My Experience was very bad I plan to sue this Diesel shop to Small Claims Court!Tried to charge for work he had not done! Then got upset when I refused to pay for it.But charged me for fixing my gas tank, but never did fix my gas tank and charged $862.00 for work and cant prove he did the work?Bad Customer Service.

Love to visit a shop that was referred to by a close friend and that I had visited before and had a good interaction with their lead mechanic. Only to return and have my build insulted by the owner. I could have dropped 15k cash right there. Then to walk outside and find someone else driving my vehicle instead of asking for me to move it.

Brought in my truck for a motor over haul got quoted 8000 I agree to the quote and an month later Todd increased the price without communicating with me, 10,700 for a motor overhaul. Now my transmission is leaking oil which the truck never leaked transmission oil before. Notified Todd that my transmission is leaking oil after he fixed my motor. Since TRM worked my motor that is attached to the transmission it leads me to believe they could have damaged my transmission in the process. Todd didnt want to hear me out, hangup the phone. Transmission leak is by the motor. Becareful with TRM.

I was recommended by a coworker for engine smoking from tailpipe I suspected head gaskets and explained that but was told theyre were the injectors that was causing the smoke, after changing injectors out and $4,000+ later, hadnt driven my truck for a few months due to my work schedule, after getting back in my truck and drove for less than 3 weeks then the smoke gradually started back smoking, turns out to be head gaskets. Called TRM and explained this situation, I get scoffed at and then offered to fix the head gasket for $5,000...😐, not good and not happy...

Installed a new turbo in a 2013 Duramax. Truck runs better than ever. Will always use TRM.

My nephew reco.mended this place, i had an oil leak under turbo pedestal.thet did not fix.they did fix another o ring,,on my tundra they changed the water pump and belt, but they drained green anti freeze out,nnd did not flush engine,put red antifreeze in, which as anyone knows, you cannot mix the two,as it will gel up and clog the radiator,and thats exactly wht happened,when i told Todd about it he said they fixed what needed fixed, cost me $225.00 for a new radiator and $200.00 to flush engine block and replace radiator an thermostat.He was very polite before he started the work, but when i called to complain he was very defensive, would not recommend this shop to anyone! Beware!

I have not personally had work done here but the company I work for has and they keep using them the parking lot is always full when I go by so I guess a lot of other people like their work and keep going back. Repeat customers really say a lot about a business to me, if they do a food job and friendly plus loyal to customers then of course the customers will be loyal to them

With multiple diesels Ive had the pleasure of dealing with some seriously poorly managed diesel shops. I cannot explain how much better I feel picking up my vehicle from the Moyers....truly wonderful people. The shop itself is very well suited for everything you could ever need repaired. In a situation where most other diesel shops would have taken advantage and forced me to buy a new motor, they took the time to truly find the problem and saved me a fortune. I have nothing but praise for Todd and his Team. I live 43 miles away and choose to use TRM over anybody else. You get more bang for your buck here and will explain what needs to be done as well as what should be done while they have you torn down. A+ rating in my book.

Thought my truck had a problem with the fuel system problem that was going to be expensive. It would only start intermittently and was getting worse (2000 F350 7.3 Powerstroke). TRM checked it and found out it was just the old batteries not putting out enough juice to get the truck past the required 300 RPMs consistently to start it. Put in new batteries and all is good. They had my truck out the next day. Two words; Honest & Efficient.

I have used TRM a few times over the years, pump, injectors, front and rear rearend seals, and not once have I had a problem with any of the repairs. Todd has always been willing to discuss the repairs, and review other items I wanted to change on my Dodge. Pricing has been fair, and much less that the dealers charge. I would recommend them to anyone that has a diesel pickup or car. I would be hard pressed to find anyone that was as knowledgable, and helpfull as Todd and his employees.

A good friend of mine in the mechanic business recommended TRM to me for any diesel work that I needed. Ive taken a couple company trucks and personal trucks to Todd. Both Powerstrokes and Cummins. They were honest, professional, polite, the work completed in a timely manner, and the best thing was that they didnt replace several other expensive parts just in order to find the issue. They know what theyre doing! I took a company truck to him that was running very rough, no power, blowing smoke. I was sure something expensive was going out, injector, etc. Not at all, he called back in an hour and a half and said your truck is ready! Small electrical issue, $120.00. But you can bet your ass that a different shop may have said you need new injectors!
