Ruben only knows TERRIBLE customer service. Very rude and inconveniences their customer to the point where they cant even provide solutions to their mess-up. He insulted me due to his own choice of poor planning and doesnt know how to prioritize business from personal life. Not professional at all and its unfortunate that this was my first pick at a uniform store. No type of accountability taken whatsoever. I would suggest shopping elsewhere because their uniforms run smaller than your alleged size and they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS so you have to depend on contacting and meeting up with owner. Costs are way too high to have this quality of service.

The owners here are super friendly, I always feel like Im catching up with family every time I visit or call. The uniforms for my kids school are a bit pricey however for the quality that you receive it is well worth the price tag. The shop is always tidy when I go and no matter how restless my little people can get the owners are ALWAYS patient and kind. Its so hard to find small businesses that offer great customer service, genuine care for others, and patience all in one but they have it down packed. I love love love them and look forward to each visit!!!

Amazing top-notch service and product. They go out of their way to do whatever it takes to get it done. It’s a new business to give them some brake guys we all have issues but overall they’re wonderful.

Exceptionally hard to get in touch with. Poor quality. High prices. Shipping is UNBELIEVABLY long. I’m talking it’s been 3 weeks and we still have no uniforms.Also, super obvious some people were asked to leave 5 star reviews after actual customers left reviews. They even said quick turn around time in them yet people have waited months 🤷🏼‍♀️ fake news.ETA— no communication was sent to me at 7 weeks without uniforms. I had to contact them to then be told it was delayed further. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication on their part is what truly made it a bad experience. Had they made calls, sent emails, kept people informed it would not have been frustrating.

Poor business skills...Im still waiting for uniforms I ordered last summer. No consistency of business policies and procedures among store representatives and owners. In my effort to be proactive, I visited the store 3 times a month before school was to start to make sure everything was fine. No here it it is the Saturday before my daughters school start, and we have no uniforms.

By far the worst experience EVER. So we chunked it up last school year when the uniforms were paid in full but never received. We got a text message in May saying the uniforms were ready and that we could receive a In-Store credit for this year. My child no longer goes to the school so a refund was requested. Waited over a month to get the refund and it was a third of the amount I paid. I can’t believe schools are signing contracts with this business. Complete scam! And it’s sad to say I feel the parents at my son’s old school have been treated so poorly because it’s an ALL BLACK school. Literally went an entire school year without uniforms that were paid for. I absolutely plan to take legal action, I would suggest anyone else in my shoes do so as well. I’m only giving them one star because zero stars isn’t a option.

The service that I received was magnificent!! The owner took time to listen to me explain exactly what I expect from the scrubs that I purchase. This is extremely important to me since I wear scrubs more than anything else. Thank you for providing such wonderful service

This is by far the worse store to purchase from.. I would hear the horror stories about this place but i needed to experience things for myself due to not wanting to go off of others judgements but they are 100 percent accurate when i say i ordered my child’s uniforms a month ago and still no word on when I’ll receive them i paid for shirts that my son won’t bw able to wear Monday when school starts this is absolutely ridiculous and unreliable.. I’ve come across others whom ordered their kids uniforms last school year and they have not received so much as an apology.. if i didn’t have to shop here i definitely would not.. I’m going up there to attempt to retrieve my sons items this store deserves a negative 5 stars

Worst service ever! I ordered uniforms from from Cielo Vista Uniform July 24th and my order still isn’t completed. The items I did receive are of poor quality and has already required additional stitching. If you can avoid this business please do.

This place has poor customer service. Ive called on multiple occasions and they dont answer.When they do they hang up after getting your name and the school youre call in reference to ..I honestly hate the school chose this uniform store to purchase my child uniforms from ..I have not received my order I ordered two almost three weeks ago and have yet to receive it ..Im getting no where with them ..
