You would think working in a boutique clothing store where you see 2/3 people an hour sales associates would actually help you and SELL! Went in to find a dress for a wedding and the gentleman there could care less to help me find something. I asked a couple of times for help and he seemed to cool to be bothered. Here is a tip hire people who will give great customer service and people will buy more. I went to a nearby retailer a block up and found an entire outfit.

I love shopping for my boyfriend at this store! It’s got such a cool setup and ambiance and the items are outside of what he normally wears so I like making him push his fashion boundaries. It is a little bit expensive, but honestly the quality and selection make it totally worth it.

Love the speakeasy style décor of this place! I feel like I’m walking in to grab a cocktail whenever I shop here. Excellent selection of items that you don’t really see elsewhere, even if they are a little bit to the expensive side I think the quality is totally worth it.

They dont respect their own business hours so theres no way to know if youre about to waste your time driving all the way there. Writing this from in front of their place during their business hours

I dont think this store really cares about customers input. Ive walked by this store so many times. I went in once but I had to get out fast because the store has a very strong fragrance inside. I have a very bad allergic reaction to strong fragrances. I know I am not the only one who cant stand that strong fragrance. I told the sales person that as much as I would love to go through their products, I couldnt because I was having a bad reaction to the fragrance. My husband went in and i waited outside and while hes inside I went in and told the salesperson again about the strong fragrance. I was told again oh I am sorry. Oh well, nothing is going to be done about it. Perhaps I am the only one complaining. But I know one thing, this store will not last in this location. Oh well, I guess I will never know what the store has to offer.

This store is amazing, I literally I drive from Van Nuys to this location, not only for the nice clothing but for the great service as well. Every time I come in here I get great help. The manager Jackie is amazing the staff (Rio) is amazing as well. I love scotch and soda, but I especially love the Pasadena location. Thank you guys for providing great service and great energy!

Im a guy from Texas in LA on vacation - bought a jacket, a shirt, & 3 pairs of pants in a couple days and im a guy who hates shopping. We just dont have a store like this place where Im from. Clothes are genuinely cool, moderately priced, and staff was very helpful. Will definitely continue to give them business.

Staff wasnt very helpful. I helped myself to a fitting room and didnt receive any assistance till almost when I was finished and coming out. When I got to the register, I waited till a short, colorful haired teenage girl finished folding a stack of jeans. Great clothes, not so great customer service.

The short Asian woman working at this store seemed more interested in playing with her cell phone than helping me. I had better service when I shopped at their store in New Yrok.

Two young girls that were working didnt seem that friendly and would stare at my wife and I as we were browsing the store with no conversation. Not very welcoming and awkward.

Horrible service. Spent about 10 minutes in store and not 1 spoken word from associate. Was ready to buy several hundred dollars. Ur sue to lack of service left
