Ive been coming here for the last couple years and theyve been very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I just recently had my rotors and brake pads replaced and they ran it by me how my rotors were worn down and explained to me that it would be a good idea to replaced both rotors and brake pads at the same time. It was squeeking too much and Im glad that I did.

Allen was incredibly professional and took time to explain and point out all needed repairs and services and was upfront about the costs. As a woman, mechanics havent always communicated with me in the most professional manner ( e.g., choosing to speak with my husband or male friends as opposed to me about my car) so my interaction with Allen was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be going back!

They test drove my car then brought it back and put it up on rack right away. Then the main guy took me out and showed me what was wrong safety wise and wrote out what would cost itemized. I told them go agead with the work. They started on it right away and was finished by 11AM next morning. Very quick I was very pleased. Allen and Edwin were very professional and nice. Worst costumer service ever!!! They made us wait over 10 min. Just to tell me they could not help me because they were going to close soon .

Ive been coming to Allens and Edwins shop for over 15 years, with over a dozen major repairs, one a complete engine replacement, and they are superb! They are both very nice guys, and the work is always done right, or they fix it for free with no arguments. They are very honest, and dont recommend unnecessary repairs. Theyve kept my Ford E-150 van working well since 1993. They are very popular, though, and you may need to wait an extra couple of hours for your work to get done when theyre busy, but its worth it.

Great little auto shop. Honest mechanics. I brought my car here for an inspection and they have me an assessment and walked me through the inspection Under the car. They do a lot of Subaru repairs too.

Have use them several times Im a happy costumer. I usually buy my own parts and have them installed there. Reasonable price.

I have always been treated with honesty here. Pricing is fair and they always thoroughly explain as well as show me exactly what it is they need to fix. After reading the great reviews that both Allen & Edwinn recieved I thought I would give Certified Auto Repair a shot. And I am very satisfied I did.Edwins professionalism was exceptional. He was honest and explained all the suggested repairs and cost options to me with absolutely no pressure. I came in for a pre purchase inspection. Allen was courteous, and thorough. He explained carefully what is and isnt tested and afterwards gave us a comprehensive run through including recommended repairs and how much he expected it would cost. Moreover, he asked us many questions about the buying process and gave us ample suggestions for how to negotiate and gave us advice to make sure we keep the seller honest and avoid buying a lemon. There was no pushing for us to come back once we have the car, but his professionalism makes him a front runner in my mind.

Amazing and friendly, I was so happy with my experience that I even left a tip because they treated me so well. They are honest and will show you everything their is that they are fixing, step by step. I will be going back when I need too! Highly, Highly recommend and the prices are right! I cannot speak more highly of this establishment. Fast, honest, and dependable. Clearly explains whats wrong and what needs to be done. Then shows you the parts, and tells you again why something didnt work. The customer service, and patience shown to those not mechanically inclined, is reason alone to use their services. When you include excellent work with value they hit it out of the park. Recommended them to my brother, and he is pleased as well. Give them a try-you wont be disappointed.

Allen has taken care of my entire family’s cars for about 15 years now and he has consistently been honest and extremely helpful about what we need and do not need. Ive been to this place at least 5 times both for my car and for my daughters car, and she is very bad with taking care of her vehicle..... Alan is very good at explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done, and if you cant afford everything like in my daughters case, hell tell you what can wait.I dont know what was wrong with the guy who gave this place a bad review, maybe it was him.

I called in and checked to see if they would have the part I needed, (bulb to my prius) tjey did and told me to stop in whenever. Upon arriving they were quick to help me out amd got working on it right away. They took care of me in great time and they were very professional. I felt like they actually wanted me as a customer. Which sadly isnt the standard anymore.

Go Here Great Honest Place!I have been to many repair shops before and always had the feeling I was getting ripped off. I came here after seeing the other reviews and thought id give it a try. Thank god I did. They took me in quickly and without hesitation. After my oil change was done they took the time to not only explain to me about what was wrong with my car but also took me to see for myself. I gave them the go ahead and work was done faster than expected. Afterwards they told me to come back after a week to make sure everything was ok, WOW what dedication, I have never been asked by any other shop to do that before. Certified Auto you guys are my new and only mechanics from now on!!!!
