If you are thinking about shopping here for anything other than clothing such as kitchen ware, electronics or cleaning supplies please consider looking online first. This company is a small business looking to exploit its customers. Most of the products/items they advertise can be found online from major manufacturers or retailers for a whole lot less unless the item has been discontinued. Save yourself some time and money ! They also delete comments on there Facebook page and ads that make customers aware of better deals out there.Edited to add :Please look at the Yelp reviews so you know what kind of unsanitary environment you are shopping in.

This is a discounted retail store. Household items are 40% off which is a great deal for families on a budget. You are able to find items for a great price. They have plenty of parking. You will need to wear your mask and practice social distancing. They have an 11000 sq. space and they have every square covered with great items. The staff is friendly. They are a family owned business. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you have. The best deals are definately their clothing. All items for $3.00. Shoes are reasonably price between $3.00-$5.00. You cant beat that!!!Below is an item that is 40% off the retail price!!!

Overhyped. Junky and needs a good cleaning. Perhaps better when a truck comes in and there are fresh deals. Floor plan and interior needs an overhaul... especially lighting. Watch prices. Not everything priced 40% under retail as advertised.

Nice but need to clean it more and make more space

I have mixed feelings with this company. They claim to have items for 40% off.. but wayyy too many items are priced at retail or even over retail prices. One of my flaws is getting annoyed easily and even though I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, every time I go in I just get super annoyed and just leave.Now... some items you can get for a decent price and are priced accurately at 40% off making it a good deal. (Our new comforter is from there and its the best comforter ive ever had and was super affordable), but with majority of the other stuff really makes me think that they purposely price things at retail or higher to trick customers into buying it thinking theyre getting it cheaper than retail when in fact they arent. There are too many items priced inaccurately for it to be an accidental price. Wayyyyyyy too many.Now usually theyll fix the price if you bring it to their attention(and then weirdly mouth off placing blame on a specific coworker in the back).However, I noticed that when I went back to look for something specific that we needed, they didnt change the price on the other items that were left on the shelves that I bought some of the previous trip... they only changed the price for the item(s) that I had bought. Very shady.I shouldnt have to price check every single thing im interested in buying.. unfortunately I do because the whole point in going there is because money is super tight thanks to covid so when we need things we have to find the cheapest route possible. I need you guys to get it together and make your prices accurate.For other customers: use the walmart app to double check the prices. They dont get all their items from walmart... but the majority of them are, so you can use the walmart app scanner to make sure its 40%+off.Lastly, A lot of stuff they buy from walmart and target is also in the discounted sections... walmarts clearance section will be cheaper than the prices here. Unless its clothes.. double check targets prices.Clothes are good to get here though!

Ive bought a lot of quality stuff (clothing for $3, shoes/boots $5, microwave $41, patio umbrella $10, soap $1.20, bedding, etc.). Very happy with full service provided. My knee has been hurting and they took my bought items to my vehicle. Dont forget to take your mask. Mask required. Friendly staff.

The people that work here are super friendly and helpful, the store itself is pretty small and everything is pretty crowded and youll need time to look through all the clothes. Its a good bang for your buck.

My family has been shopping here since they opened the Humble store. I went in last week to purchase bed sheets and half the customers were NOT wearing masks, no one was social distancing, many employees were wearing their masks under their nose or under their chin. I understand you need a breather once in awhile but do it when no one is around. When I was checking out there was a family of 5 standing so close to me that I could have hit them with my purse. No one said anything until I mentioned it to the cashier. I went back in today to return some the sheets I bought because they were the wrong size, I was told because nothing was wrong with them I couldnt return them. I explained what happened and still was told no. I also told them we have been coming here for years and that we will no longer be doing business with them. The man I spoke with kept calling me sweetie (very degrading) and kept telling me God bless when I left. I am a Christian but using God as a way to act like you are better than someone else is disgusting. I even said I would have taken store credit but again it was a no. Not only that but the store is NOT ADA compliant and a wheelchair could not fit through the store. I myself tripped over a few items on the floor the last time I was shopping. My family will no longer be shopping here and I will not recommend this store to anyone.Instead of speaking to me about the issue they decided to block me from commenting on any of their Pasadena locations Facebook posts. That is not a good way to handle this. No where in your store is the refund policy posted, I saw one sign stating that you must have your receipt for returns but that is all. Do the right thing and fix this and you will no longer have to deal with me.

Prices are good.. Everything is crammed into this place. They need a larger store for all if the merchandise that they have. I would frequent this establishment more often if it wasnt so packed with merchandise and very narrow walkways.

I loved everything I bought from your store in Pasadena. Your daily inventory videos are very helpful. Lots of new items at a way cheaper price. Courteous and helpful staff. Very convenient when needed where I can pay over the phone and pick up later.

A few discounted items there that were pretty good sheets and candle items but a lot of things were overpriced like gardening and toys and clothing and animal products would only go there if I had to in the storm

Since this store opened I have been greeted each time I walk thru the door. Ken an Brenda Sheffield are down to earth folks.The prices for the quality of merchandise can not be beat. The box may be torn, but the product is 100% good. They do stand behind what they sell. Go see them, you will be amazed. Great place!

Really good local discount (~40% off) store for items that have been out of season at big stores like Target, Home Depot and Walmart. They have a what you expect; linens, soaps, clothes, and home decor. What I didn’t expect was the light bulbs, air filters, and other essential household items that most people overlook - wish they had more variety in this category though. The only con i see is that one area (clothing) is really disorganized, everything else was somewhat easy to sift through but the staff was really nice and the owners mother actually helps out there and took the time to explain that they receive shipments throughout the week (daily) and get multiple pallets of items where they then evaluate the amount they need to discount and then it goes to display. They have two locations and each locations has more stuff than other in certain categories.One tip I suggest is if you aren’t really sure you’re not getting a good price is to actually look up the item and model and compare (even similar) and if you think it isn’t just buy it straight from manufacturer or the bigger store - but this store does give you the option to return within 7 days if it broke, bent or parts missing for a refund.Can’t wait to see the progress of this store!

Been shopping at Sheffield for a few years, never had any problems but have gotten a lot of great deals. No down side to saving money. We dont live very close but their stores are worth the drive. If thats all thats holding you back, dont let it.

The store seems to be nice but I ran into a lady who talked on the phone with the speaker the whole time she was in the store and I thought that was a rudest thing you can do you can do in a crowded area.
