I had a new head unit installed here yesterday. Brand new, touch screen not responding right & major delays when you press buttons... I couldn’t believe it! The microphone was plugged into a spot marked “remote” and for some reason this caused the unit major problems. I plugged the mic into the correct input and now everything works great!The people were nice and they certainly have quality equipment at a decent price. Although a little more attention to detail would be nice when spending almost $700 at your business. I guess that’s what I get for being lazy and not just doing it myself in the first place.
