Love the drinks but when I am knowingly double charged, have to drive back for a refund and the kid doesnt apologize. Pretty disappointing that he is tarnishing his bosses reputation and doesnt care. Im hoping to come back but not really wanting to after today. The gal handled the issue well, but again, shouldnt have had to.

Gotta try the spicy babe especially if you can handle the heat because its mixed with habaneros!!! With this drink youre gonna need to pace ur self or it will be gone fast because it is so good!!! This is my go to drink here

What gets to me about this place is they don’t give you drinks how they advertise them sometimes. They advertise with drizzle, gummies, candy, etc. And they don’t give you that. I like going in the morning because the girls do the drinks good. I don’t like going in the afternoons because the staff doesn’t do the drinks good and I get asked the same questions like 10 times on a very simple order. I get it their kids but I expect the drinks to be good. And the wait time is very slow if there are cars in front of you. I like this place and it has great potential but they need to do all drinks the same every time, train staff better, and work on being faster. No hate, I support local businesses!

Their drinks are usually good but when they get it wrong, you are charged 3 dollars for them to remake it and then still get it wrong.

My drink was Amazing! I loved my white coffee mystery drink the girls made! Next time I want the Ferrero Train. My only complaint is that it was so pricey. So Ill only be in once a month ladies.

I will have to give them another try. They seem to have their own specialty coffees which they try to change every month. The staff seemed nice, however we waited about 15 minutes if not longer with only 3 to 4 cars in front of us.

I Order a bollywood tea all the time and they almost never carry the bollywood tea bags, I always end up getting different tea flavors whenever I go. Today 6/16 at 4:20 I decided to get one and of course they didnt have the tea, so they made it with the passion fruit pineapple tea. We have had it before with that and it was good, this time however it tasted super watered down, no flavoring AND no fruit either. Basically like watered down tea with ice. We left thinking it was fine, tasted it 🤮, so we went back and told the guy and girl working that it wasnt right. The dude didnt even care was rolling his eyes and giving attitude and he was the one that made it. I mean if you dont want to be there then say that. I have been getting my drinks from there for over a year and this was my first time having a bad experience.

The drinks were aweful and overpriced! The Red Bull drinks tasted like they added sparkling water. Just not good at all! My first and last visit!

Friendly staff, excellent service, wide variety of drink options. They even design their own season concoctions!! Would DEFINITELY recommend. They even carry the Lotus energy drink which is a great substitute for red bull.

I order the same thing everyday and its so annoying the way I have to reiterate what I want 50 times through out the transaction in order for them not to screw it up. today was the first time I had faith they would get it right and I still drove off with barely any cream in my drink, and had to remind them to put it and the whip cream in my drink. I spend $10 everyday just to be hyper active about making sure they dont screw it up and pay attention to detail. its syrup, cream, red bull, and whip cream. I didnt realize it was so hard. im done coming here and I live next door but a drive to richland is more worth my time and money.

The best place to go if you have an obsession with Red Bull’s and especially if you like them with cream. My all time favorite is the “Cali Sunset” w/Cream. I highly recommend this place, the best in all of Tri-Cities.

This coffee place is a hidden gem ! It’s in a really nice building. Inside there’s mostly offices so I was surprised when I saw a coffee shop inside.I’ve had their teas, their Red Bull drinks and their famous “Mazapan” drink !The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Very informative about their drinks.If you are looking for a good and different drinks, I would highly recommend this place. Totally different then the rest!

And very helpful, Im not a red bull fan but the girl told me about the lotus drink which was a substitute instead of red bull....and it was pretty good and gave me good energy! There is so many drinks it was hard to choose which one, so Ill definitely be back to try something else!!!

So happy I found them. Such a warm welcoming place. I just had an iced horchata pumpkin spice latte and it was SPECTACULAR! Really liked the girl who made it. She designed my drink just for me. Ill be back. Its inside the brick and blue medical building.
