I dont ask for much and know people have bad days. Entered the store and was told it would be a few minutes. One gal was helping another customer the other was doing something on the computer. When I did get service, I asked for a color match of paint something relatively close. It was stated to me that the color guy was not there and I could take a color fan home to figure it out. This was for a job I am doing this evening. It was still 40 minutes before closing and I got the distinct feeling that me being there was a problem and they preferred to move a table to the ba k which could have waited. I bought some supplies and while purchasing I asked for her name, Riley. Then the tables turned and the service was poured on like a faucet and she was very nice. Like I said, I get if something is going on in life...we all have our things and they can get in the way. Uncomfortable experience because you dont want to feel like you or your business is not of value. For the paint I decided to make a separate trip to Home Depot.

I was just helped by a fellow named Brian (not how he spells it) he had all the answers and even suggestions that I never would have thought about. He is a 5 star employee. I was in and out way faster than I thought I would be. Ill definitely be back. And the paint matched!

It’s better when trying to make the perfect match to an old color. They have a machine that analyzed my paint and and a technician that adjusted it for age to match perfectly. I found there advice really helpful and I could not be happier with the products I purchased.

I like the paint but they didnt tell the can had enough wet paint on it to ruin my winter coat.

You cant find a better quality paint, and the staff know their stuff. Occasionally I will purchase paint at one of the home centers out of convenience, but 99% I buy it from SW. I just finished painting the interior of my 20 year old home with Emerald and am so happy with how it turned out. Its worth the price.

Edited: ok, got a call back from pasco store, Im putting 3 stars (for now) they were very nice and asked how they could help. They are being very helpful and I am grateful for that. Thank you. Ill edit again once Ive completed my project, right now 3 stars for neutral.I didnt realize the paint didnt have a 1-coat guarantee. I painted today, and I used high quality rollers and brushes and Im still seeing streaks. Im not excited to have to go over it again. I guess next time Ill be sticking with the Behr paint I used in my daughters room 2 months ago, that DOES have a 1-coat guarantee. Its too bad cause I bought 5 gallons and now have to do my whole house with it. No turning back now. So, no, Im not happy. Especially since Ill probably have to buy MORE paint. Kinda ridiculous for the price I paid. I was excited to use Sherwin Williams paint - not so much now. Also at this particular store on rd 68 in Pasco... the people are nice, just dont really expect them to go above and beyond. It was okay service, a little lackluster. Nobody seems all that excited to be there. And yes, I understand that its just a job, but give it a little bit of effort people.
