gave us two random bagels - egg and poppy seed (not even close to what we ordered) and we ended up just leaving very frustrated.I have always loved this place and appreciate the fact that they carry cream cheese I can have. But as someone with a severe dairy allergy, I am very disappointed and will not be returning here. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled is what is important. If it were me, I would have offered a genuine apology and offered to remake the bagels.(The employees name was Chris, a tall kid with curly black hair.)

A bit of a line, but thats because the food is great!!

I get all of the way home and have someone elses sandwich with the correct name and order stapled to the bag! I call about it so that they can remake it. I get back to the store and they havent even started it yet. As I wait for 20 minutes to get the new sandwich, I witness three other people come back with wrong sandwiches and wrong stuff on bagels. The problem is that there is no visible adult supervising. No owner. No manger. Just a whole bunch of teenagers who could not care less. Its astounding that an owner can just turn his/her business over to a bunch of kids an not even be present on the busiest day of the week. Avoid this place.

Great bagel shop. This branch was remodel this summer and updated their displays with large 49 inch flat screens. You can now see the offerings and prices in large text. The food is always good and they will place your choice of meats on any bagel of your choosing. Good service from the staff and a clean environment. Definitely a recommended in my book.

Great deal on bagels all week long, buy dozen get dozen free, Boars Head deli meats, egg sandwiches, and the rest of the standard bagel-deli menu. Try the Long Islander sandwich, or the tuna salad. Also have some gluten free bagel options, and every kind of fresh flavored cream cheese you can think of...even a rainbow sprinkle cream cheese, a mocha chip, or a maple bacon are all available. My go-to is the veggie and theirs is good, it has nice sized pieces of carrots, peppers, and celery in it.

The bagels are very good. A bunch of young girls working with no protective covering on their hair. Last time, the girl helping me held 4 plain bagels I was purchasing, against he front of her blouse & had no gloves on. Sounds like a good reason to be reported to the health department. Wheres the owner????

This is our family go to bagel place. For over 25 years and through the ownership change this place has remained excellent. The staff is full of smiles and always making sure the customers are well taken care of.

Went for the first time! Had a wonderful first experience. Owner is personable and kind. Bagels were delish! Would definitely recommend!!

We really enjoy it. Its clean, great staff and service, and everything is Fresh. There are trays of different cream cheese piled a foot high....and doesnt look like cement. If someone behind the counter isnt waiting on someone, theyre cleaning something. Very nice experience.

Super Nova is a sandwich my wife loves

Decent bagels. Lots of easy parking. Arrived 8am with two other people. We ordered three bagels, with bacon, egg etc. Took 20mins for food to arrive. Food was good. Staff were plenty, just very slow service. Coffee wasnt anything special. Location was clean with plenty of seating.

Love this bagel shop. If you decide to visit on a Saturday or Sunday morning be sure to come before 10am or you will have to wait to get a seat if you plan to stay. Food is good here, but if you place a large order it seldom comes out right. The ketchup might be on the wrong sandwich, and the cheese might be missing. Just be sure to check your order before taking it to go.

Awful. Called over 20 minutes ahead of arriving for 2 very easy to make sandwiches. Had to wait another 15 minutes. First they couldn’t even figure out where my order was. Someone forgot to make it. And the girl behind the counter couldn’t have cared less. Gave me an attitude as I waited over 35 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches. Can’t stand coming here.

I dont buy individual bagels often, so maybe they went up...I bought 1 bagel with cream cheese and then one plain bagel with nothing on it. The cream cheese bagel was $2.50, my bill came to $4.00, so a plain bagel with nothing on it is $1.50??? Thats a bit much.... Ill stick to my local bagel store. The bagels were tasty but pretty small.

I am soooooo angry right now. We do not live here but we visit LI a few times a year to see our family and we always order from Bagel Lovers when we are here. Today we ordered at the location in Patchogue and got the order only to drive the 6 miles back to my mothers to find that her bagel was NOT with our order. I called the location and spoke with Gabby. I asked if they delivered and could deliver what they shorted us. She advised that they do not deliver on weekends but they could credit us. My sister in law then drove the 6 miles BACK to pick up ONE bagel so that we could enjoy our meal as a family only to be told that they WOULD NOT credit us for one bagel!!!!! REST ASSURED WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bagel Lovers is without a doubt my favorite bagel shop. Its a typical Long Island bagel/deli shop. However, it has the best deals and the best bagels, potentially on the entire Island. All day, every day buy one dozen get one DOZEN free (yes, you get 12 free bagels). The dozen is normal cost ~$11-12. Also, cream cheese is buy one get one as well. I try to come only here for bagels.

I’ll spare you a story and save you you a trip to this dump... just don’t go there. Subpar food and terrible customer service just an overall bad place.

First and last visit. I ordered two eggs scrambled with a slice of american cheese on a lightly buttered bagel and a small coffee.I got a butter drenched egg bagel sandwich, luke warm coffee, no napkins and the girl serving me did not break a smile. The place was not busy and my ordering seemed to bother her. Oh well

They know how to make a BECSPK! I get mine on a toasted poppy seed bagel. None of those skinny bagels with the huge holes, or tiny bagels that fit in the palm of your hand... a soft, fresh, well-sized bagel, stuffed with just the right amount of fixins.

This mornong i placed an order on my way to work. i figured i would get my favorite egg sandwich 2 eggs over easy with cream cheese bacon crisy on a roll. always cost me about 2 and change. i get there and the person says over easy sandwich right i said yes. then the person proceeds to ring me up and says $6.00. I was like huh. the name on the bag was not even mine and i said that. the person said well the order is yours right. so i had to look. customer service was lacking. they dont double check what they are doing or getting the name right. the order was mine, wrong name. i paid and left agaist my better judgement. i have never paid $6.00 there for this type of sandwich. it was like they were selling me gold. They over charged me for an egg sanwich. i got one thing. way over priced. just be aware of their prices especially when no other place charges $6.00 for an egg sandwich not even for the kind of sandwich i got and i have ordered it from there in the past.

My usual breakfast sandwich is BEC on whole wheat. Unfortunately my sandwich at Bagel Lovers was disappointing today. The whole wheat bread used here isnt too good. But the real issue was the bacon, there was only two slices on the sandwich. The bacon is the main event. It was $5.50!! Wish i could have given it back.

Need to change their hours. online and on the door. they say two diffrent things. happened to me twice. once online said they were open and they were closed. and the other time the door said they were open and they were closed. you never know what time they are open.

Only place we go for our egg sandwiches. We go in and the line is always out the door (try to call in order when able to) but moves quick. Workers are the best around.
