First, the receptacles were changed to switches for no reason. We get the original ticket information and find out that they are out of the 20a receptacles. So we had to take 15a receptacles.

We came by there a few days ago to get some supplies. Both ladies there never even looked in our direction, as well as a gentleman just sitting there on the stool by them. We waited at least 10 minutes in clear sight of the counter staff with no acknowledgement of our existence. Service is dead here! We went to your competitor and got what we needed!
