Love cheap chicken Monday. Almost as good as KFC but at a much better price.

Grocery Pickup is a disappointment and doesn’t provide quality compared to the other grocery pick ups available in the area. I do shop here regularly for in person and love the store. I won’t be using them again for pick up. I have used them twice and both times the produce that was given in my order was rotten or on the verge of turning. I gave it a second try and the produce was again not up to par especially since I know the produce they have in store. Just to clarify this is not just one produce item but several in the order on two different occasion. While I could take it back and have it replaced that defeats the purpose and the convenience of pick up.

Its good place. Staff is friendly, most of the time. Just all jobs you have the goods and the oks. At least I dont wait in long lines.

The sales were good and easy to find. The store was clean and easy to go through

Its the only place in that mini mall area that has a bathroom. I like the store too, though. Been shopping there many years.

I come usually an hour or so before close. At this time lot of employees just want to go home oh, but I always am greeted with smiles and great customer service.

Clean store that is easy to navigate. Great selection of produce meet and fresh seafood. Their Fried Chicken is the best in the Tri-Cities! Very friendly staff.

This Albertsons i feel needs to up their treatment of customers. I went yesterday and a manager i believe her name is Denise was so horribly rude. I always am polite as can be being i work retail as well. But this lady needs to be addressed as to how to treat customers.

Bathrooms are not very clean. Store just seems a little dirty

Well what can you say merged with Safeway, prices are on the heavy side. However selection is usually great. Always have staff working. If they could drop prices even 5% Id give them 5 stars.

Horrible experience to the point I am writing this review which I have never done as I like to give benefit of doubt. I spent 10 minutes in line with 2 other customer ahead of me waiting for 3 employees to correct a problem with advertisement for 12 package of Root Beer soda. One I assume was Supervisor or management and what bothered me than the wait was at no time did they acknowledge us or offer apologies for waiting. I would have just paid her soda to get the line moving but they wouldnt even say anything. I finally placed my groceries left them on the counter and commented how absurd this was and walked off. As I got into my vehicle, I notice the lady that was next walk away emptied handed as well. So loss of at least $40-30 in groceries for $4-3 12 pack of of soda. This was today around 2:15pm. Total bad customer service and I actually directed at Supervisor versus the cashier.

Customers service very very slow they only have one person to help out. You will wait there for at least one hour. Love the store, but thisneed to get better

2 checkstands open with people waiting more than halfway down the aisles 😐

Bought my wife some flowers.The next morning over half were dead and drooping.Took them in and they replaced them no questions.

This is my go to spot to buy meat for dinner. Even in the middle of a pandemic their prices stay reasonable. They offer a little bit of everything when it comes to groceries.

It’s an Albertsons just seemed like an old Albertson’s not as fresh and organized as a newer Albertson’s but it has what you need.

My experience was in the Deli Dept. There is a woman that works there that has a bad bad attitude and practically threw my food order at me over the counter. Everyone else that works there is polite even if it may be phoney sometimes as I have been there before. Just sharing

Great workers, really good chicken in the deli. An my gal in the butchers block hand trims steaks for me.

They had almost nothing I was after and I didnt like the way the cashier was baging my things threw or just dropped them into the bag

My favorite grocery store in tri-cities by far even though I cheat on them at fiesta foods for Chile rellenos at the deli and SuperMex for produce. Dont tell the nice lady checkers, please, because theyre the reason I never use self checkout!

Always clean and well organized, easy to shop and find products by type. The produce is good and fresh, bakery and deli and top notch and they have a really huge selection of ethnic foods in the center of the store. Clean public restrooms. Fast checkout.

Weve been coming to Albertsons for their amazing chicken, but last Sunday the worst thing happened, and something needs to be done.My mother had gone to order some chicken and ordered two orders, she was the first in line and there was this other couple behind her, the lady taking her order told her to wait fifteen minutes for chicken when she had chicken right in front of her, my mom tried explaining to her in Spanish that she wanted that chicken she already had there. The lady ignored my mom and started helping the couple behind her offering them chicken that was there. There was another employee there who was Hispanic and my mom told him that she wanted to chicken that was there. The guy told his co-worker that my mom was first and that she wanted that chicken that was there. The lady rolled her eyes at my mom and proceeded to put the chicken in the bags and she threw the bag at my mom. My mother looked at her and said thank you and walked away. I usually dont write reviews but this was just too way much.

I always find fresh organic veggies, and good selection of all food types. The staff is always polite.
