Dangerous driver!

Not a customer just a regular mom waiting for the special needs bus picking up my son for school when their large truck pulling a trailer bombed down my 25mph county road (no sidewalks) mewell over the speed limit. I called the company to complain, was told that whoever answered the phone was supposedly the owner who claimed HE WAS driving and he wasnt speeding and didnt see anybody on the road. You didnt see anyone because YOU WERE SPEEDING! And considering that the driver (who claims to be the owner) answered the phone WHILE driving God only knows what else distracted him from seeing my son and I waiting on the side of the road for the school bus. Another call? Changing the radio? Eating?
